Our experience with Chesterfield Service was outstanding. My husband and I were without water and Scott made it to our house within 20 minutes. He was able to find and fix the main problem efficiently, then when we found an additional problem arise, he had no problem jumping in and fixing that one too. He was a real life saver! Lost our water heater a month ago on a Saturday night and Chesterfield Services was the only place out of a dozen others that took our call. We had Marscel come out to mitigate the water damage and Scott out to replace it. Both guys were super professional and just downright genuinely good people. We also had a revisit from Scott when our sump pump died and he did an amazing job, very thorough and explained exactly what was going on and gave me several options. Theyll be the first company I contact when I need any service they provide.

TL;DR Chesterfield Service knows their stuff, they’re the best call you can make!At 5:05pm the night before Thanksgiving, my kitchen sink drains all backed up at once. Not great timing, I know. I called Chesterfield service and spoke with their wonderful customer service team anticipating that I’d be out of luck…but no! They connected me with Michael who saved the day after hours! He diligently worked to fix the immediate problem (so I can make dinner for the family tomorrow!) and also crafted a plan to ensure it won’t happen again! It was a tricky situation made wonderful by Michael and Chesterfield Service.

My shout outs go to Owen and Adam for not being pushy into selling my something I did not need and helped me by their honesty. Owen over saw from beginning to end. The HVAC installers, TJ and his helper did a good job and kept me in the loop with all they were doing. The Plummer Scott, kept me up to date as well. I highly recommend this company mainly for their staff and customer service. The Bryant unit and water softener and water heater are worth the cost. Austin was amazing. From the start where he came out to do the bids to the installation he was knowledgable and so easy to work with. We had three fireplaces converted to ventless gas log sets. All three had some tricky areas to work around. It was not an easy job, but through it all Austin was positive and got it all done. He left the house clean, took the time to go over everything for us and make sure we understood how everything functioned and where turnoffs were in the basement as well. He even went over the operation of two other existing log sets that were in the house (we recently moved into this house). Highly recommend Austin for all your fireplace needs.

Bob did an excellent job on our gas fireplace!! We have a vented, formerly wood-burning fireplace that needed service badly. The controls, burner tubes, and logs all needed replacement. Bob gave us three options to choose from, showed us images and videos of each, and explained the different features. We hired Bob to do the service and replace all the parts. He also re-painted the surround and vents. When finished he explained in detail how the system works along with the remote, warranty, etc. and answered all our question. The fireplace looks amazing!! No question, Bob is an expert in his field and we happily recommend Chesterfield Service. Outstanding!

My outside faucet broke while on full blast. I called ten 24/7 company lines but no one could help! It was Sunday. (Im new at this homeowner stuff and didnt realize till later that when i turned off the water-it was not for the whole house.) I finally called Chesterfield Service. After telling them my problem I was notified by text minutes later that Vincent would be texting me- which he did with his picture. He eventually came, diagnosed the problem and we made plans for him to come back the next day. It was getting late. Vincent, or Vinnie, came back Monday and did a great job. He was very thorough and seemed happy to help me and answered some of the questions I had regarding plumbing and shut off! Lol! Vinnie is the greatest representation of Chesterfield Service. Chesterfield Service replaced our water tank, furnace, and A/C unit. Our Sales Rep, Jerry, was great to work with and submitted all the rebates for us which was nice. Neal was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable about the equipment. Our furnace wasnt syncing with the thermostat to allow wireless operation through our phone after install. Neal came out and talked with our internet provider over the phone and also Carrier. He discovered that a batch of wall controllers went out without this software installed. They instructed us to wait a week and see if the screen looked different. It all worked out, and we really appreciate that they came out and spent that extra time to make sure the product worked as intended. Would highly recommend using Chesterfield Service.

They left no mess.They also returned to fix our A/C mini split system. They quickly identified the problem, got the needed parts and returned to replace the filed component. It couldn’t keep temperature at or near the set point. Hot air was coming out, but by morning it was at 64F when the setpoint was 70F. Outdoor temps were very cold -5F but we have had really cold temps before and never had this issue. I called Chesterfield Service, explained the issue over the phone. Even though they were swamped they got their tech Jerry P out out by noon. Jerry was able to diagnose the problem and get us up and running. He was polite and professional.November 8, 2024Our Scotsman Icemaker started to act up recently oversized cubes and the bin reduced to only half full. I called Chesterfield Service and their appliance repair division sent out Jarod Newman to diagnose and repair the unit. He arrived in the previously agreed time window of the appointment and also texted his ETA about 20-25 minute ahead of arrival. Once here he quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to solve the problem. He also answer Emmy questions about the icemaker and gave me some tips how to adjust the cube size and clean the unit. Jarod was very professional and courteous, as have all the Chesterfield technicians we have had in the past. We use Chesterfield Service for our appliance, plumbing, and HVAC work and have always been very happy with their services.

Chesterfield Service is super. They schedule correctly, they arrive on time and pre announce their arrival by text and phone call. The techs are professional, courteous and competent. They diagnose and fix the problems quickly. They use shoe covers while inside. I use them for my HVAC systems, they installed and maintain 2 conventional systems and a minisplit systemm. I also use them for plumbing and all my major appliance repairs. This past Saturday I had a malfunction of my furnace, and left them a voicemail which was returned the same day and they secheduled a technician for Monday. Connor T was assigned, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and did made sure that his repair was correct by cycling the furnace on and off for 30 minutes. He also looked at possible causes of the problem as part of his work. He was friendly, professional, and competent as all the Chesterfield technicians are.

I am happy with his work and the reasonable pricing. He said he is not a waste cleanup firm and cannot help there, but he hosed it down the drain and treated it with dish soap. This was above and beyond and I appreciated it. My house is back to normal and he is sending me an estimate on some other potential issues I may consider. Chesterfield Service did a great job with several plumbing issues. They were very professional and super friendly. They also gave us several good tips to care for our drains & new faucets. I would definitely recommend them & will use them again in the future.

Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful, which is always a treat when youre already sideways because something has broken. They even bumped me up from my original appointment on Thurs to today (Tues) when they had some people change their appointments. Alex arrived on time and there was communication prior to his arrival, which I appreciate since I work from home and had meetings. He identified the issues quickly and my dryer is no longer screaming when I start it. Some parts had to be ordered for my washer so there will be another visit, but Im confident all will go as smoothly as it did today. This is now my go to service company for all appliance repairs. I highly recommend!

This was a Saturday evening emergency situation with no heat while we were out of town, leaving only our dog sitter along with three dogs, and one cat. So by phone, I reached out to Chesterfield and the person doing the scheduling was so helpful and within an hour Matt arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and the house was again livable. We were 1,000 miles away and could not possibly have been provided with better service. I strongly recommend, and will now continue to use, Chesterfield.

Bob and his team were great getting out here quickly to assess my needs. Once here, they realized more was needed than just the pilot light … We are also not in code on to other items. . Bob had great suggestions and for what the cost is was going to be to put the pilot and bring the items up to code? It was more cost-effective to purchase a new log set, pilot, etc. He took time to find the best fit and was able to come back the same week and get it installed! It looks great, it’s a much better fit for the space and looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Chesterfield service😊
