They are honest and will educate you on the issue, instead of making you do repairs that are unnecessary.I had a water emergency at my business, Gary came out ASAP and had the repair made that day. This company is amazing!! I had a huge water bill out of no where and Gary got one of his guys out to my house right away! Michael called me when he said he would and was on time, polite and professional. He listened to my concerns and reassured me that my concerns likely were not the issue. He fixed two of my leaking toilets and I’ve been monitoring my water meter since. All seems to be A-Okay now! If you want responsive, professional, quick and affordable - call Swift Creek Plumbing!! Can you add a sixth star? Gary and his crew were great! Probably the best home service experience I have ever had! Gary responded quickly and had a crew member out for a free estimate on replacing old Polybutylene piping with PEX throughout my entire house the next day in Powhatan. Gary responded again quickly with a very fair estimate and also included a teacher’s discount that he extends to military and first responders (much appreciated and not seen by other businesses). My entire house was re plumbed, cleaned, vacuumed, walkway washed and left as it was before I came home from work that day with only a very small portion of drywall removed to access central pipes with minimal damage. Over the Thanksgiving holiday I noticed a small leak under a faucet that was probably just jarred loose during the repiping and Gary had it repaired and a new faucet installed the next day. I can’t sing their praises enough! If you need quality, timely, FRIENDLY, professional home services Gary is your go to Man! I will definitely use again and will always recommend to my Powhatan and surrounding friends. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else In this area-seriously 👍🏻

I have interrupted his dinners, Ive inadvertently texted him on vacation; regardless, if he himself cant immediately get to it, then an equally qualified professional is there ASAP. Multiple years of reliability from work rendered, be it inside the house on things like showers and toilets, or in the garage on the water heater. They were amazing. Our basement was flooding due to a service line issue. From the water mitigation service they referred (SemperDry) to the USA Pipe Repair guys that Gary used for our service line replacement, I couldn’t have asked for better. I was super stressed but they made the repairs quick and easy. Had I not used Swift Creek Plumbing, I would’ve never of known of Semper Dry. Courtland with Semper Dry worked with my insurance to get all the water damage covered. These guys went above and beyond.

I had some issues come up in a home inspection when selling our house recently, and Swift Creek Plumbing was able come make the needed repairs quickly so my home sale could continue on time. I called them because they had done a great job in the past when we upgraded our kitchen and needed a new sink installed and under the sink re-piped, when we had a shower leaking, and when our hot water heater needed to be replaced. In our new house, I found I needed them again to diagnose an issue with my washing machine drainage. They came the next day and figured it out with no problem. They are always prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and have fair prices. I plan to use them again in the near future for a bathroom project. They’re my go-to plumber.

Swift Creek replaced my aging gas hot water heater. They installed a drain pan under the new heater and ran the drain pipe out to the exterior of the house through the crawl space. We have used Gary and Swift Creek Plumbing for years. They respond when contacted, show up on time and do great work. They have done a lot of different work for us over the years: install new water heater, two bathroom renovations plus install several new toilets. One of the best things they offer is NO dispatch fee during regular business hours! Who wants to pay a huge fee just to have a plumber come to your house!
