David at Roto Rooter saved my life and my plumbing! I had an emergency when my toilet started overflowing and my husband was on a work trip. Knowing virtually nothing about plumbing David was able clearly explain what the potential issues were, how to treat and what the cost would be. He was patient even though it was close to midnight and I did not feel like he was rushing. I would highly recommend their services and they are my new go to for all plumbing.

I am so pleased with the professional service from David who came to give me a quote on my plumbing issues — he was patient and thorough while troubleshooting. I was provided with solutions to my problems that were much less serious than I thought they were, these issues actually turned out to be simple fixes that I can remedy myself.David went above and beyond to ask me if there was anything else I wanted him to check for me after already checking 3 things.I asked him if he minded checking my hot water heater and he said he didn’t mind at all. We went up to the attic and when I realized that the light bulb had blown out, it didn’t bother him at all. He had his own flashlight and he gave me the best news ever which was that my hot water heater was actually in fantastic condition. Not only that, he said there was some kind of thermal extender thing which would tend to extend the life of a hot water heater.I bought the house brand new in 2006 and this is something I never knew. Here I was thinking I’d be needing to save up for a new hot water heater soon, and he put my mind at ease about it. I am glad I called Roto-Rooter. I highly recommend calling them with any of your plumbing issues whether big or small.

I wanted to say thank you to Mike V who did a great job between the toilets n shower after spending 2hrs working hard . Unfortunately it didn’t fully correct the issue being the landlords plumber kept saying nothing was wrong , allowing the issue to go on for so long and they had to come back out . David williams showed up and did a fantastic job . He spent 3 1/2 hrs working hard and went above n beyond to make sure it was fully corrected before leaving ! He offered info and took the time to look at another issue advising me of pricing and answered all my questions as well explaining things ! He was extremely polite and professional ! Emanuel our Roto-Rooter plumber was Outstanding in everyway. Professional, knowledgeable, and he listened to what I had already tried and let me know exactly how much it would be for exactly what he was going to do to try and fix my issue. He advised me on what the possible issues could be and possible difficulties he might encounter. He was at my house in less then 2 hour and stayed until he was confident the clog was removed. If I have future issues Ill be requesting him by name.

Overall, a great experience!

Garnet was so professional and listened to our problem with the kitchen sink and went right out back and unplugged the blockage that Patriot’s plumbing didn’t do and couldn’t do. After exhausting all options after a couple of hours and a lot of sweat, I decided to go ahead and get a new toilet. Turned out the issue was not something an auger would have ever been able to handle. I truly appreciated Austin’s friendly demeanor, clever and diligent troubleshooting, and commendable work ethic rarely experienced these days. Truly a remarkable plumber and even though the end solution wasn’t cheap… neither is Austin… you get what you pay for… and my faith has been restored that there are still amazing helpers out there.

We needed emergent plumbing to fix our toilet that was clogged somewhere in the line. Within 10 minutes of trying to set one up we got a call and confirmed that we could get a guy over to the house within an hour or so which is impressive considering the situation and on a Sunday. Austin arrived and was very polite and professional. He had a couple of ideas about what the issue could be, but quickly deduced the right course of action and laid our options out. Instead of immediately suggesting a more expensive option he started with the less expensive likely to work option which we took, but he also explained the other options and gave us helpful information about the house and the potential plumbing issues associated. It only took Austin 15 minutes to start and finish the work and everything was cleaned out. We retested and our toilet was fixed. Austin did great work in an efficient matter as a true expert and really helped us out today! Thank you!

I called this company at 4pm on a Monday asking to schedule a technician to come look at our backed up sink and the dispatcher told me he could have someone out to me within 2hrs. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to complete the job same day but he scheduled with me to come back the following morning and he came and was just as kind as the night before. This place would of got one star had they not had such a great plumber. Hes the only one that saved them a bit. Had a drain slow to drain. Called Monday night they said they could have a technician over in 2 hours. The called back and said their tech was taking longer than expected and I could either wait or reschedule. Since it was almost 830 pm I rescheduled for a time slot of 5pm-7pm Tuesday. Got off work early Tuesday and asked if they can bump me to the 3pm-5pm slot and if not it was okay. They said yes. Turn around 530pm and Dispatch calls and said it was taking longer than expected but they should have a tech available soon. That never happened. I called back at 9 pm and they said they couldnt get to me and I would have to reschedule or keep waiting. Being a work night I had to reschedule. Wednesday they scheduled me for 5pm-7pm and the tech got to my house at 5 until 7. So my point is how are you gonna tell a customer youll be there for an appointment but the customer has to keep calling to get updates on something when you should be making it to your appointments. The plumber himself was really kind and got the job done fast. Unfortunately, because of their lack of ability to make it to the customers in a timely manner, I wont be using Rotto-Rooter again. Oh and also I dont think it should be $450 to unclog a bathtub drain in 15 minutes when no parts were replaced. That just seems high.Edit-i got a full blown apology from the manager and the plumber himself. They informed me they dont usually have this issue and take customer relations seriously. Ill take my edit from 2 stars to 4. Cant blame Dispatch for the entire company

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. I had a pluming emergency on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to send someone out within the hour and was able to fix my issue. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company and will only use this company in the future.

A problem happened early Christmas morning. After calling at 8:45 James McMillan was here within the hour and was MOST responsive and completely competent!! He was most friendly and NEVER acted like we put him out!! Thank you so very much James for your service and mostly your efficiency and responsiveness to our need. Thank more than you can e=imagine.

Tim came in and was very polite. He was so knowledgeable about the situation and it put us at ease. Great to see young people in this profession and well trained. He solved the issue. Told me what my next steps are and preparers us for any what if’s.

I waited an extra 5 hours after the end of the quoted time period before anyone came, but the night dispatch manager followed up with me during the wait and technician who came to the house, Austin, was great. I dont want either of them to suffer from me leaving a low review because they were excellent, but I am a bit disheartened.
