Last summer my front porch started to buckle. Freeman Construction had done work at my mothers house so I contacted them to do the repairs. The issues were more extensive than it first appeared and required an extensive reconstruction. Jerry kept me informed every step of the way and his workers were all professional. The finished product is beautiful! I get compliments on a regular basis.

Just wanted to thank Jerry & his apprentice on a job WELL DONE!! Now if this cRaZy house was square in these doorways, it wouldnt have taken them as long. But even though the doorways were off, they adapted & solved every predicament they ran into professionally. Loving these new Larson storm doors! Thanks Guys!!!

After being turned down by several others and told I would have to wait 6 weeks to get my microwave hood combination installed, Jerry came over the very same day I called. He had a certified electrician install the outlet for the microwave in the cabinet above and another fellow brought my exhaust pipe up to code (the original was not the correct diameter). Jerry saved the day for me. I highly recommend him.

The owner is very professional and wont quit till the job is done. He communicated with me every day and made sure I was in the loop and happy with what was happening. Weve hired Jerry and his team at Freeman Construction of Champaign several different times. In two cases--once for a plumbing repair and once to remodel a bathroom--we didnt realize there was a problem. The repairs were in response to a home inspection and thus needed to be done quickly in order for us to sell a house. These repairs were then closely reviewed by the potential buyers and/or home inspector. In each case, Jerry provided prompt, high-quality service at a very reasonable price.

I recently hired Freeman Construction due to a pipe freezing and bursting in the ceiling above my laundry room. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and with a great finished product. The company owner was on site monitoring the work being done most of the time to ensure it was being done right, and cleaned up daily to ensure our living space was not interrupted.
