Weve been using 911 for a couple years now dating back to a busted wall pipe in the kitchen and subsequent kitchen remodel. We then had them remove a wall and build a custom double sided direct-vent stone fireplace. . They will be remodeling our 2 bathrooms and adding a laundry room to complete the total renovation of our 55 year old home from rafters to footers and everything in between! Their dedication to completing the job as planned, in the quickest most affordable way; while never compromising quality, is unmatched in the industry! Finally a contractor you can trust!!

Although this company did not get my business today, they got a lifetime customer for future plumbing issues. I had some concerning sounds coming from my hot water heater and wanted it to get looked at. I called the company and was greeted by a very pleasant individual on the phone. They were able to have a technician out instantly but were willing to accommodate me later when I got home from work. The technician was on time and very professional. The reason why I will recommend this company, is that when they diagnosed the problem, it was an easy fix. They explained my options and what it would cost for them to do the repairs or if I would elect to do them myself. Me being handy, felt I could do the repairs and elected to do them. There was no charge for the consultation and the company could have ultimately not disclosed the issue in an effort to ensure they performed the repair. However they were very up front on the options, honest about the problem, and showed such a high level of integrity. Because of this I will be using them for all future issues when I need repairs done, and would recommend them to anyone. They truly care about the customer and not the bottom line.

I was recommended 911 Home Repair Specialists by a very close friend, and they came in with the lowest bid (however I will not talk price because every job is different) and obviously won said bid. There was a few scheduling hiccups (on my end) but they were 100% accepting and willing to work with me. they came out today and had to remove some drywall from the ceiling in order to complete the job they quoted me on. I will tell you I am ecstatic with the level of service I received, the quality of work they provided and the professionalism they emanate. they also are owned by and employ United States Service Members as I found out when they came to my house today! I will be using them again in the future for flooring and a bathroom redesign!

Everyone I spoke to on the phone & in person was courteous, professional, and responsive.I called about a leaking water heater in the late afternoon on 11/6/23 - the issue was assessed that evening- and the work was completed early this afternoon (11/7/23). The new water heater was installed quickly and I am very pleased with the result. The team was respectful of the property and all of my questions were answered. The cost I was quoted was the cost I paid.Im really grateful for the service and advice provided. When you returned to complete our main line reroute, your plumbing professionals ensured the best route that would allow for the best water pressure we have ever had! Not to mention, the added bonus of the trace wire that you placed to locate the water line that was installed and buried. This was a very difficult job due to the location of the original route being impeded by two very old but sturdy trees, their extremely durable and expansive root system, AND the awkward placement of the city meter. This was our first experience with your company, and we were impressed. Your plumbing team exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to utilizing your services in the future. 911 Plumbing Specialists are the best. I hired someone that I thought he knew what he was doing to remove mold from behind the shower wall and put in a new shower. Come to find out he had no clue what he was doing and after 3 weeks of not having a bathroom 911 Plumbing came in and saved the day. Everyone was very professional and polite. The owner Rod took so many phone calls from me and was never annoyed by any questions I had. The whole crew worked hard to fix the plumbing and replace my shower. Price was very reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. They are my go to guys from now on!

Homeserv insurance was responsible for calling this plumber. The technician promptly showed up the next day. He disappeared within two hours at this address, after he told me that the insurance would not accept his estimate for the repairs. The next time I heard from them was 10 days later, I finally got A1 plumbing to make the repair. The insurance Co. Has refused to cover the cost due to a procerural problem. This was a $10K cost. I’ll see what the court will say.

My water heater sprung a leak with rather unfortunate timing on New Years Day while I had company visiting from out of State. Long story short, I had hot water again in a single day. Dylon communicated well and showed up on time (which is a rare but extremely valuable quality anymore). He was knowledgeable, professional, a true master of his craft, didnt leave a mess, and was dedicated enough to work beyond what most would consider normal hours to get the work done. Ive had plenty of sub-par experiences trying to find good folks to perform work at my home, and Im absolutely ecstatic to have found a high quality go-to business that I know I can rely on. They truly checked every box for me.

We hired 911 Home Repair Specialists to renovate our half-bathroom that had extensive water damage from a leaking toilet. They did an excellent job. We were impressed how the company removed and hauled away the toilet, vanity, floor, and other items. Also, they provided the plumbers and contractors for the repairs (i.e., plasters, painters, and electricians) to do the work which made it seamless and easy for us because we did not have to hire these contractors. They were on time to our home and were very efficient in keeping the work area clean. We plan to use them again for our other bathroom renovations and repairs. We appreciated that they were very professional and answered all our questions. We plan to tell others to consider 911 Home Repair Specialist for their repair needs. TBH they were not the first Plumbers/repair specialist that I called, they were the 3rd. But next time 911 Home Repair Specialists will definitely be the top of the list. They got there days before the other 2 contractors that I contacted said they would be available. They kept me informed every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable and transparent. Anything that was unexpected that was outside of the scope of the estimate I was contacted about before the work was done. All in all I am very happy would use again and would recommend to others. My Tenant was quite happy with the professionalism and the cleanup after the job was done.

I had a leak in my outdoor spigot and Josh came out and explained what it could be and what he thought it was and gave me estimates for each. I decided to get it fixed on the spot and Im very satisfied with the work he did. I asked him about other plumbing issues and he gave me advice and estimates on other projects Im going to do for the future. It was awesome to be able to talk to him and get good advice and direction on my other projects. It showed me how knowledgeable he was, so if you want someone that knows what they are doing I would call these guys!

I was referred to 911 for a hose bib out back not working. Josh came by and determined pretty quickly it wasn’t the bib, but the shut off valve which he had a heck of a time finding. A quick job turned into making another appointment due to my shut off valve having been cut by the previous owners for some curious reason. Come the day for Josh to come fix it, he’s tied up in another job most of the day, but the home office is keeping in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know it’ll be a later arrival and why which is worth it’s weight for me. I can’t stand being left in the dark on matters involving arrivals. That’s half the reason why I track my packages like a hawk. The professionalism is superb, I’ll be telling everyone to use 911 plumbing.

The sale was an as-is listing with no repairs made by the seller so we had out hands full as well as a long list of items we wanted completed.It is never easy to find a GOOD contractor, not to mention someone who makes you feel comfortable going in and out of your house while you are working and your family is at home...However, from our initial contact with this company, we have had nothing short of professionalism and a true team of contractors that CARE how things are done. Every project (Well over 40 items..) was detailed and reviewed by the contractors with us prior to starting them.Prior to finalizing out initial list, we added two more lists to their plate including building a full bar from scratch (See Photo).In addition to their professionalism, they were also great with our kids! My favorite part was coming home to see my son, who is 2, wearing a tape measure on his side just like his contractor buddies.This company is a class act and they care about YOU!
