I was able to schedule my appointment the very next day. The young lady that scheduled my appointment was extremely pleasant and professional. I asked for a seasoned technician, her reply “the owner will be coming out to your home”, can’t get better than this. I met Bob the owner, he was here to clean my tankless hot water tank. Very affable gentleman, and a fellow Veteran. He was here approximately 45 minutes from start to finish. I could not have been more satisfied with Precision Plumbing. Prior to contacting them, I checked their customer reviews, they are rated a 5 out of 5. also rate them 5 and currently scheduling them to return for another project. They certainly deserve a 5 reputation that they have earned.I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Had a main sewer drain issue that I couldnt correct with the 50 manual snake I have, so after reading a bunch of reviews, liked what saw with Precision and gave them a call. They stated they were booked up for the day, and I opted to get put on the after hours/standby list as I needed to get it taken care of. As it worked out, they managed to fit me in during regular hours, due to a change at another work site. Kenny was great and a real pro. Listened to what/where I thought the issue was and went right to work. Problem was fixed in about 30 minutes shortly before lunch time. Price was more than fair, and included a military discount. This company is ran properly and honestly. They employ top shelf people and take care of them. I highly recommend them, and they will be my first call if I need some plumbing related help in the future. Thank you!!

Talk to Sean One of the tech was very pleasant. the person who did the job was the supervisor Joe. if you ever need timely 24 hour service and they will let you know what’s up with the pricing, wonderful job completed, I have more work need to be done I will be calling them again. this was also the Greenbrier location.

I cannot recommend Precision Plumbing enough! We have had a few issues with our 72 year old cast iron pipes backing up. Precision has always been very quick, professional, and reasonably priced when we called to have the pipes cleaned out. Then it finally came time to have our cast iron pipes upgraded to PVC. Precision was quick to provide a competitive estimate and they did a great job communicating during the whole process.I am very happy with my experience and I will make sure to always call precision for any plumbing needs I may have going forward.

Josh and Josh were both very courteous, professional, and very helpful. They spoke to me intelligently about the work that needed to be done, how much it would cost, and make common sense recommendations on cost saving and future repairs/upgrades. At no point did they try to upsell me, or make me feel as if I needed to pay for unnecessary work. I can’t speak about the other technicians from Precision Plumbing, however, if they are as good as Josh and Josh, I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you guys!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Ryan at Precision Plumbing for clearing our drain at 230 AM that was backing up our toilets, into our shower and the washer/dryer area.....yes....you read correctly 230 AM. We had an emergency and Ryan at Precision saved the day. Quick to return our call at almost midnight, arrived quickly, and had to attack this clog from the outside cleanout and removing a toilet....but he got it done...all with a great attitude, smile on his face, and at a price that was more than reasonable for after hours emergency service. If you have a plumbing need, regular or emergency, call Precision.... I know I will!!

Your tech, Will, came on Tuesday to address a toilet issue. I had previously replaced a failed gasket and apparently did not get it properly seated. He immediately identified the issue and quickly reseated the gasket. Total time fixing the toilet - one minute! He clearly knows his job. They saved the day!!! Thought that I could change my faucets in the kitchen sink but I was wrong. During the process, a connector to the hot water pipe burst & I had hot water gushing out everywhere. Finally turned off the hot water at the hot water heater & the water stopped. I had water everywhere, flooded into my dining room. Wes at Precision Plumbing was there within 2 hrs & fixed the problem. The valves for the connection were old & not up to code, so he had to cut the pipes to put the proper connections in place. Don’t know what I would’ve done if Wes hadn’t saved the day! He was very courteous & proficient & got the job done in no time. Can’t say enough about this company, great service, courteous & efficient! Would definitely call again if I have any plumbing issues.

I called around for availability and pricing, got some scripted runaround from dispatchers at different companies.Precision’s dispatcher was very informative and helpful as I had a handful of more technical questions. She was able to resource an answer for each and get me scheduled that day.Joe, the tech, got the drain cleared and was able to locate and show me where our line was compromised causing the clog which lead to a proper fix, not just a callback. 👍🏼👍🏼 And the price was right! I havent had to hire a plumber before. I called 4 places before this one. Every other company had nobody answering the phone and Precision had Miss Jessica pick up the phone immediately.My Dad is in hospice at home so it was important that I had the issue addressed pretty immediately. Miss Jessica had set up an appointment within 24 hours. The plumber came out out and called me when he was 30 mins away. His name is Alexander and he was polite, professional and answered all of my random questions. I felt totally safe having him in our home.I will never have to call another company again!!! This company deserves 10 stars.

We have used Precision Plumbing for several different projects, including a hot water heater replacement, a burst pipe repair and most recently a kitchen faucet replacement. The faucet replacement was made extremely difficult due to the parts on the old sink being rusted into place. I cant recall the name of the young man that did the job, but he handled it like a true professional. He got our old faucet out and the new one in quickly and efficiently. He tested everything and cleaned up before saying the job was done. The price was worth having a skilled craftsman do the job. We will certainly use Precision Plumbing again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend this company.

First, I called around 8pm and spoke to an actual person. Then, the technician was at my house the next day as promised! The technician was great! When I had originally called, I reported both my kitchen sink and my master toilet. But before the technician arrived the master toilet seemed to be working fine. The technician offered to check it out anyway just to be sure. Not only did he did he check the toilet but he heard a gurgle in the master tub a plunged it! Because the kitchen sink was just a basic clog, he only charged me the service fee, and checked my toilet and plunged my tub!! In this day and age of constantly being cautious of being taken advantage of, it was VERY REFRESHING to deal with someone who was courteous, honest and went above and beyond!! I would totally recommend this company and commend them for their technician! A+

We had an early morning surprise when our toilet and shower overflowed while running the washing machine. I did what any smart adult would do and called mom to see if dad could come over and fix it. Paul, at Precision Plumbing & Drain did a fantastic job addressing my clogged drain issue. I was most impressed with his thorough plumbing knowledge about all things plumbing. I had another well-known plumbing company that cleaned out my entire sewer line but still did not address my back-up. They pretended that the issue was something other than what it actually was, bellying, and proceeded to tell me that what they had done was no longer guaranteed because of that issue. I will never use that sewer company again, but thankfully, I found a company in Precision Plumbing that identified the problem quickly, and had the clogged drain resolved within the hour. The price was very reasonable and Paul and his assistant were very friendly and professional. The office personnel were also very friendly and very helpful in communicating my concerns. As long as Paul is at the helm I will never have another reason to have anyone other than Precision Plumbing to address all my home plumbing needs and issues.

One of the owners first came to look at the scope of the work for re-routing the entire house. Eric (son) who came to do it was very professional and was very knowledgeable. I was so happy with the work, that I hired them to move my water heater to the garage from the laundry room, and fix some plumbing in the kitchen. Yesterday I had another leak in a different pipe (old house) and the other owner came within hours of my call and was very pleasant . The gentlemen were very thorough and addressed all the many issues I was having with a pipe that burst from my sink into the wall, and all other issues that occurred related to that. They explained each step that needed to be taken, offered a reasonable price for their time and parts, and also had references for other trades that I needed assistance from. Our bathroom pipes had been clogged and leaking through our ceiling. I loved that they called me when they were headed to my house. When the plumbers arrived they were very sweet. Introduced themselves professionally, and even handled my barking dogs with ease. They quickly figured out the problem and got to work. They didn’t BS the problem and try to do extra work to over charge us. They were very professional but also made some hilarious jokes to brighten up the mood. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

We had a leaking faucet and very little pressure in both of our bathrooms. The technician was efficient, courteous, on time and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was happening and fixed the problem with no price haggling. Our plumbing is outdated. He had to go to the parts store and did so without a hassle. I will use them again. We have used other people but always a hidden fee. Not with this company.!

These guys are great! My 90 year old mother-in-law recently experienced a significant blockage in her main sewer pipe, and was given a very high estimate for replacement by the company who she paid to clear it. We found Precision Plumbing & Drain during a google search and could not have been more pleased. They provided a reasonable estimate, called the day before the work was scheduled, arrived on the planned day, and finished the job at the estimated price. My mother-in-law was particularly impressed with Andrew, the person who scheduled the work; and with Scott and Blake, the on-site guys who made her feel very comfortable during the entire process. Great job, and thank you for the professionalism displayed by all.

Precision Plumbing was recommended to me by our neighbor Joy who has been a customer of theirs for 14 years. When I placed a call, it was answered on the 2nd ring and the lady on the phone sounded very professional. Scott Hobbs called me 15 minutes prior to arriving, he was right on time for the time bracket I was advised. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very personable. He was here to help with 2 toilets that constantly leaked due to bad flappers which he successfully replaced. I was, also, able to get some pricing for future plumbing calls. I really appreciated Scott’s hard work and can’t wait to call and request him!

I called Precision Plumbing for a second opinion/evaluation on a leaking pipe that the first company told me would be a half day job which would involve removing my water heater and cutting a hole in my wall to access the leaking pipe. Service was great found the leak pretty quickly though it was in the wall. Fixed the leak and proceeded to clear the drain that caused the water to back up and rust the pipe causing the leak. Was a pretty bad clog that took some time to clear, which showed to be cleared but after using the sink for a while it started to back up again and when we called Precision they came back and worked the clog again until it was cleared.
