    I recently had roof repairs done by Sentri Roofing, and I can confidently say it was the best home improvement experience Ive had.     Sentri Roofing replaced my roof about six months ago and Im ashamed that Im just now getting around to writing a review because the experience was FIVE STARS and then some. Anyhow, I was just up on the roof putting up my christmas lights and admiring the job they did, so here I am. Better late than never.From the initial inspection to the quote/scope of work process (which they took their time on in order to ensure they could properly account for some unconventional conditions on my roof), to adjusting to EVEN MORE unconventional conditions that we ran into during the tear off process, Sentri was incredibly responsive and communicative.     My husband and I went to one other roofing company that basically wanted to take advantage of the fact that we don’t have time to search around other companies before we thankfully asked our realtor who she recommends and I am SOOOO glad we did. Sentri was so helpful and communicated with us so well, our inspector Tabrin was very quick and listened to our concerns and gave us a way better quote than we were expecting. The day of repairs for our leak Frank and his crew did an amazing job ! So quick and very friendly, at the end showed me pictures of the process and the finished work.

    My experience with Sentri Roofing began when Alex came out to bid my roof replacement. It was a comfortable, no-pressure, and honest interaction which made me excited to accept their proposal...not to mention all of the 5 star reviews I read. They showed up bright and early and eager to get the job done. They were able to fix the issues where I had signs of moisture and created a cricket around the chimney. Jessy, came by to manage the project and used her drone to take some great progress photos. You cannot go wrong with this team. Highly recommend.

    First, the sales person (Tabrin Walker) was very thorough in his description of the product and process. Sentri came in as the lowest bidder, and also with a superior product (GAF). We were going from a metal to a shingle roof. Next was the demo and installation crew overseen by Chase. Wow. Efficient,quick and skilled. Their cleanup was also extremely thorough (we have had only a few screws and nails found). I would highly recommend Sentri Roofing for all your roofing needs.

    Called for an estimate for a leaking vent pipe. After meeting with Tabrin, he explained Sentri’s process of inspecting the entire roof. He never pressured me in unnecessary repairs. I felt Tabrin was extremely fair with his estimate and recommended solutions. All scheduling and followup with Carlos was very professional. I was very pleased that Carlos was able to get this project completed before the next scheduled rain. The crew showed up promptly, and job was finished in a timely manner.     After getting four different quotes for a total roof replacement on my home I went with Sentri Roofing largely due to the presentation and professionalism of Jon Deardorff. Jon was the initial contact who inspected the existing roof and explained all aspects of the project for replacing the roof. The process was seamless from start to finish and I especially liked the fact his company and employees are trained and certified to install the GAF shingle products and they stand behind their product and workmanship with warranties and will be there in the future if any problems were to arise. On the day of the roof installation Frank Barron (site foreman) and his crew were on time, professional and completed the project in one day. The clean-up was immaculate even in windy conditions. Both Frank and Jon were excellent in communicating during the installation process and answering any and all questions. If you are considering a new roof, this company is one of the best. Their pricing is competitive, and their products and workmanship are superior to their competition. Also I would be remiss if I didnt mention the professionalism and timeliness of communications with the office people Michelle and the project scheduler Carlos before, during and after the project. I gave Sentri Roofing five stars only because I couldnt give them six. Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this company to others considering roof replacement.

    Daniel Brown came out and performed my inspection and discussed everything with me in detail. He took care of all the paperwork, discussed all the details with my insurance company, and even came the day my insurance inspector visited to be available for questions. Daniels inspection was very detailed and thorough, that my Insurance Company said they really didn’t even need to come out for the inspection after looking at the report he sent them. Daniel stayed in communication with me throughout the whole process and made multiple visits to my house to make sure everything was taken care of as it should be.Frank Barron was the project manager that was here the day the work was done, and he was very nice and his crew was wonderful. I was at work when they did the replacement, but Frank called me and stayed in touch with me throughout the day, and when I got home, he met me here and went over everything with me and answered all of my questions.I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this company.

    I had been searching for months and getting estimates for a roof replacement. I requested an estimate from Sentri and Danny Brown came to look at my roof. He was the first person to even suggest that my insurance might cover part of the roof replacement. Later that day, he helped me file the claim with my insurance and was so helpful answering some of their more specific questions. He made that process so smooth and easy. I decided to go with Sentri for the replacement partly because they had been so helpful and advocated for me. During the installation, Carlos and his team were awesome. We had an odd schedule due to working night shifts and they worked with us as best as they could to finish the installation while also respecting our schedule. Carlos made sure to stay in contact every step of the way and did not hesitate to call me if any issues came up. Danny came back out after the roof was installed and did a final sweep for nails. A few months later, after some crazy weather with lots of hard rain. I noticed that there was a spot that was leaking. I contacted Sentri about it and they fixed it within a week. I cannot speak highly enough about Sentri, Danny, Carlos, and the rest of their team. I finally feel comfortable in my home and Im not worried about leaks anymore.

    Alex came to my home and did a complete inspection of my roof and presented me with an evaluation including pictures. We discussed their 3 roof replacement plans. I requested a Saturday install. Jacob was my project manager and Frank was the foreman on the job. After the old roof was removed it was apparent we had alot of wood rot. Frank left his crew working and went to get the required replacement wood and some other supplies. Eventhough they ran into unexpected issues they finished the job and cleanup before 5 pm. The gutter crew came the following Monday and were finished within hours. I am very happy to recommend Sentri Roofing.

    I hired Sentri Roofing to replace some old rolled roof on our home. Tabrin worked with me on the quote, was very responsive, and was able to make some adjustments based on our budget. The day the work was scheduled happened to have rain in the forecast, so I was contacted early that morning to reschedule (the rescheduled date was only a few days later). Carlos and his crew arrived and provided me updates throughout the day. He was also able to send me photos of the before and after work and answer my questions. Even a last-minute question about the permit was quickly addressed. I had a contractor we are working with comment that the work performed looked like they did a really good job. They even addressed a potential leak that was slightly outside of the scope of the work. All around, a great experience and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

    Sentri roofing did an excellent job on our roof. We had a leak and several old but repaired ones. There was lots of hail damage to the roof. Alex helped us file a claim to our insurance and everything went well. The new roof looks amazing and they finished it all in about 6 hrs. They were very professional and made the whole process very easy. They also cleaned up all the scraps and were so nice!     I could not recommend Sentri Roofing more highly! I knew I needed a roof inspection after some storms came through our area. But I didn’t expect the high quality of service I received from Danny Brown!Danny inspected every square inch of that roof and took many detailed photos. Then he sat down with my wife and I and explained each photo. He didn’t just claim we needed a new roof, he showed us WHY we needed a new roof.Danny also handled the insurance claim to make sure all the photos and the detailed report made it to the claim adjuster’s desk. He even came out and met the insurance company’s inspector to point out the damages so there would be no overlooking them.Once the insurance came through and it was time to install the roof, Frank Barron and his crew came out and did a spectacular job. Frank was very patient and explained everything to us, and did a complete inspection of the work throughout the work day, and a final inspection once the roof was complete. The whole roof was tore off and replaced by 5:30 pm.You cannot find a better roofing company that Sentri Roofing, and you will not find better people than Danny and Frank!

    I am so thankful for Zack and Frank at Sentri Roofing. If not for Zack we would not have gotten our roof replaced. He really went the extra mile. Frank was very professional and supervised a great crew. They came in like an army and replaced our giant roof in one day. The gutter replacement was more of the same Alejandra led a great team. The workers were so happy there was even singing. You know it is a good company if the workers are happy. The clean up was done and the entire job looks fabulous.

    Michael Barron and his crews did an outstanding job with our roof. On a hot day last week, two crews arrived and stripped the old shingles and installed a new roof system in one day.     My contact person was Mo, he took pictures of the roof and suggested what needed to be repaired in an evaluation booklet. For the roof it self he gave me 3 tiers of roofing products. Once that was all picked out, they told me they could go out to do the roof I’m 2-3 weeks.When they came out Frank and his crew took care of everything. There were some rotting wood that needed to be replaced and Frank called me letting me know of the situation. They disclose everything and let you know what they are doing. The crew cleaned up everything and disposed of all materials. At the end it came out solid and with great workmanship. I would 100% recommend them for your next roofing project.

    Our roof was in need of replacement due to age. We first heard about Sentri from an informational flyer left on our door. We went to the Sentri website and registered for an inspection and got a call for scheduling. Alex V. came out and did a very thorough job, taking pictures both from ground level and the roof. He explained our shingle options and differing warranty options and pricing. After getting a quote from another company we chose Sentri because of their reputation and that they were a family owned company. We also talked to a neighbor who used Sentri and they were very pleased. On the day of installation rain was forecast that night so they sent additional crewmembers. The supervisor, Chase, was here at all times and they finished the job by 4 pm, and we have a large house. Everything went as planned and the new roof looks great and the workmanship was 5 star. The clean-up was complete and everything was done as Alex had explained. Alex came for the final walk through the next day and we are very pleased!!! They earned the 5 star review and I dont give those out often!

    I have had several new roofs installed in the past but this company by far is the best. From the free estimate with Danny to the install with Mitchell everything was over the top. On time, good price, exceptional install, and the best clean up ever. Meticulous attention to Every detail. Mitchell was there with the crew every step of the way but, I don’t think it was necessary. The install crew were quick, did a fabulous job, and cleaned up to the point my yard around the house looks better than before they arrived. If you need a roof or something roofing related you would be far better off to choose this company than Anyone else. My neighbor had a roof installed by another company 1 week before mine and although there was nothing major the were some issues. No issues for me.     I had three roofing companies inspect and bid a total roof replacement for my home. Of the three companies Sentri was not the cheapest, but by far the best, you get what you pay for. Tabrin Walker was the sales manager who performed the inspection and did an excellent job, he was very thorough during the inspection, helpful with the financing options, and very knowledgeable of the GAF products, and in my opinion a great guy. Frank Barron was the project foreman (even though I didnt meet him) and did an outstanding job. Frank had two crews working to complete the project in one day, which I am very grateful for. The look of the roof is great, the care of our property was outstanding, the cleanup was great.     We recently replaced our roof that had suffered hail damage. The gutters and down spouts will be replaced at a later date. From the beginning Zack was professional and helpful in filing our insurance claim, representing us, and working with the insurance company adjuster.On the day the work started Frank, Mitchel, and Chase introduced themselves, answered our questions and responded to our every request without delay. They took their time carefully explaining each step of the process in a thorough and professional manner.The Latino roofing teams knew what they were doing and were extraordinarily hard workers.they protected the plants, shrubs, trees etc and picked up as the work progressed. The different roofing teams worked well together to efficiently complete the installation. Arriving at 06:30 hrs and not departing didn’t until 21:30 hrs well after dark they were able to finish the roof installation in just one day so that there was no chance of water damage from an unexpected rain shower.The next day Frank was back at the house early in the morning with a couple of people to finish the clean up work.     We Called Sentri Roofing to inspect our roof for weather damage. Allen Sanchez came out and inspected the roof, found damage, explained our options to us. Very professional and didnt try to talk us into something we didnt want or need. He even went to our insurance company and helped us with all of that. Then he scheduled us for the installation of the new roof.The immediate foreman Frank Barron came and introduced himself to us. Explained what was about to take place and assured us that we were in good hands. The work started and in no time at all the roof was bare. After that, the crew got to work and before you knew it the roof was done, and they were cleaning up. I was looking at the work when I noticed something that cause me some concern. I had Frank look at it, and he didnt like it, and immediately had a couple of guys on it and made it right. Everyone was very friendly and they did great work as well as working great together. By 5:30 P.M. my roof was finished and the guys and gal were on their way.     First of all this is a review from a man who used to run a roofing company. I had the advantage of looking at the excellent job Frank and his crew did on my neighbors house before they replaced my roof. I would not of taken the job on my neighbors house because for a roofer, it was a nightmare. To say they have some challenging roof lines would of been an understatement.The materials were dropped off a few days before the job at my house because of a holiday. I knew it was going to be quality from the minute they started working. It was like the military, everyone knew their job and they got to it right away. The ground crew had the tarps out and it wasnt more than 10 minutes until I heard the old shingles coming off.I have a large roof - 39 square - not like a 3 bedroom rancher. Before lunch my roof was completely stripped, the ice block in place, all the bad spots repaired with the underlayment and the starter strip installed. They were completely finished before 6:00. I mean they had done all the cleanup, swept for nails around the house with a magnet, all the little pieces of the very old tarpaper that floated away from the tarps cleaned up. They even went around the house with a weed blower looking for little left overs.My roof looks like a million bucks. All my valleys are perfectly straight. The flashing around both of my chimneys is gorgeous. The cap shingles look great and the ridge vents are a welcome addition. Frank personally went on the roof and painted my roof vents to match the boots. No more ugly PVC sticking out. To I am a satisfied customer is an understatement. With my fantastic warranty I know my house will be well protected and looking great for a very long time.Tom Francisco

    From the first day meeting Tabrin Walker the (Sales Manager) I knew that this company was professional. Tabrin was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and explained the entire process. I was sceptic at first that the installation would go like he said, after seeing the housing market going up all around my location and seeing the level of work done by competing roofers.Then when Frank Barron (Project Manager) showed up to manage the job with his crews and explained their process that they were going to do for the DAY, I was impressed yet again.     They came door to door talking with us about the storm damage that came in July. As were skeptical of all of these kinds of sales, we let them give their opinion and shot from the hip on this one. The rep, Marvin, was extremely kind and not pushy and eased our concerns. Chase, the site manager did a great job with a large crew of young men who arrived early, removed the old roof and felt, and replaced both in one day!! That was the most efficient crew Ive ever seen. There were two men on each side of the house-- one on the roof and one below.They combed the whole area around the house with magnetic devices to pick up nails and left the yard meticulously clean. My new fire pit cover was damaged with a flying shingle. I had cash-in-hand to replace it before they left that evening!The gutters were replaced by a totally different crew of young men who were equally good at their jobs.     I would like to preface this review by saying that I am a local business owner and understand what goes into running a business with a quality product. I have to say that I would not hesitate to recommend Sentri Roofing. They were referred to me by someone else and after calling 3 other companies, Sentri was the only one to answer my call (I did receive calls from the other 2 later). My call was received with an outgoing and professional attitude and I was quickly scheduled for an onsite consult. Zac showed up on time and was polite and professional. He took detailed pictures as well as explained everything to me and what the process would look like if I were to use their services. I had a lot of questions and Zac was very patient with me over the next couple of weeks until the other quotes came in. He knew his product and knew the process. This helped me feel very comfortable in making my decision to use Sentri. Once the roof products arrived and the team showed up for install, Chase, was the on-site manager. He and Zac played as liaisons throughout the rest of the install. Chase even noticed some of the fine details that I would have never noticed.     My experience with this company has been absolutely amazing. Everyone that I have spoken to has been very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. Tabrin did my initial inspection and discovered that I had damage as well as a discontinued shingle. He met with the insurance inspector during his inspection, and was very instrumental in getting my roof replacement approved.     Keanu was very professional. He walked me thru dealing with my home insurance. How his company works and what to expect. It was a positive experience. Michelle was helpful processing the final payment and verifying the account information. However I did ask several times to have someone come by and clear up a few problems left from the workmen. Never heard back from the foreman.
