Three years ago Chattanooga Closet Company remodeled three closets in my new home. The suggested closet layout was designed based on my needs and the space itself. I don’t say this often but the end product is perfect!Recently, I wanted to add a shelf to one of the existing closets. I popped by and to my surprise they had one on hand! I thought I was going to wait weeks for it to be manufactured, but low and behold within 10 minutes I was out the door with my new shelf! Once again Chattanooga Closet Company exceeded my expectations! If you need a closet remodel don’t waste your time looking around. Chattanooga Closet Company is THE BEST in town!

Absolutely loved working with Chattanooga Closet Company. We had talked about getting custom closets done and met Sharon, the designer, at the home show at the conventional center this winter. She scheduled us in that following week for a consult and did designs for the pantry, walk in closet and the laundry nook. We opted for all three and the installation team was able to do all them in within a day. So happy with the end product, would use them again and highly recommend.

We recently moved into a smaller home and desperately needed a pantry. Marlene helped us design a pantry that not only looked beautiful, but matched our kitchen cabinets. Jason did an awesome job of installing it. He even swept the floor and wiped the cabinets down afterwards. It was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use them again!! We love it!

Heath and Jennifer and everyone else involved (including the installers) made this journey seamless. In fact, here are some adjectives that I believe describe this company . . . full of integrity, very professional, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! We contacted Chattanooga Closet to help us organize our master bedroom closet and kitchen pantry. Rachel was a pleasure to work with. She came up with a design that provided more efficient storage capacity than we had, all in the same footprint.The installation team was very particular to give us a quality installation all while being very careful working in our house. The product is well made and professionally installed, therefor you may pay a little more than a do-it-yourself kit, but once installed, we are convinced we made a great decision. We truly love our new closet and pantry!

She made helpful suggestions, offered various options, and at our direction, came up with beautiful designs for our master closet, pantry and laundry room. The installers arrived on time, were pleasant and polite, answered my questions, and completed the job ahead of schedule. When they left we had beautiful new storage and not a speck of dust to clean up! Couldnt be happier with the entire process!

Set up an appointment with Rachel to discuss drawings and prices. Was able to make some changes while in their Showroom which also adjusted some pricing. Visit was pleasurable; I would recommend Rachel for an in-home consultation and for the follow-up visit in their Showroom.UPDATE: Just had our new Pantry Closet installed and it looks great! I am very surprised at how much extra room this gave us as opposed to the racks that came with the house. Jason the installer, did a great job and was very respectful. Again, I would highly recommend Chattanooga Closet.

She came to my home and within a few days I went to the showroom and chose from three designs, made my selection and it was installed within a couple of weeks. The guys were extremely professional, wore face masks and booties and cleaned up after installation. We will definitely use them in the near future.

This company delivered exactly as they quoted and were prompt and fast! The installer came out on the date agreed upon and he was polite and took care not to leave any mess around. The quality of work was excellent! When we first visited the showroom to look at the design, the quote for the whole room was more than we were prepared to pay so we asked if we could do half the room for now and they were very kind and agreed to the half room instead. We couldnt be more pleased with the quality of craftsmanship and ability to meet my individual needs for the room. I highly recommend them and we will use them again in the future.

When we called Chattanooga closet we had a good idea of what we wanted. Marleen Caldwell came out to Etowah (cant find many to come out here). We put together our ideas and hers, it is way better then we expected! The guys who installed them were very nice and professional. Everything was done and cleaned up before lunch. Yes they did vacuum. If you want more then you expect here they are.. one last thing, yes it is Real Wood... Are you kidding me? Nope..The best product the best installers. Thanks Marleen

When a question came up, after the installers left, about adjusting bottom shelves up/down in the master walk-in closet, Heath came back the same day and showed us how to adjust the bottom shelves. Chattanooga Closet is no doubt one of the BEST contractors we have ever used. Sharon, the designer, worked with us for several hours giving invaluable information and ideas for creating our walk-in closet. The materials and installers arrived promptly when we were told they would and the installation was flawless. After two months the only flaw we discovered was that one of the drawer operators was not closing completely. We reported it to Sharon and it was repaired THAT SAME DAY. This closet has added a wonderful feature to our house and we are 100% happy with it. We would gladly recommend Chattanooga Closet to anyone.

Heath came up with creative design solutions for my organization needs throughout my home. They always wore masks in my house and cleaned up everything immaculately.
