Our upstairs toilet was leaking down into our downstairs bathroom ceiling. 24 Hour Flood Pros came and took care of all the damage both upstairs and downstairs. Unfortunately having to go as far as cutting out the sub floor. They stayed in contact the whole time from start to finish as we had to have dehumidifiers the first few days and then construction could start. They were all very nice and helpful throughout the process and made sure we understood the process the entire time. I would highly recommend them.

There was a leak coming from under my dishwasher. I called Taylor and he came out to look at the water damage to my floors. He sent a plumber out for me so I did not have to research one of my own to fix my dishwasher. Justin, Brandon, and Anthony did the work in my home and they were on time and professional. Bridgette in the office updated me every step of the way. Very satisfied with my services!

My kichen flooded and I called 24hr Flood Pros and was assisted right away. They sent out Anthony, hisprofessionalism and attention to detail was amazing. He removed everything that was damaged from the flooding and cleaned everything really well and super fast. He finished in just a couple of hours and had everything dryingand prepared for remodel before he left. Loved this company, highly recommend.

I contacted 24 hr flood pros for what I believed could be a leak in my childs bedroom. They arrived very promptly, and I was told on the phone that the inspection itself would just be a few minutes, which it was and they found no water damage. They assured me that what I was assuming was water damage was actually just a shoddy dry wall job in that corner. Taylor, who was at my house even asked me to call him back the next time we had heavy rain so he could check for leaks. As a new home owner Im paranoid about these things, so I will definitely be calling them again. All in all, a great experience!

My tub overflowed a couple weeks back late at night and flooded my bathroom and master bedroom. I called the emergency line and Taylor answered my call right away. I was panicking and he reassured me that they could help get it cleaned up quickly. And they did. The crew was very thorough and they didn’t disrupt my home too much so I could remain there comfortably. I had some small hiccups with my insurance coverage, Bridgette worked directly with my insurance to handle those hiccups. I appreciate the hard work, extra efforts and good intentions of this company. Thank you!
