    Jay came and quickly diagnosed an issue we had with water coming from a bathroom upstairs into the ceiling downstairs. Turns out it wasn’t the plumbing, it was the cracked grout around several tiles and caulk around the tub causing water seepage. I so appreciated his arrival on time, his expertise in figuring out the problem and his recommendations. I’ll definitely be calling again if I have plumbing problems!

    We recently used Jay to help solve the mystery of how we broke our kitchen faucet while trying to clean out the filter. After coming for the first visit, and after first trying to fix the it in the most inexpensive way possible, he ended up replacing the solenoid valve and it’s working good as new. While he was here we asked him to fix other plumbing issues and he was happy to add on last minute fixes. He even put up with my yapping dogs! He’s the guy you call when you want to fix something right and know that you’re paying for quality, and long lasting, work. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

    We hired Jay to replace a leaky pipe on an outdoor spigot that we had tried to replace ourselves. Our repair worked for a short time before springing a bad leak. We really shouldve gone with professionals the first time around, hopefully a lesson learned...     I am selling a home and needed a few plumbing repairs. I prefer to work with trusted local businesses and my Realtor referred me to Jay’s Plumbing. Jay called me promptly and communication was excellent. I like the fact that he incorporates texting, calls, and emails. He sent me an initial quote for review and approval before ordering parts. He shared his availability for the week in advance and kept me informed/updated on timeline. He finished the work quickly and on schedule. I wasn’t able to personally inspect the work but my Realtor sent me pictures and confirmed all was up to par. Most of us hold our breath when we need plumbing repairs. I would’ve liked to save a bit more price wise, but elected not to shop around as I wanted the work done quickly. I got that and I’m pleased with the results.

    Jays the best! Very honest, polite, on time, and overall great guy. I called him over to replace a flush valve in my toilet, and he found that I only needed to replace one part of it instead of the entire valve.
