Excellent Service - We have had the same tech each time for cleaning - very polite and explains all that he is doing or has done. I will continue to use them. We get our HVAC unit cleaned 2X a year. Office staff is always very friendly as well. What a great team!

When our home was built, MEP installed the HVAC system. I thought they were an out of town contractor who had won the bid for our neighborhood and I didn’t realize they had local offices so I hired a different company to do seasonal HVAC routine maintenance. That was a big mistake.. The other company sent a young man who upsold me every time he came to service the unit. This included convincing me, a retiree, that my 2 year old unit had lost 2lbs of coolant to which he charged me almost $500.00!! My neighbor told me that MEP had a local office and because they installed the unit he had them do all of the routine servicing and maintenance. I called them immediately and set up a contract for regular service at a very reasonable price. I haven’t looked back. The technicians come out, check the unit and have not once tried to upsell me on anything. They are courteous and knowledgeable and clean up after themselves. My most recent visit included a recommendation to clean part of the interior of the unit but he did not make it seem “life or death”. He added it to our next routine visit and gave us a ballpark estimate of what it may cost. I recommend MEP; very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable without the need to upsell the customer. That’s the way to grow and maintain a good business!

MEP services my HVAC system and tankless water heater. They have a reasonable yearly plan that covers twice a year maintenance on my HVAC and yearly water heater service. They are easy to schedule and the technicians are always professional and explain any issues. I highly recommend MEP.

I have to say that the person that came out to check on my heating and air conditioning unit was very thorough and seemed very honest about my problem and continued working until my problem on the air conditioner was diagnosed. He was on time, professional and kept his appointments.Im very happy with the services this company provided so far. I give the rating a five star.

Service technicians for both our AC and are Plumbing are excellent. Very professional on time always make recommendations leave the area clean and provide us the information we need to keep our systems running properly. The staff that answers the phones make sure that youre provided with adequate information as to when theyll arrive and keeping you updated.The companys processes are professional, highly recommend them.

Willie was very professional in inspecting our shower and hot water issue.My husband and I love that he did not try to upsale us on repairs once his inspection was done, but rather, he advised us that we just had some home maintenance to stay up to date on with smart homes.
