Pat and the team at Affordable Plumbing are just a pleasure to work with. As the name suggests, they are very affordable versus the competition. Being affordable does not mean that you will receive less than stellar service though. They were also very professional every step of the process. The team replaced my two water heater setup and replaced it with a new unit. This was a decent amount of work for them as they had to cap off some copper and black pipe in the process. They reconfigured the pipe so the tank would be installed upright instead of on its side which was how it was installed when home was built. He was super fast and was done with diagnosing and repairing my issues within an hour. He seemed reasonable in pricing and conservative in his approach- didn’t try to say I needed new faucets and toilets right off the bat, but tried to clean the filters and adjust the toilet settings first which fixed half of my concerns and saved a bunch of money. I will definitely be calling Patrick for my next plumbing needs!

Patrick and his team are top notch! We had several unexpected issues come up at our new home that we recently purchased, and I called a ton of plumbers to get help. Found Pat and Affordable Plumber CO LLC on Next Door. He came highly recommended, so I contacted him yesterday morning (Mon, 6/3/24) to report a clogged kitchen sink drain. He did not answer his phone, but called me back within about 10 minutes. It was about 1030am so I pretty much assumed he might be able to get to me later in the week, but he made room in his day for an afternoon arrival. He quickly took care of the issue, plus made a couple of modifications, which he pointed out might create issues later if he didnt handle then. We failed to disconnect the hose from the bib prior to a freeze and ended up with a burst pipe in the crawlspace. I reached out to 3 different, locally owned plumbers. Pat was the first to respond, got us on the schedule immediately, and even took the time to explain what happened and the most likely solution over the phone. He showed up on time, was professional and helpful and even noticed another *tiny* leak we knew about but were avoiding dealing with (I know. That’s bad).
