Carson W. - Carter S - Frank and Sam C. installed a new boiler heating system in our 1970s house - they were awesome and we have heat again, yay! See was the service rep and very helpful and communicated well. Actually, the communication from dispatch and Carson was constant, we were well informed of each step - they worked so hard and long on our difficult system - they were kind, respectful of our space and time! I give each one of them 5 + stars - we really appreciated them and their work!! Well done guys!!

Earlier this year, we had purchased a water heater through Quality First Service Group, As our water heater was the original, and was approximately 18 years, and long overdue for replacement. The company was prompt and on time. The company did a wonderful job, explaining the situation and presenting our options. As part of the purchase, we selected an inspection of our air conditioner. Cole, from Quality First Service Group, explained what he was going to do to check the air conditioner. He was very detailed in his explanation. He did a wonderful job, checking it and cleaning the unit, and provided options. I would highly recommend Quality First Service Group and Cole. Thank you!

We had a leak in the Temperature and Pressure valve, it was replaced, and the drain was rerouted with copper pipe to the outside of the building.Brian and Carson worked well together, Brian as the Master Plumber and Carson as his apprentice.The water heater system was throughly checked prior to the gentlemen leaving.

Estevan R. And Aidan P were very professional in installing our new A/C and furnace unit. They were prompt in responding over the weekend when the unit stopped working and had it installed within a couple of days. Very pleased with the service we received.

Thomas and David came by and did a walkthrough for a fix to my shower valve. They originally tried to open the front end so that I didn’t get charged for something that wasn’t needed. They were also going to do a power flush for my drains but something came up and I had to push that work out. They didn’t try and upsale me on something that I didn’t want or need. They were professional, they had to open a hole in my hallway so that they can get to the valve. The hole didn’t cause any negative impact on my hallway and they fixed the shower. They tested and validated all components and verified no leaks. They went above and beyond on validation of leaks on other shower components that they were not contracted for. I would hire them in a New York minute. I have tried other plumbers and waited a year because of the troubles of plumbers and choosing Quality First is a full positive

Weve been using Quality First for years and always had a great experience. The other day our hot water heater finally reached the end of its life, which we had been expecting because its really old and the previous owner never did any maintenance on it. Thomas came out and quoted us a new one. Then Vince came out the next day and installed the new one, staying until almost 10pm to make sure it was finished and we had hot water again. He even stuck around to explain the new system to me, things to keep an eye on and maintenance that will need to be done over years, and then adjust the water pressure in our house to a better level. Always great service from Quality First!

Zachary D. did a fantastic job with a difficult situation. Our common plumbing between 2 condo units is joined with a “T” instead of a double “Y”. The previous plumbing company snaked from my neighbors condo kitchen sink straight up into my kitchen sink. After they were dismissed and Zachary was called in, he tried diligently to get his snake to go down the “T” instead of across. Failing that, he ran his camera to the “T” from one condo, and his snake from the other condo, while viewing the camera on his tablet. We could watch as he twisted the snake until at last he successfully went down the “T” and cleared the clog.His tenacity, dedication, and inventive thinking saved the day!!! This guy deserves a raise.Highly recommended, gladly would refer to my family and friends.

I had to have a vent replaced on my roof for the heater. They had come out before winter, then kept having to reschedule due to snow since the work required them to get on the roof. Holly was great and patient each time she called to reschedule. She was very communicative and kept checking the weather. When they finally made it out James, Matt, and Shane did a great job communicating what was going on even when they ran into issues. Given I’m a new homeowner I was nervous about what was going on, but they all were professional and in good spirits explaining what the options were. I just signed up for their membership to have them perform all maintenance. Big thank you to Holly, James, Matt, and Shane.

We had to have multiple days of repairs not any fault to the company it was our pipes they were very old and out dated but Quality first group was so professional and went out of their way several times to drive sometimes to Denver to find my parts that would work. Matthew was the first guy and he was amazing he stayed late to make at sure we had running water for the night after three day without it. Then Tyler had to bring out another part the next day and worked until it was completed. Thanks to everyone for all the hard work.

Our water heater had a slow drip from its relief valve. We called Quality First and they had a repairman there within hours. Phil diagnosed the problem quickly and set up a repair for the following day. Gavin and Phil arrived promptly and proceeded to fix the problem quickly, professionally, and with friendly service. Called on a Sunday morning to make a Monday appointment to fix a couple toilets I was having some issues with. Damen was very nice and set clear expectations. Last year (2021), Pete Duran installed a new water for us to replace our non-operational one. He did a fantastic job and he did the jobs by himself. I have been negligent in reviewing that installation. All I can say is that Pete did a really good job.Leap to this year (2022). For the last couple of months the pilot light in the water heater was going out. Annoying! I thought it might be due to the high winds that have been occurring in Lone Tree. Tried a couple of things but to no avail. Called Q1, talked to Damen and Charlette go me on the schedule right away.On the day of the appointment, Pete and Brian showed up. After telling them about the problem, I approved them to do a full diagnostic on the heater. Results? Nothing wrong with the heater.Turns out that my combustion air intakes were installed incorrectly. How to fix. Brian suggested that I block on of the intakes and see what happens. One week later and still no issues with the pilot light.My last words on this: Qualified, On-time and Competent!Thanks, Q1
