I was here both days the Nytech Team members were working on our new HVAC system in our 20-year old home. We have used other local HVAC companies over the past five years, but turned to Nytech for the complete system install. I have absolutely no complaints. The Nytech Team was completely professional, communicated everything as they moved through the installation and left the premises clean upon completion. No regrets at all with our decision to use Nytech!

We are so impressed with Nytech and their team of employees! We recently had our furnace and ac replaced and it was done in one day and the technicians were awesome. Our project manager, Jeremy Raile, was top notch as well. He stayed on top of the project, communicated well, he was timely in his responses and flexible with our schedule. We are just so impressed with Nytech in general. We also find their pricing to be fair.

I can’t say enough great things about Craig & Nytech. I was noticing a burning smell when my AC was running, and odd behavior with the fan & cooling. It was a Sunday morning, so wasn’t sure I’d have any luck with service before Monday or Tuesday, but within 90 minutes of my call Craig came out, did a very thorough inspection, explained in layman’s terms what was happening & multiple options for how to fix & address future issues. (My blower was seriously overheating!) He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & made me feel comfortable about what needed to be done. I highly recommend Craig & Nytech for one time, or ongoing maintenance.

TLDR: I recommend their service plan, worth it with even no issues all year! This company is competitively priced but their quality, and adherence to the written and unwritten guarantee of that quality, shames all competitors. And I’ve been inside and a customer to dozens of specialty construction companies.I have had more experience with trade contractors (electric, plumbing, hvac, roofing, etc) than any human should, and justifiably have a high level of professional skepticism with any company called to inspect and install/repair household systems that I have just a basic understanding of.However, Nytech is the FIRST where I have no complaints and my first 5 star rating, and they do everything (except dishwashers). They charge the same or a little above the average competitive rates, but their quality is unmatched in every regard.If you want people in your home who are courteous enough to call a day ahead to remind you and then 30 minutes ahead, and even offer you Starbucks on the way to your house EARLY, even when they don’t drink coffee themselves, who are patient and personable experts, who will find another team member who is an expert of anything they arent confident in, call Nytech.If you want it done cheap, don’t call them; but if you want it done right, and honestly you’ll probably save money in the long run, call Nytech. Nytech had ample Opportunity to charge me again to fix something they were supposed to have addressed, but they TOLD ME it shouldn’t have happened based on what we paid to be r repaired the previous visit, before I even had a chance to question it, and fixed it less than two hours after I called.That’s one of six house calls/problems, and one of them was after some scrub claimed we needed a whole new AC unit. Nytech pointed out it was an electrical issue, and their electrician fixed it in five minutes, no charge. A loose connection at the power terminal.I immediately signed up for their maintenance/membership plan which is worth it even if your home was built a year ago.if you don’t, their diagnostic visits are still less than the jokers who pretend to tinker around for an hour for 200 bucks, before telling you they have to come back for another 300 bucks.Everyone makes mistakes or misses something, but this company overdelivers on their guarantee of what they can do, and even more so on what they’ve done.If you’re still reading, another part of their client experience that sets these folks apart even more:Brenna and her team at the office always follow up to make sure no issues have happened after a visit, which helps encourage you to speak up if something’s off, rather than fight you to the death to prove nothing could possibly be wrong after their godly technicians performed work.Despite a few fairly nuanced issues, they were here quickly, and found the issue and fixed it, after explaining and documenting why and what repair was made (and I fact checked all of it); or called in a different specialist on their team (I.e. hvac expert calling electrical) who also got there faster than other companies “emergency visit” teams.They showed up within 20 minutes of every 2 hour window (which is half the competitions’ average arrival window, comparably).Thank you Nytech!

So as you read through reviews on Nytech you are probably thinking Sure 5 stars from everyone, no one is that good. Oh but there you would be wrong. Nytech is that good. There was not one employee that wasnt top notch at customer service. Jeremy Raille was our contact for all things and his communication back to us was top notch. I had a reply in less than an hour most times. Carly kept me in the loop on the status of our job once we placed our oder for the new unit. Even when I didnt expect to hear from her she reached out with an email giving me a status update. Our technicians were incredible! Cody, Cody and Levi were fast and super clean. I think they left that room cleaner than they found it. They reviewed what we needed to do to maintain our unit and consulted me with any questions about placement. This must be the culture Nytech is fostering, a culture of prioritizing communication with the customers!I would also like to comment on how much I appreciated having a photo of the person coming to my house. It added a layer of safety for their customers that I really appreciated and wish more companies did.

Mike and Jon were my service team that installed my new Lennox A/C & Furnace. They were very professional and did an excellent job with the installation. The install was a bit challenging due to a larger blower and the bottom plenum had to be rebuilt. The system also had to be rotated to the back part of my basement’s unfinished area due to the larger system not having 30 inch minimum clearance toward the front the way the older smaller system was configured. The team rewired the turn-offs switch and replumbed the exhaust stack along with reconfiguring the gas line shared by the water heater (they even added a new turn off valve on the gas line for easy access toward the front). The install looked amazing and clean. Mike and Jon kept me informed along the way. The install was a 2 day job and they did a thorough walk through of the finished job once done. I am extremely happy with their professionalism and attention to detail. Great team and great experience. Thanks Nytech!!!

Mike came out to service our heating system since we just moved into our home. What he found was shocking and alarming. Had he not been so conscientious it could have easily been overlooked. The air filters were caked with dirt as well as the furnace itself. He took the entire system apart and washed it out and it looked like new when he was done. We were so impressed we signed up for Nytech’s maintenance program for heating, cooling and plumbing over the next year. We dodged a disaster if not for Mike, we can’t thank him enough.

Update: Service Manager Mike called me and we talked though it. He assured me it was not their MO, and he caught a small invoice and error that allows for a credit back on the original invoice. Id recommend Nytech based on their customer service.TLDR: They were quick to get them out to the house and performed good work. However the upsell and pressure tactics bothered me enough to leave a review. Asking for an AC diagnostic and getting pressure to replace our entire functioning HVAC was a poor experience.We had an AC unit under performing so we asked them to come out for a diagnostic. During the meeting they told us our AC was too big for our house so it was freezing. Their recommended solution was to replace both the furnace and the AC unit and some new ducting. When I asked why, he said our furnace was prone to carbon monoxide leaks, and it could already be a problem. He then restated the AC is too big for the house. He repeatedly encouraged my wife to replace the furnace. When I explained that we had the furnace tested for carbon monoxide 4 months prior, the tech back peddled and said well it could leak in the future. I had to ask what are the options other than spending $10k+ on a new system?. Keep in mind, I called for an under performing AC unit that I was now told was over sized (5 ton AC in 4000 sqft house).Ultimately we had the tech install a freeze sensor, and he did good work from what I can tell (as a non-HVAC tech). Our AC is keeping up with the weather now. But it left a very sour taste in my mouth that I had to push the tech to give me a solution OTHER than full replacement ($10k+). Ill likely look for another HVAC specialist in the future.Service was: Sensor install + diagnostic cost about $600.

I highly recommend NYTECH - Castle Rock. Stephen C. and Ben did an awesome job replacing our whole HVAC system. From the very start NYTECH gave us several estimates from which to choose. Stephen and team arrived on time and were very professional, including putting down canvas tarps to protect the carpet and our new breeze walkway outside. Once everything was installed, Stephen explained how it all works, including serial numbers needed for Lennoxs warranty. They also pulled the necessary permits which gives us great peace of mind for the quality of the work they did. The new AC units are quiet and efficient. We could not be more pleased.

I have used Nytech for the past 8 years for yearly maintenance on my heating and air-conditioning units and have been extremely happy with their services. They replaced my water heater a couple years back and did a great job. Mike M. And Austin Y. came today to replace my 24 y.o. heater, they did an excellent job. They called before arriving, showed up promptly at 8 am, both were extremely nice and professional and were done in half a day. They made sure my home was kept clean and explained everything to me afterwards. I have been very happy with Nytec and would recommend them to anyone!

If you have a BOILER, TYLER is your guy! Boilers are great, but they are a true specialty and require expert knowledge and care. Tyler has maintained ours for a while keeping it from over-working, preventing breakdowns/subsequent repairs, and saving us money! He was out today for routine maintenance and was able to finally get HOT water to our master shower- which we have not had in the 4 years of living here! (issues fixed were not caused by Nytech). Priceless!!Gage was out today for routine maintenance on our A/C units. He was on time, courteous, hard working, and professional.You cannot go wrong with Nytech!!

We had a faulty sump pump and I made a call on a late Friday afternoon for help. Always saw their trucks around and appreciate any opportunity to help out a local Castle Rock business. Wasn’t expecting much due to the time of day and week, but my expectations were blown away. They originally scheduled me for service first thing the following morning. But it didn’t stop there as the manager called me shortly after the original call to be of extra assistance. He listened to my concerns and knew I feared a flooded basement overnight. He sent out his best plumber, Anthony, who arrived in 15 minutes (circa 4:15 pm)…on Friday. What a guy - quick, knowledgeable, and informative. He went above and beyond for me and my family and I cannot thank him enough. At payment, I looked him in the eye and said he had a customer for life. These guys are blue collar, patient and motivated folks who go well beyond the level of service anyone would expect. Already recommending them to people I know. Thanks, Anthony and Nytech!

Technician Rob performed a complete inspection, diagnosis, and cleaning of our heating and humidifying systems. Service included 2 heaters, 2 humidifiers, 4 thermostats, and 2 humidistats. He is knowledgeable, and his work is meticulous. He tracked down the source of a condensate-tube leak in a heater and cleared the obstruction, changed filters, and tested all systems to assure that air flow and heat are within spec, motors are operating within spec, and assured that water is flowing properly and without leaks. He inspected the whole-house humidifiers and changed filters. He explained which heater controls each of 4 thermal zones. I am very impressed with Nytech and with Rob in particular. Strongly recommend.

Blown away...get it? Seriously, I read the other 5-Star reviews but was still a little skeptical but these guys are legit! Our Furnace broke and it was -15 degrees. I called Nytech, they picked up 2nd ring and had a Tech (Joe) out the next day. Tests showed it was a bad part that needed to be replaced ($1,000 cost). They returned next morning with the part but after removing the assembly determined it was a corroded connection. He replaced the connection and we were good to go without spending 1K! We were shocked as its hard to find honest companies these days. We signed up for the Monthly Service Program without hesitation (its worth it). Nytech, if you see this, Joe was amazing! Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!

Only took a few short days from initial quote to installation - with timely, easy and professional communication at each step along the way. On day of installation, Stephen & Mike were fantastic. We needed to replace both furnaces in our house due to age. Tim gave us good advice on what furnaces would be best for our situation and budget. Carly kept us updated as to timing and scheduling and when the service team would be out.Steven and Jeremiah showed up on time, were respectful of our home, incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. They took great care in making sure everything was done right and that we were pleased with the job. They even stayed late to make sure we knew how to operate the system and that all of our questions were answered. He was very knowledgeable and professional, but more than that, he was very conscientious when it came to make sure that I - as the customer - was informed as possible, was clear on all of the options that were available to me, and had no questions about the costs and benefits of each option. Since our installation, Ive reached out to Paul once or twice to ask questions, and he was very responsive and informative. He even took the time to talk to his coworkers about a quote that my aunt in Arizona (not in Nytechs service area) received from another company, and gave really good advice.Its not often that a companys product quality matches their customer service, but that has definitely been my experience with Nytech. Logan was the technician assigned by my service call today. I got an email and a text with his picture, saying to expect him. He called earlier in the day to let me know when hed arrive. When he arrived, he was very professional and personable. He took care of the issue very quickly, and then patiently explained what the issue was, what he did to resolve it, and what my options were if I wanted to do anything else in the future. Im very happy with all of my experiences with Nytech so far!

If I could give more stars I would!! My 18 yr old water heater started leaking a fair amount of water 2 days before Thanksgiving. We couldn’t get the water shut off valve to the water heater to turn off and we were about to have family in from out of town. Obviously I couldn’t have 11 people in the house and go though Thanksgiving and the weekend without hot water. I looked at google reviews and Nytech stood out. From start to finish they were all fantastic!!! The great gal I spoke with immediately sent out Tim. Tim was thorough and knowledgeable. He and I agreed that my 18 year old water heater had a good life but was done for. As I worried about being able to get a new water heater in two days and the cost, Tim took his time to check everything from top to bottom. He even discovered a fire hazard from a mistake my basement finishers made and took the time to correct it for me! Not only was the cost fair and reasonable but they were able come out the next day to install the new water heater. The next day right on time, Mike and Trenton showed up. These guys were respectful, hard-working, and all around wonderful! They worked hard from the moment they got here. The icing on the cake of how wonderful these guys were is as they were leaving my 18-year-old son ask them if they liked their jobs and if they thought it was a good career path. Mike and Trenton then spent the next 30 minutes talking to my son about breaking in to the industry, gave him tips, and even went as far as giving him their card and told him to reach out directly and they’d be happy to help him in any way they could. I can’t tell you how much these guys and this company exceeded my expectations.

Work on the project started two days later.The installation team of Jeremiah, Levi and Mike were phenomenal.Everyday of the install, they arrived either early or on time, we never had to wait around wondering if/when the team would be here.During the install, any time I approached any member of the team with a question, they willingly paused their work to listen and reply to my questions, which only served to improve my level of understanding regarding the equipment and complexity of the install.In addition, at the end of each day of the project, the entire team took the time to clean the areas where they had been working, they left our home so clean, one would have a hard time believing that anyone had been there working on a complicated install earlier that same day.Regarding the project, the initial estimate was that it would take 4 days to complete, but this impressive group completed the project in 3 days, very impressive.Each member of the team possessed the following qualities, knowledgeable, hard working, strong communication skills and finally, they always worked to provide “extreme customer satisfaction”, at every turn.Net/net, I would never hesitate to strongly recommend Nytech, particularly if the installation team consists of Jeremiah, Levi and Mike!

We had a leak in our boiler system that is used for driveway radiant heat. Tyler Dean was the tech that came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not exactly what anyone wants to spend money on but he showed me what the diagnosis was and that there was a potential issue with the boiler itself. But, instead of giving me a hard sell on a new unit, he repaired the visible leaks and then pressure tested it overnight to see if there was a boiler issue. Thankfully there was not, so escaped buying a new one for now. He was very honest and explained the situation and what could be additional issues, if the pressure didn’t hold.We have used NyTech for a couple of furnace, AC and tankless water heater replacements and have always been very happy with the quality of the work. You can no doubt find someone cheaper but if you want the work done properly and know they will be around if there is an issue, we haven’t found anyone better in the Castle Rock area.

I Called 3 HVAC companies to replace my current Furnace. I decided to go with NyTech and heres why... Tim started out the process by inspecting my 15 year old Goodman unit. He was far more thorough then any other company was with his measurements and knowledge of the HVAC industry. Another big reason why I chose to go with NyTech was because they are authorized to install Lennox products. The other HVAC companies I had out to the house were neither trained nor authorized to install Lennox products. NyTech has the expert training and authorization from Lennox to properly install the #1 consumer rated Furnace you can buy. Steve was the lead on the install and I can see why. John was his partner on the install. Steve and John were as professional as it comes. Both of them were so respectful of my property. The first thing, they protected my hardwood floors along with the stairs leading to the basement. LYou could tell Steve and John know what they are doing! They were patient with all my questions and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Their knowledge and hard work was exactly what I was looking for in an a Lennox installation. My new Lennox furnace install is now up to code with the current regulations set forth by the Town of Castle Rock and Douglas County. Early afternoon another NyTech truck shows up with their lead Electrician Cody. He inspected my exterior Breaker Panel and found a faulty 15amp circuit. Cody went to his Truck and grab a new 15amp breaker and replaced the faulty one which was destine to give me problems down the road. Cody also went the extra mile and actually labeled up all my panel breakers which was desperately needed. Furthermore, I never asked him to do that he just did it. This kind of service is hard to find in this day and time. A lot of workers these days just do the minimum. Not NyTech! Every employee at NyTech I dealt with went above and beyond my expectations. Even the scheduling coordinator Carly was friendly, respectful, and worked around my schedule. If you are looking for HVAC repair or a brand new system, you owe it yourself to consider NyTech. This is how a company should operate! Professional, experienced and trustworthy, but most of all knowledgeable. The experience I had with NyTech was 100% far and above my expectations!

From start to finish, Nytech provided an excellent experience. The compressor on one of my 20yr old AC units broke which prompted me into a replacement situation. I scheduled quotes from three well regarded and A+ rated BBB HVAC companies. Nytech was promptly available the following day to provide a quote. Tim arrived, took measurements, and was able to provide a quote during the same visit. Tims professionalism and thoroughness was evident as he could explain (sometimes multiple times) all the aspects and details of the new AC/furnace specs, installation, and all of the available rebates and tax deductions for my chosen system. While Nytech was neither the lowest nor the highest quote, I chose Nytech because of:1) they install a top-tier brand (Lennox) and not a one-off budget brand so I am assured of a quality product. While I could have saved money by going with a sub-tier brand, it is more important to me to go with a brand known for quality and longevity. Lennox provides excellent warranty coverage.2) A+ BBB rated3) all of the excellent reviews and recommendations Ive read on sites like Google and Nextdoor4) Tims meticulous knowledge of the systems and his ability to explain every last detail5) they also worked further with me on a total price if I decided to replace both AC/furnace units. Excellent customer service.Mike and Jeremiah were able to install both units within a week of my contract acceptance. They were both extremely personable and knowledgeable as they too were able to explain to me in detail what they were doing (I tend to ask many questions). They had both systems installed in two days and left my house just as clean (and much more comfortable) as it was before. Both top notch. Inspection passed a week later with the inspector literally saying I love Nytech while he was inspecting...and that was unprompted by me. Now that Ive had the systems for a little over a week, I was able to log in to my CORE Electric account and check my daily kWh usage and daily cost (very informative website). My daily usage/cost is now running around 50-60% of what I was using/paying with my old AC units. This was my first interaction with Nytech as I used another company for maintenance/repair for the 12 years Ive lived in Castle Rock. However, based off of this experience I will be switching all of my ongoing maintenance (and hopefully no repairs for a long time) business to Nytech.I highly recommend Nytech.

I needed an electrician to correct the problems created recently from another disreputable electrical company that had problems installing dimmable light switches. He was able to properly install the switches in less than 3 hours that the previous electricians could not properly install in many hours over 2 days. We had Nytech out for what we thought was a typical service visit, and they immediately went through all the issues with our system install and why it was not functioning. While it resulted in us spending money we didnt anticipate, we now have a properly installed system that doesnt freeze or leak and will save us money on our electric bill because the system doesnt have to run 24/7. The service was fantastic, professional and safe. We will continue using Nytech and highly recommend!

Mike and Levi were our technicians. Both young men were very professional, on time and did a fabulous job at our home. They removed our old furnace and a/c systems and installed new ones. At the end of their work day, they went over all the work completed for that day. The next day they arrived on time and completed the job. When they were finished, the only sign that they were in the house was new equipment and ductwork. they left our basement cleaner than when they arrived. Excellent service and communication. The new equipment and recommended duct work made a huge difference in cooling in our home. Highly recommend Nytech to anyone needing this type of service.

Really content with my choice in hiring these folks. I sent in a request, and then Carly got back to me within 12 hours, and then had a crew at my house the very next day. We we set up our chosen solution they were prompt, professional, and friendly. We had Wes and Zion pair up to install a mini-split in three upper story rooms and we couldn’t have liked them more. Happy with our decision to utilize this company and 10/10 recommend.

And so it is that I write this review of Nytech -- as a customer of theirs for over a year, it isnt just that I appreciate the top level of professionalism and quality this company adheres to, its not just that I have great respect for the seamless high end customer service that EVERY ONE of the employees provides, it is actually more to the point to say that I have REVERENCE for what Nytech embodies in their company-wide approach to being at their best all the time. Reverence is a fancy word for me to use to acknowledge that I really dont know how they do it -- in my experience with Nytech (installation and service of a high-efficiency furnace, an AC unit and a steam humidifier -- along with service calls and answering questions I have had) every point of contact has been outstanding. It is not an exaggeration to say that I have never been as impressed with a business as I am with Nytech. We have been using Nytech for almost 2 years now and have been very happy with their customer service and response time. We are members of their Total Care Club and feel it has been of great value to us. It makes servicing and maintaining our HVAC and Humidifiers very easy. The techs are always very knowledgeable. I feel that they do a great job fixing any problems and always warranty their work. The annual service is great way to keep things running smoothly and tackle preventative maintenance before things break down.

On this visit, we had a problem with a water heater and a leaking pipe coming into the house, previously worked on by another large local plumbing vendor. He thoroughly investigates our furnace issues, provided us with his diagnosis and an easy to understand pricing breakdown. There was no pressure to decide on the repairs and he completed the repairs in a timely manner. Our 26 year old furnace stopped working on a Sunday night when it was -6!!! What a nightmare! We started looking on line right away and found Nytech which is open 24/7. They had good reviews so we gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. A service representative came out; and of course, the furnace started working again!! He very patiently stayed here for three hours hoping it would stop working again so he could assess the problem. Even though it continued to run we decided we were probably on borrowed time anyway and wanted to have the furnace replaced. A sales rep came a couple of hours later, took all the measurements and helped us choose a furnace. Mike and Brett were here two days later and did a great job installing our new furnace. They were courteous, punctual and made us feel comfortable having them in our home. Everything looked neat, professional, and clean when they were finished. They explained the operation of the furnace and new thermostat to our satisfaction. Thanks Nytech for a great job!

AMAZING Team -- especially Paul, Stephen and EJ! Specific things I appreciated... prompt response to my inquiry, they sent biographies with photos of the crew coming to the house, they kept me in the loop through texts, emails and a call when they were on their way, they were very protective of our home and even cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards, they were thoughtful in where they ran the water and drain lines making it very tidy, and they patiently walked through the operation of our new Furnace, AC, Humidifier and Water Heater. I am a customer for life!
