He completed an inspection and repair quickly while also keeping me informed throughout the process, like when he had to turn the main water off and on, so that I was aware of what was happening while he worked. **Update!! They sent someone else out to replace the broken blinds. He was super friendly and kind, and the blinds look great. He also gave us Starbucks gift cards as a gesture. Unnecessary but thoughtful!**. Original review: The handyman was here to replace a set of blinds. He arrived on time and was quick and efficient. He left and told me it was fixed. A few minutes later I went to check the blind, and it has two broken pieces. So, thats disappointing.

I rent through Blue Olive Properties and try hard to not phone them for maintenance until there are a few issues to tend to. When I need help, the job is pretty big with several items to fix. My amazing Landlord sent out the very best team, over this last week and a half.Jack was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, quick, detailed and took care of doorknobs throughout the house and more. Just awesome and needs to be commended for making homeowners like me feel heard and helped. Thank you, Jack, for the doorknob tutorial, it was so awesome of you to take the extra few minutes to answer all of my questions!Also, Nik another awesome member of your team helped by installing a new toilet. He quickly found that not only the toilet, but the Flange needed replaced and he fixed it quickly, as well as noticing the extra space under the toilet that needed to be leveled. My Tech was great. The text messaging automated service is nice. The service let me know when they were on their way. When my Tech got here, he walked with me through the house and listed all the things that need to be done, on the work order. There were a few items that he couldn’t repair due to budget limitations but he said he would make note of those things and notify the property manager. They also wear body cameras for your protection and theirs.

Nik and Jasmine came out to assess our plumbing issues with an upstairs toilet and the next day they had a new toilet installed. The turnaround time was phenomenal, but what really made the whole experience was NIK and JASMINE. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable both days they were here. I never thought a plumbing issue could be a pleasant experience but this one absolutely was. I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

They responded immediately when we first contacted them about a small residential job, booked us right away, charged reasonable rates, didnt mark-up the materials they used and provided a clear and detailed invoice. Most importantly, they actually stand behind the work they do. We loved our repair tech but after the job was done it was apparent the materials he had to use didnt perform as well as expected. Within just a few days he and the owner returned and worked for almost 6 hours at no charge and with an amazingly positive attitude to re-do the work with different materials. They were only a few days out and are very proactive with communication, with a follow after I scheduled, a reminder a few days before the appointment and the day of the job. And Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable! We had about 10 things needing repair (doors sticking, window hardware broken, Ring doorbell installed, faucet needed replacing, cabinet doors loose, etc.) and Cody did a fantastic job with all of them! I have had multiple people out that said that my bathtub faucet was unfixable- Nick fixed it and went above and beyond and unclogged the drain. He also repaired my dryer vent.
