This is my first time using Causeway at the recommendation of a friend and I could not be happier. I called them for emergency service on this holiday weekend and the response time was amazing. Jesse showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak in my garage. I usually dont post reviews but felt compelled to do so this time as I was truly impressed!

We can’t say enough about Causeway Plumbing! Dave Staude & His Team have “rescued” Us too many times to count! An older home has numerous plumbing issues over the years! Each and EVERY time We call it’s more than likely an Emergency to Us and We are so thankful it’s handled as an emergency to them also! We had our hose bib break off the exterior wall on a Saturday! The lady that took our call was very helpful and professional. Our technician, Jesse, was in contact with us immediately and arrived to our home within 1-2 hours! He was so communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and professional! The job was done quickly, efficiently and most importantly, correctly!! We highly recommend using Causeway Plumbing!

Had an issue with the shut off valve to my toilet and they came fast and fixed the issue in no time. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. The person on the phone was friendly as well which is more than I can say for some of the other plumbers I called.

Writing this for my mom.Mom had an ongoing issue with a clog in a line. One company suggested that she replace all of her drain pipes for a rather princely sum.I called Causeway and explained what was going on. They scheduled a tech for a certain date/time. On the day of, they called me to let me know the tech was in transit. When he arrived he asked mom what the issue was, and she showed him. He resolved it, explained what it as, then ran additional tests.The tech (Jessie I believe his name was) was very respectful of mom. She was very happy with the service, their promptness, and their not trying to sell her services she didnt need.

Hands down best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with in Virginia!! They saved my house after another company installed all new plumbing water lines illegally and without a required permit. The initial job was supposed to take 4 days with another company but after two months Causeway Plumbing had to take over and did a phenomenal job! Unlike the first company they knew exactly what they were doing and didnt try to cut any corners what so ever. They were honest and straight up with me the entire time and I was more than comfortable with them getting the job done the right way. All of their workers are highly trained and professional in this field and absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. My only regret is not going with Causeway the first time around!!

Dave from Causeway Plumbing replaced a leaking water supply line from the city meter to the house. He and his crew were friendly and professional. In addition to replacing the main line he also took care of a second leak and didnt charge extra to do it. Highly recommended.

I needed a new line leading from my house to the city sewer line and not only did they do an excellent job of installing the line. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up the mess and collected all the pieces of roots into a wood pile and even did extra in helping me get things organized and cleaned in the front yard which saved me so much time. Highly recommend this company!

Your reps came to my sons new to him house in Hampton to help solve a water and sewer issue and we couldnt have been more pleased with the experience.
