I cannot say enough about Seth S. and his team. He has been responsive from start to finish on our hail damage repairs for our roof. His crew did a complete tear off and installation in one day, clean up, and an amazing QC job making sure nails and garbage were completely removed! They went above and beyond making sure everything was put back the way it was when they started. Highly recommend Seth and SK Exteriors! Cannot wait for our new siding installation!

SK did excellent work for our home in Peoria. We had a couple of small issues, but their team was very swift to resolve them. First off, we had a roof replacement after the hail storm last year. Corbin, Marcello and their team did an incredible job on the install. All these guys were gentleman and worked their tails off for 2 days straight. Externally, it if very beautiful.6 months into the new roof, I discovered a bit of a leak on the corner of the house. SK was worked very quickly to remedy the situation. Marcello, the Roofing Superintendent, got out to the property and administered a flood test. to find the source of the issue. It was clear that he cared more about my roof not leaking than I did. He was even getting into random storage areas and behind insulation to feel where the moisture was meeting the slant. That meant a lot. We realized that likely, one of their guys accidentally punctured part of the J channel when stripping the old roof off.Once we found where the issue was, Marcello made sure that his men got out to address it before the next rain came so that I had nothing to worry about. This was like 2 days after we found the issue, he already had a team coming out to fix it. He also said that I should have someone fix the area of ceiling that was damaged by the leak as soon as I got around to it, and to make sure and send SK the bill. As you can imagine, that too was a big win in my book.Secondly, we had our gutters replaced after the roof install. As a layman, I didnt know that gutter guards werent installed as part of the gutter itself. Consequently, when we talked about replacing the gutters, I thought I was going to get that top-protection. When I realized after the fall and spring debris that my gutters were getting clogged as they never had before (because I had gutter guards on my old gutters), SK proposed a very reasonable solution to my problem, and got out here promptly to make sure my gutters were doing the job they had been doing before the replacement. All around, SK is a class act from the top management through their work crews. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a roof or new gutters.

SK did a wonderful job with our fence (cedar shadow box with 2 gates). Matt made the whole process incredibly easy, from estimate to installation. The guys who installed the fence were skilled and answered any questions we had. A project like this can be nerve-wracking but we are very happy with the result and feel we made a good decision with this fence.

I needed a roof after some storm damage and I got multiple quotes since I had to pay all out of pocket. SK came in with multiple choices Corbin was polite and professional. Answered all of my questions. When it came to install day they were fast efficient and constantly cleaned as they worked. They were always looking for loose nails and debris. Unbelievably efficient and top quality. From the accurate bid to the completion of my Mahomet sunroom extensive repair and cedar re-siding, SK was impeccable. My project was unique in that, after the old cedar siding was removed, extensive water damage underneath was discovered. SK showed me all the details and offered their construction crew that could do the repairs...and without a wait despite the busy summer repair season. Site manager Jonathan and his crew worked hard and showed their experience in a thorough, high-quality repair. They were exceptionally kind and showed me progress as they went along over the week they were here. Honestly, the sun room is as good now (and rainproof) as the day it was originally built. The billing was honest and very fair. Nothing but praise for SK Exteriors. Highly recommended!

Just had windows replaced by SK, and the results are better than I hoped for! The job necessitated a large amount of intricate metal wrapping, which drastically elevated the look of our overall home. Communication was excellent from start to finish and the crew worked efficiently and professionally. It was very refreshing that Terry and his crew were so dedicated to doing the little things, paying such close attention to the small details that require extra effort but made a huge difference. Dont see that often these days with many trades, but they certainly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company ... will be the best decision youve made in your home/exterior renovation.

We were very positively impressed with our experience with SKs employees and their workmanship. Theirs is probably the best customer service we have ever received. From getting the estimate to receiving the PAID receipt, their communication was excellent, keeping us in the loop the entire time. The employees showed up when they said they would; they worked until after 6:00pm on a Friday to complete the job; seeing that a post cap was broken, someone came right away to replace it. On Tuesday morning, I received an email with the receipt and and warranty information; they had already submitted all warranty documents. I would definitely recommend SK Exteriors.

We had hail damage on the end of our house and front of our large shed. SK got to the repairs sooner than we were first told, so that was nice. The workers were polite and friendly. They removed a decoration we had hung on the shed and asked if we would like them to put back up once new siding on. Appreciated the ask. They were amazing watching them work, how organized and quickly they unpacked stuff from the trailer and set up to start work. While working there was no wasted motion. From the beginning in meeting Tim to get the process started we were kept on date and time of installation and any scheduling change due to weather. When it came to the installing of our fence Bill and his crew were hard working, on time and professional. I also experienced people to be attentive to any questions we had and followed through on what they promised. When our gates needed a slight adjustment post installation Tim came by within the hour and took care of it. Overall I highly recommend this team.

SK Exteriors is who we had do all all of our hail damage repairs. They were very professional from start to finish. Josh was the Project manager came to our home and created a digital design of our house. This allowed us to change the types and colors of the roofing and siding, until we found the combination that we liked. We also decided to have James Hardie Board siding installed rather than typical vinyl siding. The digital design allowed us to see what it would look like, making all of the decisions much easier. The crews that did all of the work were very experienced Craftsmen and did excellent work from start to finish. The Hardie board really made a huge difference to the look of everything. The follow up from Josh and SK Exteriors was also excellent. I highly recommend SK Exteriors. Great job.

I recently had SK Exteriors install replacement windows in my whole house. Once the new windows arrived, I had a few extra items I wanted as well. The installer, Terry, and his son did a really great job. Attention to detail, and cleanup were much better than I even expected. The extras were added in and also completed. Cost was very reasonable, even beat the big box store quotes! I could not be more pleased and highly recommend. The windows are great quality. The only issue I have now is sleeping. I cant hear wind noise or train whistles! I guess I got used to those.
