Great team of guys. Good communication to myself, the customer and their staff. I’ve trusted them alone in my house to do projects, as well as help complete remodels. They stand behind their work like I’ve never seen before. Blue River is my first and last call for plumbing questions, service and installations.

I was out of town and my renters said the hot water heater was out. It was probably just a pilot light so I just needed a plumber to go out there check that and turn it back on. After calling 4 other plumbers that could not get there for a week Blue River Plumbing said they could get out there early the next morning. Their office staff was very nice and easy to work with. They sent me text messages and the plumber called me when the work was done. The only reason I did not do 5 stars is that the price was a bit high for lighting a pilot light. However, the price was worth it because of the quick service.

Quick, courteous service. Travers was very knowledgeable and gave me some ideas to avoid the plumbing problem in the future. 4 stars because the price was high ($294) and came as a shock for ~30min of work (cut one piece of exterior 1.5” pvc piping that had clogged due to freezing, confirmed sump pump worked properly). I will use Blue River again but get a quote for everything beforehand.

After reading the reviews and knowing Dallas, we will be looking forward to using Blue River Plumbing and Heating when we do our two bathroom remodel at the end of the year. I heard from our contractor that Dallas is polite, helpful, and finishes each job he has done.

Travers came out to diagnose a problem for us and found out where our showers were leaking from. He was very courteous and did great work but the price was high. There was a service call fee, diagnostic fee, and then the cost of the work. We found another company which has no diagnostic/estimate fee and was 40% cheaper for the same work to finish the job.

They installed our new water heater quickly and easily, with no fuss whatsoever. Even when they saw our pipes were unexpected, they took it in stride, and did what they needed to do. I recommend them entirely.

I had 2 HVAC companies come out to tell me why my system kept freezing up. I was given misinformation and almost spent thousands to do something that would not have even fixed the problem. THEN Blue River came to my home and diagnosed the problem, gave me several options, explained the risk and benefit of each AND came up with a creative, out of the box, solution to my problem. I am very pleased and highly recommend Trevor for HVAC needs! Fair, honest, kind, professional... the list goes on.
