    I had a need to rewire and install an electrical outlet for a replacement fireplace. The old one used 240v and the new one 120v. Get Lit took care of everything.I used them a couple of times. The staff of professionals are always friendly. They explain the scope of work to set expectations upfront. Fast, friendly, and experience, what more could a person ask for?I wouldnt hesitate to contact them because I trust no other company. Get with it, and Get Lit, your go to professionals for all electrical and plumbing needs.

    Always a great experience with Get Lit Plumbing and Electric. Scheduling is pretty quick and efficient. For work that needs to be done right away, they have someone on call. Theyā€™re very flexible with days and times and get things done right away. Theyā€™ve done electrical work and well as plumbing and changing my pipes on my home since Iā€™ve invested in this property.They provide before and after photos and itemize things that need to be done. If there is any additional work, they inform you about it so there arenā€™t any surprises. I have them in speed dial. I highly recommend them!

    Excellent service! Chris is a cool ass guy who clearly knows what hes talking about, is understanding and friendly, and works hard. He did a great job installing my electric panel. I was worried there would be big gaps in the wall where the new panel was placed but that is not the case at all. I feel safe at my home again and I am so thankful for trustworthy companies like get lit, and good workers like Chris.THEN Kelly came out because I was hearing strange rushing water noises in my bathroom and did a thorough search/inspection. Wow, what a great person. This guy will sit with you and explain everything to you in depth on a level you understand if you arent familiar with plumbing. I am seriously so thankful guys like these two exist. 100 percent only calling them in the future.

    From start to finish, the customer service with Get Lit was 5 star. The workers were courteous, professional, and friendly. Ive told everyone that will listen that I was VERY FORTUNATE to have chosen them to take care of my plumbing!! Chad and Kelly did an excellent job. In fact, it was so good that the city inspector praised the work calling it Superior!!! My wife is equally satisfied and tells others about her own experience with Get Lit.     Louis from Get Lit was outstanding and professional. My panel was original to the house and a fire hazard that had scorch marks. Louis bid a great price to replace my panel with a new one from Leviton, beating out a couple of other local electrical companies.He wired the new panel beautifully and even redid the connection to my solar system so that it would outlast me. He worked with me to get all of the circuits labeled. The new panel looks amazing and it has a great warranty as well as two surge protectors and new grounding to protect my house from power surges.I am very pleased with how it turned out.

    Get Lit did some great electrical work for me. I had some outlets that were not working also installed a new outlet for my dryer. Louis came over he was very professional and very polite, he treated my home with respect always put shoe covers on even when i didnā€™t mind if he didnā€™t have them on. He went under my crawl space to rewire the connection for my outlets as well as repositioned a sensor. Itā€™s also worth noting that he made minimal holes during the installation and also patched those holes, I know a lot of electricians who donā€™t patch holes. Lastly, he provided me with valuable recommendations and a quote to replace my outdated electrical panel. Overall Iā€™m very pleased with the work completed I will definitely call them back in the future.

    Had my electrical panel replaced, over 25 years old. Contacted Get Lit, within 3 days had electrican (Ned) you could tell Ned new what he was talking about, and answered every question I had, recieved 3 quotes, before leaving property, was going to get several quotes , but after inspection felt really comfortable with Ned and Get Lit. The office staff was very friendly, and very polite, within two days of approving the option I wanted, Ned was on the job!! 2 days later. Work ethic was off the chart,from 8 till 4/4:30 non-stop, and same today, Friday. It must be a great company, because Nad had his Son Chase which is a apprentice with almost 3 years, assisted today, and was really a great young man, very respectfull.Normally dont do reviews, other than stars, but for this team, enjoyed there company, work quality, oh and clean up, was like they had never been there. I Highly Recmmend Get Lit electrical and plumbing. And thanks again Ned, great job.

    Excellent workmanship and professionalism. Joe is the man! Joe came to install an EV charger and generator interlock system for the house. He was knowledgeable, took his time, and even gave training on what he was doing. Overall, highly satisfied with the work done.     Excellent and responsive service. I had a difficult situation where I needed my electrical meter base replaced and dominion power required city inspection. Git Lit did the repair, got the permit and scheduled the city inspection, all within a reasonable time frame. Problem solved!! Also had the electrical panel replaced. Im very happy with the results.     My husband and I recently moved into our home and have dealt with a lot of issues and unexpected maintenance. Not being local in the area, itā€™s been a struggle finding companies that we feel are transparent and not trying to rip us off. Get Lit has been a breath of fresh air for us and have been extremely professional and beyond helpful when it comes to any issues that weā€™ve had in regard to our plumbing/electrical. James specifically was an absolute blessing and great help when we had to replace a lot of our plumbing in our home!     First rate experience from end to end. James the Plumber arrived early, evaluated our problem (a broken pipe and spigot on the back of the house), and provided a quote to make the repair. The price was about what I was expecting. When it came time to talk scheduling, he said, Let me call the office...I think I can knock this out for you today. And he did. It wasnt a huge job, but its done and I can move on to our next house-related issue. Also, he helped me locate the emergency water shutoff in the house...do you know where your emergency shutoff is? Theyve got reasonably priced service plans too, to help you manage your homes plumbing an electrical issues. Ill definitely use Git Lit again. Thanks for the great work...R.

    My home needed an upgraded panel and more amps. Ned assessed my issues and presented me with three reasonable estimates for the project. He was always available for questions and worked long days to complete the project in the time frame he estimated.     Just had an amazing experience with Get Lit! After discovering a fishy smell at one of the outlets in our house we called Get Lit based on all the 5 star reviews. I was a little nervous about using them because how could a company only have 5 star reviews. Well let me tell you they are legit! Louis was amazing.     Get Lit did an electrical panel upgrade for our home, with whole-house surge protector. We got a quote from another major electrical company for a lesser electrical panel that didnā€™t have the surge protector, that was about $800 more.Louis was thorough, neat, and personable.     I canā€™t say enough good things about Drew and Danny and the receptionist who took my call. We had to get electrical and plumbing work done and they were all amazing. The price was more than fair for all they did. They did more than I even expected. They were on time and best of all the treated my house with respect. They donā€™t track mud and dirt all through our house and dent and mess things up. They cleaned up when they were done and were super professional. Weā€™ve had a lot of not so great experiences with companies lately so this was a breath of fresh air! We would use this company again in a heartbeat!

    Kelly and Chad replaced all of our water pipes, including new valves and faucets. They were very polite and worked around having to take my son to school. They finished ahead of schedule and even repaired some items that werenā€™t up to code free of charge. When I decided last minute to add more to the job they were able to accommodate the very next day meeting my time constraints. The owner of the company even came out to assist. Wonderful customer service and a fair price!

    We had a great experience with Get Lit. Tabitha was able to get our toilet back to shape on the day of the estimate and it didnt take her that long at all! Right before we had guests coming too! She was awesome!We also had electrical work done by Cody and another tech, they did great on adding/moving lights and adding some GFCIs. There was a little bit of a mistake where my wall was misdrilled, but the company sent a very nice and experienced drywall guy out to fix it all up. Looks great and he even patched up a Lil area that was uneven for us.We will be using their services in the future!

    WOW! I dont know where to start. LOUIS resolved a 39 years electrical problem. I selected GET LIT ELECTRICAL because of their 5 stars rating. My hallway light switch was not working. Louis came right in and resolved that problem in less than 30 minutes. He knew exactly what the problem was. I had my house built from the ground up. From day one the builder and several reputable electric company could not resolve the problem permanently. So I decided to try Louis to see if he can resolve my 39 years old closet light electeical problem. To mySurprise he did! Since he was on a roll, I tried him one more time. YES, you got it he fixed it. Louis was very professional, respectful and polite. If I could give this company 20 stars I would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR ELECTRICAL WORK DONE CORRECTLY, FAST, AND REASONABLY PRICE HIRE GET LIT!!

    I used Get Lit Electrical to do a rewire of my whole house in August of 2024 after I saw sparks inside the wall when I plugged my vacuum in. I called on a Wednesday, and they were able to start the following Tuesday. Joe and his team were able to knock out the whole house rewire within a reasonable time frame. Joe and his team were very respectful, knowledgeable, and ensured I was satisfied with the ending results.During their time at the house, they brought a newer electrician to the job, and I could hear them explaining what they were doing, why they were doing it a particular way, and truth be told it was refreshing to see. It was clear and evident they take training serious and passing along the knowledge to the newer, younger generation. Even when the city inspector came to inspect the house, he gave Joe a complement of how nice and neat the panel box was.They were amazing to work with, and I cannot highly recommend them enough.     Kelly was extremely helpful and informative. My water meter was reading very high and Kelly did a thorough search of the house and crawlspace to try to find the leak.     Exceptional! We needed a new chandalier hung in our two story foyer to replace an old builder grade fixture. Cody was exceptional when explaining his plan of action to provide electrical sockets with covers for the exterior of our home. He also installed Recess lights and a chandelier in the kitchen area. On the second day, Cody brought in Jay, who assisted him with the project.     My home is old so we are consistently upgrading everything. My power went out around 6:00pm and of course Iā€™m freaking out. I donā€™t want my young daughters and wife having to go a minute without power. I quickly asked for recommendations and Get Lit kept being brought up so I called them for help. Within an hour Zack was at my house running diagnostics of what the problem is. Come to find out my panel and breakers were burning up. Zack explained everything and told me what needed to be done. My only concern was how quickly could this get done. Zack being very empathetic to what me and my family were going through said that with the severity of the situation he would see the earliest he could get it out done. Turns out Zack was there first thing in the morning and and completed everything before night. Very professional, answered every question, talked me through every process, just overall a pleasant experience.     The task to replace all of the Quest piping in my home seemed daunting at first. Fortunately, Kelly and Chad were a pleasure to work with and made the ordeal less traumatic by their professionalism and skill in their trade. While GetLit was not the cheapest option, I was impressed by their approach to minimizing destruction of walls in the upper level by doing most of the work in the ceiling requiring fewer cuts. I was also a fan of an air tightness test vs a hydrostatic test before reconnecting water (if you leak air, youll leak water). They maintained communication throughout and dealt with any unforseen hurdles right away (I had a cracked toilet drain that was detected during the process). Kudos to Drew and Tabitha for pitching in and speeding the work along. Four days from start to end was amazing. I noted to Kelly that the quality of the drywall repairs were less than what was expected.     I cannot say enough good words about our experience with Get Lit. We had 90% of our plumbing replaced due to failing Main line and Sewage line. Then City was no help and Get Lit was able to fix the backups, leaks, and banging pipes all at the same time.     First of all, the company is very proactive at getting in touch and communicating with you throughout the process.It was a Sunday night when the problem sprang up. He was able to get it done quickly and at a good price even though he was just about to get off work to go home. He still was professional, polite and did great work.     After receiving two other quotes (one higher and one lower) we decided to go with Get Lit Electrical to rewire our 1926 home, and we are so happy that we did! Other electricians were going to rip out portions of our plaster walls and not patch, whereas Get Lit made small holes and didnt damage our walls and will be patching those up. Louis, Cody, and Chase have done an excellent job with not just the rewire, but putting in extra outlets and lights in places that make sense, and even going as far as unsticking our patio door! Zack G. came and did electrical work on several outlets in our home and helped restore power after two circuits blew, leaving the guest room and baby nursery without power.
