I have worked with Luca from NCR now twice on my home repairs. He is very honest and reliable he goes above and beyond for his clients. If he says he will take care of the problem rest assured it will be done. Gwen is also excellent if there is a problem that you cant reach Luca she will definitely help in getting you the answers you need. -

My family highly recommends NRC!Our roof experienced damage from a hail storm and tornado.From the initial contact and inspection, Jay and Niko were professional, knowledgeable, personable, and never made a promise they didnβt keep. They were not misleading in any way: they explained the process, and gave me responsive contacts who followed up with me (Angela). Angela also answered all my texts and kept me informed throughout the entire process.Wes showed up and advocated for us with our insurance company, even after the insurance company canceled and rescheduled last-minute twice!Jerry set a convenient appointment to come to our home and explained the insurance benefits and our options and all costs involved. He sat with us answers all our questions, and took us around the home to show us exactly what work would be done.The crew came when they said they would and as promised the work was completed (and cleaned up afterward) the same day. We were contacted to make sure the work was done and we were satisfied.I canβt recommend them enough! -
