    Cameron Eaves and Greg Henry arrived as scheduled, immediately started work, they removed the old shower and by lunch times had already completed the plumbing for the new shower, changed all fixtures and installed the plywood backing. They made sure flooring was covered while they came in and out from cutting plywood and acrylic panels. We couldn’t be more pleased with the overall job and the appearance of our new shower. Thank you for a job well done !!

    Had our installation finished up yesterday by Chris A. and Naim J. These 2 gentleman did an awesome job with the installation. They were very professional and took pride in what they installed.There were two mixups with our order but was not the installer’s fault. The wrong height molding was pulled for the order and the transition strip was the wrong color. Once these items are finished the job will be done.Kate Berger was our sales person, was very friendly, gave a great presentation and followed up to see if our work was satisfactory before the job was completed.I would recommend West Shore Home to all.

    We have 80 yo house with original windows and storm windows. While building a new front porch, I discovered longstanding serious water damage under a pair of front windows. The problem required replacement, so we went ahead and replaced all the old windows. West Shore sent a sizeable team of experienced and professional installers, who spent a long day replacing and repairing. The final results are transformative! It is a refreshing feeling, being able to see through our new windows!

    We had new windows installed yesterday. Brandon W, lead installer called to let me know they were on their way. He came with an army of installers. Brandon W introduced himself and went over the process. The guys came in, laid down tarps to protect the floor and went to work removing the old windows. I cant believe how fast the process went. I love my new windows! I look out and the my view is like there is no glass! Thank you Brandon W., Brandon J., Sven, Reginald, Jason S., Marquis, Tanner, Ronald, and Austyn for an awesome job!!

Sven and Chase did a wonderful job on the installation of our new windows in our home. They were extremely professional and really took the time to make sure the finished product was done exactly how we wanted it to be. We would absolutely use WestShore again in the future for any window needs.

    We were torn over just what we wanted for a shower replacement and also for finding someone to do it. Enter West Shore Homes. Getting a design review with Josh Martin was quick and easy. The option were presented in an easy to understand way. Samples were provided as well as past projects. We were able to decide on a look that made us happy. We were told it may be 4 to 6 weeks for install. Less than 2 weeks later our install crew arrived. Cassy Sutton and Juston Trotter were courtious and knowlegeble. The removal and installation went on without a hitch. 1 day for everything. You may be able to cut corners and save a few bucks but the quality product and install we received was well worth the expense. Financing was available as well as discounts for cash. We chose the 12 months no payment no interest option. We will be using them when it comes time to do the master bath.

    We had a fabulous experience with West Shore every step of the way. Beginning with our Design Consultant Abbey Allen who helped us pick out the perfect shower and was with in touch with us through the entire process. Our installers Casey Sutton and Briley Frazier were great. They kept us updated throughout the installation and made sure they placed all our features where we wanted. They were personable, explained everything, did a great job cleaning up the work area and made sure we were happy before they left.We would definitely use West Shore again.

    What can I say, it was AWESOME ! Casey Sutton crew knew their stuff all 3 were Professional, Experienced, etc...they arrived at our house at 8 a.m. and got to work taking out our old walk In shower, laided tarps on floors over carpets. The whole crew I had were Casey Sutton, Rickey Rodriguez, Bradley Fisher they were all very nice people very respectful and knew their stuff when it came to this type of work. We are very happy 😊 with the work and it looks Amazing so much better than it was, and cant wait to try it out cause I know it will be Great ! They cleaned up everything inside & outside, hauled away all trash etc....The work was so Amazing and shower looks so much better !     We had our tub shower combination changed to a beautiful walk in shower. WestShoreHome was the only company that would extend a wall to make the diameter of the shower bigger once the tub was removed. We had a positive experience from our calls with the company, then meeting with the design consultant, Allan Gadbaw to the install. Allan was prompt to arrive and was very knowledgeable regarding the products and assisted us with making a great decision. Our install team consisted of Zachary Redman, Briley Frazier, and Casey Sutton. They were all very professional, respected our home, and completed the job in the time that they had allotted even with a small minor issue with plumbing. During the entire day, we felt that they were there to work for us and to make this the best experience. We noticed a small problem with a loose valve after they had left and the repair team returned within one business day and address the simple issue. If quick and easy is what you are looking for, I highly recommend this team. From our initial consultation to install was 6 weeks.

    Just had my new walk-in shower installed. Everything from start to finish was great. They arrived on time and got straight to work. Being an older home, there were a few surprises along the way that had to be worked through. But Jason and Wesley handled everything well and did quality work. Some additional help even arrived toward the end of the day to make sure they got out at 5, so I could pickup my kids from school on time. Thank you Jason and Wesley, it looks beautiful!

    Had design consultant Matt Davis come out and go over options for our shower installation. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and pricing.Installers Briley Frazier and Justin Trotter did a great job doing the installation. They kept us updated on the work as they ran into a few obstacles with a concrete block wall and having to jack hammer some of the slab. Even though the demo was major they carried out the debris leaving the work site clean. We also enjoyed their sense of humor as they did the work!

    The crew arrived on time and began work right away. They replaced a preexisting worn out fiberglass shower, installing a shower with a lower threshold. They completed everything we contracted them to do. The only problem I encountered was having to clean all the dust in the adjoining bedroom and the rest of the bathroom. They did vacuum some but the drop cloths they used were full of dust and wood from another job so all the floors had to be vacuumed and cleaned. Overall one of our better experiences in home renovation. Our crew was Alex Motley-Lead, Jason Stamps, and Bradley F.

    Cameron Eaves and John Helton, as installers were prompt, courteous, and quite competent in their install. A+ . The quality of the product is very good. Communications was extremely poor.The shower door arrived at the warehouse broken which is not West Shores fault. We decided to go ahead with the install without the door and thats when communication completely fell apart.Shower install was a Wednesday, they called Thursday and arranged door install Friday. The door they showed in inventory was the broken one but they never called to cancel the install. I had to call and see what was going on.I was then told door arrival would be the next Wednesday so I requested a call to confirm its arrival. No call until the following weeks Tuesday, after that supposed Wednesday arrival, and install was arranged for the next day at 2:00 pm. Noon Wednesday, after arranging the day around the install it was cancelled as no installer was scheduled. I requested to pay an installers overtime to put it in and was promptly refused. (We got your back - it doesnt seem like it).The install was arranged the following weeks Friday. Not only were they prompt but early and did a great job.As for a five day follow up call to see how everything went - never happened. Poor advertising. If it wasnt for the very poor communications this would be a five star. West Shore has a very good product, great installers, but besides poor communication, at least on this project, the inability to think outside their customary procedures.

    Casey Sutton and John Helton from West Store Homes have just completed a bathroom renovation for us, and we could not be anymore pleased with their work. They arrived at the exact time agreed upon, introduced themselves, went over the plans with us, covered the floor and went to work! They were very personable and worked together well, never wasting a minute. Any question was answered professionally and their knowledge was evident. As Casey began to remove the old enamel tub and tile walls, John carried the pieces removed directly to the van to be hauled away. John also spent most of his time measuring, creating and cutting wood to the exact measurements. We were amazed at the cleanliness they were able to maintain while tearing away the old facility. Scrap materials went into garbage bags and when filled, went directly into the van. As the project neared completion, we were consulted as to where to place the grab bars and shelves. These , too, were placed exactly as requested and caulking was perfect. The room was swept and the shower cleaned, amazing us, at the cleanliness following a messy job. Upon completion, the young men reviewed what had been done, reviewed the warranty and directions for cleaning. The materials used from West Shore Home were of finest quality as we had chosen. If considering a bathtub removal and shower renovation, put West Shore Home at the top of your list to use. Request Casey and John to do your work. You will be very pleased. We think they should be raised a notch on the totem pole!

    During the fall 2021, I decided to remodel a shower and chose West Shore Home because of all the advertising I had seen on TV. The process was simple for getting a contract, but there was a 2 month wait for the installation to begin. The installation was only scheduled for 1 day and thats all it took. I had a beautiful finished product, but an issue quickly developed related to plumbing. I notified West Shore of the problem and action was taken immediately to resolve it. The plumbing issue was fixed in 1 day. My beautiful new shower was cleaned up the next day. My impression of a quality company is not the absence of problems, but the way the company responds when notified of the problem. Ideally, there would have been no problem, but I also wouldnt have found out how they stand behind their products and value their customers. The install crew was amazing - they were punctual, they worked quickly without taking shortcuts or sacrificing on quality, and they did an incredible job cleaning up. The windows look great, too.     Always a wonderful experience with Hullco!!! We had 3 new windows installed by Paul and his crew and they did a perfect job. They had to cut the wall out and put in new windows in our upstairs bedroom. In 4 hours we went from a drab wall to a beautiful view of the woods.     The design consultant, Coleton Barnes, and the Sales Manager, Keith Henry, were very professional and very knowledgeable which was a great help to us in deciding what we could do and needed to do. They both had great personalities and they were very courteous. The installation team…Rikkie, Jason, and Tyler were very professional. They worked extremely hard all day long. They were very conscientious about the work they did. They were very helpful in answering any questions we had.     I recently had a shower, 2 entrance doors and a window installed by Hullco. I hope the materials are as good as the installers. Sam did the shower and Mike and sons the other work. All were professional and friendly and answered any questions or concerns I had during the process.     Jason Stamps and Wesley Pickett removed our old shower and installed the new one in less than 8 hours. That included having to chase an opossum away that had taken residence under the shower subfloor that they removed and replaced!     We love our new soaker tub and bath wrap! The white herringbone design is beautiful with the deep tub and new shower heads. The tub is so comfortable with arm rests on each side and a sloping back. I couldn’t be more pleased with it.Rusty Jones and his crew were wonderful to work with and did a great job! I loved the fact that the old tub and tile was removed that morning and by 6 pm that same night the new tub, bath wrap walls and new shower heads were installed and completely done!     Hullco replaced my elderly moms tub/shower with a walk-in shower with safety grab bars and a built in seat. The installation only took one day and turned out great!     Our whole experience with Hullco has been great from the lady that scheduled our appointment to the young man Michael who came out to show us the product. He was so knowledgeable about the product they use to the fixtures and I had to be difficult wanting a different faucet handle and it was no big deal.
