Sunday evening I had sewage start backing up in my basement. I contacted The Sewer Pros knowing they could check for a blockage and clear the blockage if one was found. Ive learned the hard way previously that not all sewer companies can accommodate both the finding the problem and clearing it. They worked me into their schedule for Monday and were in and out in a timely manner after locating a blockage and clearing it. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent and we are back in action at home, which is all I can hope following a backup!

Sewerpros came to perform a sewer inspection on a potential home purchase. The first technician was extremely professional and did their best to perform the sewer scope. Unfortunately a blockage was found and the initial scope couldn’t be completed. I really needed this done on a tight timeframe, sewerpros fit me in to an already tight schedule to come out and cable and rescope the drain. I was not present for the second appointment, but the provided video was fantastic. The tech narrated the entire video and when finished I was fully informed about the state of the sewer in this property. All around professional and go above and beyond for customers. Will be using them again.

They were able to get me on their schedule in a timely manner. Their technician called before he arrived and was early which let me get on with my day instead of having to wait around. Both employees I dealt (customer service rep on the phone and the in-person technician) were very friendly and polite. My service was done in less than 45 minutes. My technician was efficient and knowledgeable...talked me through what was done and recommendations for the future without me feeling like I was being sold something. I have used this company since I got my house inspected by them when purchasing the house 5 years ago & I dont think I will ever use anyone else. I like that they have my house/sewer line history available at the drop of a hat and I feel like I can trust what they are doing and saying. Andrew was able to work his magic to find the source of the problem under the house and freed it up and then additionally found further blockage caused by tree roots in the back yard. It was a weird connection that was probably the issue. When he put the sink back together (God bless him, we had it in pieces when he got here) he ran the water and it didnt back up!!He showed me how it had been cleared, then he explained what happens with kitchen plumbing in old houses.I havent been able to use the sink or the dishwasher for months.
