Michael and Sons and Dominique and Haywood were fantastic in helping us in a dire time just a few days before Christmas. It was late on a Sunday evening and they were here with a couple hours helping us figure out the problem. Though the problem was due to the electrical company Dom helped communicate with then and start a solution to a really crappy situation. He was an absolute gem to work with and we are already planning on having him come back and help us with some other electrical items we need addressed! Haywood had to come back out a day later and helped us in a pinch to get us power in time for Christmas. Very intelligent about his craft and so friendly. Even interacted and chatted with my 4 yer old who was so curious about what he was doing! So thankful to him for his cheery disposition and knowledge. Cannot say enough great things about these two gentlemen!!!! Thank you all for your help and quick response!Edit to add: Mr. Dom came back and spent over 9 hours working to completely fix our problem and was awesome! Even able to save us a bit of money! Such a great guy, knowledgeable, and such a hard worker! So grateful for him and his help!

Aaron showed up on time and was very prompt, respectful, clean and efficient. Repaired my leaky valve after a trip to Home Depot while providing great conversation. The entire experience was outstanding. I will request him again if the need arise. Thank you for your expertise and great customer service especially in a place (under the sink replaced the cold water valve with the red valve coming out of it) where I cannot get to even though I’m shorter. The gentleman performing the inspection was kind and efficient. He explained everything to me and made some recommendations. He was very polite and business forward. I am so thankful that after 3 initial inspections and quotes from other companies, I found the professional and supportive staff of Michael & Son Services. Special recognition goes out to Jontae Lewis and Elmer Galvan - 2 of the best technicians I have ever met. The took the time to explain each step of the installation, all the hardware, and what to expect from the new unit. Since the install, I have even received follow-up calls just to check and make sure everything is running ok. Simply Outstanding!

Daniel Sites is hands down the best technician I have ever dealt with. I have had many people come and service my HVAC unit over the years. He was amazing. He took the time to diagnose the issue and explain what was going on with my unit and then fixing it. Then on top of it staying with me long enough to check not only the heat but the AC. It was a great experience in an extremely difficult situation.

Awesome, professional work by Aaron and Marcus installing our new water heater just before Thanksgiving. They got right to work while making sure to not damage any surrounding areas with the removal and installation. New unit is clean. Before leaving they made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up. I’ll reach out to Michael and Son for future repairs or installations. I definitely recommend.

My garbage disposal was not working and Bryce B, technician for Michael And Son, explained all my options in terms of fixing or replacing the garbage disposal. I decided to go with a higher version of the disposal. I already had and just have it replaced. Bryce immediately got to work, replace the disposal, and cleaned up the area. Our home is an open plan with the kitchen and family room the next to each other and we were able to go ahead watching the TV program that we were in the middle of when he came with no interruptions From the work being done. Bryce was friendly, informative, and competent in his work. We felt that the work was very professionally completed and we would deal with Michael And Sons again.. WELL DONE!!!

We had an electrical issue we couldnt figure out ourselves, so we decided to try Michal & Son. The booking process was super easy online and we received plenty of communication ahead of time to confirm our appointment. On the day of service, the office communicated clearly to us that our technician, Orion, was running late with another call, but was still going to make it. Shortly before he arrived, I got a text message that Orion was on his way, complete with a picture of him (THANK YOU! This is great from a safety perspective!) and a little about him. Orion then followed up with a call to let us know when he expected to be here. Once here, he was polite, informative and helpful, and with a breaker replaced he was on his way! Pricing was reasonable and about what we expected, especially given the time he spent trouble shooting with us.TLDR: Very organized and professional crew, with a reasonable price!

So thankful for the help of my tech, Haywood. I had a laundry list of electrical projects around the house I needed help with, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and a quick worker. He was transparent about the time it would take to complete all the projects, and I appreciated each time he would call me over to explain any needed technical details it was important for me to know as he worked. Given some of the specifics of my projects, I needed to order different parts but he came back within a few days to wrap everything up. Overall, I am thankful for the good communication from Michael & Son and specifically the work Haywood did for me.

Ebony is truly an incredible person. Very nice and to the point. Very precise knowledgeable on all the measurements and damage done by the water that leaked from A/C unit in the attic. I haven’t decided on getting the work done by them after reading a lot of the reviews. Ebony brings integrity, honesty and commitment this company is truly lucky to have. I definitely recommend talking to Ebony first if you should choose this company.

My shower is back to functional and the cost was reasonable. They explained everything, took before and after pictures, and shared everything with me in the end. Would strongly recommend![UPDATE]: Knocked a star off because I was told restoration was contacted and an appointment was set for the following day from 10-12PM. Waited until 1PM and called. No appointment was made with restoration team. Fortunately they were available and scheduled for later in the day. Communication is KEY!

He was extremely professional yet down to earth at the same time which made it comfortable and easy to talk and have conversation. The quoted price for a new heater and installation was better than I was expecting, and they were able to get our installation scheduled for the following Tuesday. They replaced my old standard AC - Gas furnace unit with a new HVAC heat pump unit and did an excellent. Okay, this is my 3rd time making reviews. I never do this so often in one company. Actually, I dont right reviews unless if Im really impressed or pissed off. Anyway, had my Cooling and Heating maintenance checked today. Jahsiah W. came in a little early than the scheduled time (very professional), checked everything (he’s very thorough), and he was very polite and respectful! He explained the status of the unit (17 yrs old), he told me its still running good despite its age, but might break down, hopefully not anytime soon. He said I dont have to worry about it for now, but might want to think about replacing it in the near future before it give me problem. And that’s what I like about Michael and Sons, they are not money grabber. They dont give pressure or scare their clients. I know it depends on the situation, but most of the time, other company seems like to take advantage of the situation. For instance, I had my unit stopped 2 yrs ago, called heating and cooling and company told me I need to replace it. I called a friend who knows something about unit, replaced something and boom its running again. Michael and Sons have very good techinicians. I never had problem with any of them. Please remember, employees are the face of the company, spoil them! 😊

We called for service Friday afternoon and were relieved to be able to get an appointment for Saturday. Hunter eliminated the sodden mess in our attic due to an improperly installed drain line from the water heater. We decided to replace the 20 yr old heater. Hunter and Dave removed the old heater from a difficult position in the attic with very little space to maneuver equipment. We were up and running by the end of the day. Thank you for a great job! Weve already recommended Michael and Son to our neighbors here in Suffolk.Recently, they performed a plumbing inspection because of a flood in our primary bath. Aaron Knight, a master plumber, found that the bottom of a sink had a great deal of damage underneath plus a broken valve. He also checked our water heater in our attic. At the end of the inspection, Aaron offered suggestions for good maintenance. He answered all our questions, and we would definitely want him to do future work.

Nathan did well. He fixed the thermostat and my heater started working. However, I feel frustrated with Michael and Sons for having problems upon problems on the new units the company installed barely a year ago from cooling to heating.

He also pointed out to me what to look for and what to avoid when purchasing a new garbage disposal. I had absolutely zero issues with his service. Will use this company again for another issue that needs addressing.

Shawn with Micheal and Sons is amazing! He was very respectful of myself and my home! Shawn ensures to remain professional in his mannerisms and vocabulary. Shawn was able to give me 3 different quotes so I had a variety of costs that I could choose from to fit my budget. Afterwards, a week later when I chose to go with them, he came and got me all set up with financing so we could schedule my service!

Bryce truly saved us. We ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s and it was a saga getting it installed. We called Michael and Sons because of the positive feedback and they didn’t disappoint. From the young lady who set up the appointment to the dispatch who let us know the first technician was running late to the Manager that called me personally to explain the tech had and emergency and promised me to send someone out first thing the next day. Bryce showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. He really made me feel at ease and kept me informed every step of the way. After he left, Lowe’s came to finish the install but refused to connect the copper wire, with one phone call to the lovely Keiasia, she was able to send Bryce back out to help. Bryce truly saved the day and was the only good thing about this annoying experience. We will ABSOLUTELY USE MICHAEL AND SONS AGAIN.

Stellar! Michael and Sons have been great, Joseph Creasey fixed the faucet in less than 10min! He remembered what faucet part my sink needed and brought it with him. This team originally convinced me to upgrade the valves to each side of my sink and this time it paid off epically. 🙌 Also have them for my HVAC which has been a good investment. Great service!
