Pat has earned all of the 5 star reviews. I had a competitor of his clear a clogged drain line about a month ago and it clogged again. The company wouldnt warranty their work and wanted me to purchase an expensive water jet service to clear the lines. I contacted Pat and he was able to clear the line at a much more reasonable cost. He also provided a 3 month warranty and provided suggestions on how I can avoid having the problem again. Last but not least... he offered to come out if I have problems again for free... even if it was on Thanksgiving. Where do you find that type of service any more? You cant go wrong with Pat.

I highly recommend Patrick for anyone with plumbing trouble. He is knowledgeable in his trade, his workmanship is top notch, and hes an all around honest, nice guy. We had a slab leak and Patrick came out right away on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot and come up with the best options for repairing it. Then he was back out on SUNDAY morning to do the work so we could have running water. He even found a way to do the repair that was minimally invasive and saved us a lot of money. I cant emphasize enough how spectacular his services and work ethic are. This is the plumber you enthusiastically share with friends and neighbors. So grateful to have found him!

I cannot recommend Free Flowing Sewer and Drains enough! I had what I thought was a toilet leak since my bathroom was flooded. Pat came out, agreed with me, replaced my toilets wax seal and then cleaned up all the water. Only then, when most of the floor was dry, did we realize that the water was coming out of where the wall met the baseboard.It was my first house so naturally I was stressed. Pat showed me how to turn off my water main while I contacted my home warranty company. He waived both the diagnostic fee and the fee to replace the wax seal since he (and I) had misdiagnosed the problem. That is some S-tier integrity.While I hope that I wont need a plumber again, I probably will, and when I do, I will absolutely be coming back to Free Flowing. Phenomenal service!

Our water heater was leaking alot of water. Had them come out and give a diagnosis. Very nice and honest upfront. Ended up having to get it replaced which they were able to do for us. It was an easy, fairly quick process. Definitely would recommend their services!

After the pilot light went out on our water heater a few times over the course of a couple months, the last time it happened we couldnt get it to reignite. We suspected wed need a replacement, and with 4 young kids getting it replaced quickly was very important. Pat gave us a reasonable quote, fit us into his schedule quickly and the job was done well before I expected it to be. We were so happy with our experience that we worked with him on installing a water softener and RO system the next week! Pats willingness to accommodate our needs and schedule meant a lot, not to mention his quality work. Im so happy to support this family business!

If you are looking for a plumber, please look no further. Free Flowing Sewer and Drains should be your only option! I needed a waterline moved in my bathroom and had been looking for a reliable plumber for about a month. I called Free Flowing and spoke with Nani (owner and wife of Pat) she got me scheduled right away for a day and time that worked for my schedule. Nani text me to remind me the day before my appointment and when Pat (owner and expert) was on his way. When Pat arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done, had everything he needed with him and got to work right away. My 5 year old son wanted to watch him and Pat was absolutely amazing!! He let him watch and showed him what he was doing and the tools he was using. My son talked about Pat the rest of the day. He was done in about an hour and cleaned up every bit of drywall in my bathroom. Nani and Pat are hardworking, honest people and they are very reasonably priced. Being a new homeowner is stressful and Im ecstatic I found a reliable, honest company to do business with. I will never call anyone besides Free Flowing for any plumbing related issues again!! I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. So, when we needed a new Reverse Osmosis replaced, I called Pat, and he made time in his schedule to get us in and with his coworker, quickly installed the new system and came back the following day to check and make sure everything was in working order. Been using Pat for over 2 years. Being in real estate and construction for the last 10 years, I have dealt with my fair share of plumbers and Pat w/ Free Flowing Sewer and Drains is my top choice! We have done at least a half a dozen remodel projects where he has replumbed the water lines, sewer lines, installed water softeners, installed tankless and tank water heaters, and shower valve installs. Out of all his services, I use his sewer line inspection camera for all my properties and my clients properties. He also does sewer line repair. Pat is your guy for everything plumbing!!

I cant say enough good things about Pat and his brother. Pat is truly a plumber who cares about people before anything else. When Pat learned about my lack of water to the house due to a broken pipe under my driveway he came out immediately. He set up my home temporarily, using a reverse fixture on the hose to the city water (this was amazing, as having no water is brutal). He came up with a solution that would cost us the least amount of money, saving us THOUSANDS under what other companies quoted.Pat reminds me of the small town plumber who wants to do the right thing by people without ripping them off. Pat the Plumber was very good at what he does, he came to work on short notice in my master bdrm shower pipes to prepare it prior to having it tiled. He installed flexible tubing rather than the copper pipes, which tends to take longer to sweat pipes together or solder. I’m satisfied with his work and probably use him or recommend him on future plumbing repairs.

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,loyal, punctual. Thank you again i will tell all my friends and neighbors about you. Your the Best! Chuck & Sonja
