    I am incredibly pleased with the work done by Chattanooga Exteriors. It is hard to know who to trust these days, but I know James Berry was imminently trustworthy. When he answered my call for help, he walked me through the entire process in a straightforward, transparent manner. My house is an older home and had fallen prey to unscrupulous contractors before, and I am grateful to say that Chattanooga Exteriors reversed some pretty devastating errors done by others. We can now continue living here in peace, knowing we have a home thats set up to last.

    Our home had waterproofing issues and old termite damage, so we trusted Chattanooga Exteriors to perform the repairs and put on new siding. From the get-go, Jeff helped us through the decision make process to design our new exterior. He was great to work with. The repair and construction teams were also excellent. They worked much faster than I had expected. Even with Christmas in the middle, they completed the job in two calendar weeks. The finished product was exactly what we hoped for. The quality and consistency of their work is what Id expect from professionals. I recommend Chattanooga Exteriors to anyone looking for a partner to help them with any home exterior projects.

    The finished product! We had another company do the sun room and Chattanooga exteriors do the deck.We found other company to be a little higher priced than we’d like and the project execution was just “ok”. Nothing terribly wrong, but when compared to the value and execution of Chattanooga exteriors - it was a markable difference.Chatt Exteriors were PHENOMENAL! Assigned project manager, tons of clear communication, robust crew, great craftsmanship. We are thrilled with our transformation.

    I would definitely recommend Chattanooga Exteriors to anyone looking to update their home. They followed through on everything and were professional and trustworthy. Anytime I had a question they were prompt in getting back with me almost instantly. .     We were in a position that required us to replace a substantial two story deck. It was a massive undertaking and the Chattanooga Exterior’s team handled every detail with precision and forethought to keep the final product aligned with the vision we were originally aiming for. In addition to having a punctual crew on site when promised they also were flexible to our schedule when needed. Contract projects are quite an invasion of your privacy but the project manager and his assistant ensured we never were uncomfortable or hesitant with the various subcontractors that were required for the job. The overall experience was excellent and everyone involved was extremely professional and easy to work with. They took a personal interest insuring that we would be happy with the outcome. The finished product is excellent and we are very happy with the entire experience.

    Everyone connected to my project was very professional and courteous. Kevin my sales representative explained every thing and gave me excellent advice .     Superb company for exterior renewal of our home. Siding, doors, windows, and gutters were done. Keith walked us through the process and made excellent materials and aesthetic recommendations. Chris the Project Manager was very informative and kept the project moving along. It did take a bit longer than I would have thought (they did say they take about 4 weeks and that was right-on) but the crews showed up on-time, worked until the work was done, and the word that really captures the final result is craftmanship. The final result far exceeds our expectations. Yes, a little more money than Joes Vinyl Siding but the quality of the materials and the real craftsmanship of the work means real value for the money. You cannot go wrong with Chattanooga Exteriors!

    I’m so thankful I ran across Chattanooga Exteriors online. We were interested in doors, windows, siding and a new deck. This is a very large project and we wanted to feel comfortable with the company we chose. From the first meeting to the last detail walk we have had nothing but good caring service. Even in the small details, Chattanooga Exteriors goes above and beyond. I would get updates at least every 2 weeks notifying me on our estimated start time, they arrived in consolidated trucks, and they showed up when they said. They worked fast and efficiently and our project manager did his job. It was worth the expense to have one contractor and one supervisor run this project. We tabled the deck for now, but Chattanooga Exteriors transformed our 1979 home to a beautiful 2020 classic modern colonial. I look forward to working with them in the near future for our deck replacement. After our wonderful experience, I don’t won’t roll the dice and experience what most people go through during projects. We will stick with the BEST!

    I highly recommend Chattanooga Exteriors for deck and screened porch replacement. They walked us through the entire process and answered all our questions before signing a contract.During the 3-4 week renovation, their employees showed up on time and were courteous and respectful of our property by cleaning up each day.     We are extremely pleased with the results! Project manager Abner kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was professional, polite, cleaned up the job site each day- but most of all- knew what to do and how to do it! From the door installation to the new side porch, all the work was top notch. The Trex front porch decking is 1000 times better than lumber - and on the new side porch, the black Transcend handrails are very striking against the Coastal Bluff planks and the Boothbay Blue siding. 10/10 - Id choose this again.

They also installed a new screen system on our back porch The new installation of the James Hardie siding is beautiful, along with all of the other products. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.     Chattanooga Exteriors replaced my pine decking and handrail with new Trex Transcend decking and aluminum handrail on my back deck and side porch as well as under-decking to dry-in the patio below.They were great to work with during the project.     They deconstructed my wood porch, including steps off the porch, replacing it with Trex along with black powder coated metal railings. They also replaced the wood posts that had begun to twist, due to weathering.The workmanship was excellent, and the guys wasted no time while here. My only issue was the amount of wait time from signing the contract until the work was started, 8 months, but now that it is done, the wait was worth it. I feel the salesman should have been up front about the lead time, but I have to credit Michelle, with keeping me calm and up to date. She is a definite asset to Chattanooga Exteriors. I highly recommend Chattanooga Exteriors for a job well done, especially since I had zero entries on the punch list after the completion.

    Sit back and buckle up, this is going to be a ride. So this started back in June of 2021. It was a small deck replacement using mid grade Trex. After numerous delays due to covid, supplies, weather, and 1 or 2 other issues the job scheduled for mid to late Sept 2021, was started 2/15/22. It was quickly completed by the main work crew on 2/17/22. Punch list items were completed over the next 3 days. 2 guys came in on 2/18/22 and not only did they get the job completed, but, most pros tend to get uneasy when watched. These 2 pros not only let me watch but answered questions I had. Chris and Nate were exceptional and deserve a pay raise. My project manager was also great to work with. Chattanooga Exteriors is a great company and I highly recommend them. I will be calling for future projects.

The country-style windows we selected for the awning and casement windows add a lot of charm to our home and significant outside noise reduction. All eight windows were installed in a day.Overall, we are quite pleased with the product and the installation. Our only complaint is lack of communication about install date. A number of their target timeframes went by without any communication at all, and we spent almost two months with furniture moved out of the way due to day-before notifications of delays. The end result seems to be worth the price and the frustrations. We will probably use them again in the future.Edited to add: The sales process was quite good, too. No cheesy gimmicks with heat lamps and no high-pressure sign-right-now deals like others that came to our home. We had an idea of what we wanted, they made suggestions, invited us to their showroom to see how the types of windows we were ordering worked, quoted us a price, and gave us time to sleep on it and get competing offers.

    We completed the second stage of changing all of our windows to Renewal by Anderson. We love the windows. Both times Eric did a great job of explaining the products and options available to us. The installers also did a great job. We ran into a framing glitch and they were able to work through it quickly. The only problem is the length of time it takes to get the product made and then to schedule the installlation. We were made aware of this. This was a new build, so the project was delayed for a couple of weeks. We will definetly use them when changing our few remaining windows.

    I contacted Chattanooga Exteriors after several months of looking for a company who was willing to actually listen to what I wanted for my home & not push me into buying a product I didnt love. From the first contact until the final walk through, the communication from Tim, Wes, & Nik were top notch. They took time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Tim Allen is a joy to work with and is very thorough and knowledgeable. There were no surprises when it came to the quote or the final cost, he took the time to explain what may happen and gave us a heads up on what to expect going forward. He showed us several examples of other work Chattanooga Exteriors had done and even gave us some ideas for our place that we hadnt thought of (but loved and ultimately chose).The demo crew did a fantastic job removing the old siding, installing the necessary sheathing, and wrapping the house so the next crew could come in and they did a superb job of cleaning up after themselves. Windows and doors went in quickly and I barely noticed the crew that did the soffit & fascia were here, they were that quick. I wasnt a fan of the install crew who showed up, mostly because they didnt show up when they said they would, and they left nails and debris everywhere, but its my understanding that i wasnt the only one with that experience and that the crew is no longer affiliated with Chattanooga Exteriors. Nik Brown did an amazing job with assuring us that the job would be finished as promised and even did some of the repairs and cut list items himself to make sure we were happy. All work was finished as promised and our home is absolutely beautiful. The transformation is breathtaking and still amazes us. No one is perfect but this company is dedicated to doing things right and delivering more than expected. They truly earned their 5 star rating. I recommend them to everyone I know and will continue doing so.
