Courtesy Plumbing and Heating was out at my home late last week swapping out a water heater. Everything was fantastic, but yesterday my wife called me at work because she heard a rumor that there was an issue with their plumbing license. Concerned, I called to see what was going on and was actually able to speak to the manager Frankie about it. He informed me that the information my wife received about their plumbing license was incorrect. He directed me to the bottom left hand corner of their website where the license number is listed for anyone to view. I checked it while we were on the call and it is an active license listed under the name of their parent company. I read through it and his full name is in fact listed on the license. The bottom line is everyone I dealt with from their company was kind, professional and easy to work with. If youre looking for a plumber in Castle Rock, I highly recommend them!

This is an honest review of what went down with Courtesy Plumbing and heating. Honestly they were pretty professional however, it seems one guy was the fly in the ointment. Here is the basic story. Eddie came out and assessed my problem. I explained what I wanted and he agreed. No brainer really. Needed a way to drain a pipe that went to my ponds. He said he would be out the next morning. At 2 the next afternoon he arrived, I had just left to go get my son from school. He said he couldnt do the job as I was not there even though it was outside and accessible. We agreed that he would come out the next morning. No show. I called, Eddie wasnt even working that day. Rescheduled me for next week. Eddie came out, put the drain on the wrong side, like I would be draining all the water out of my house and the pump. Left trash and crap everywhere. I called eddie, he said we need to be on the same page. I dont know how much clearer I could have been. Keep in mind the weather is freezing and could be cracking pipes so I called the next day. They sent out Drew and Mike. These guys were nothing less than stellar! They not only fixed what eddie did but he had not even clamped the part on so when it was touched, it blew apart and put about 20 gallons into my well pit, which we had to wait to drain. Drew and Mike came out and made things right. They were awesome and were obviously upset by the shoddy work that eddie had done, as was I. This was going to be a one star review until Mike and Drew got things done correctly. Thank you Drew and Mike! I would use Courtesy again but believe me I will be asking for Drew and Mike! Those guys know what they are doing and they actually do it right.

The serviceman was very nice and helpful and it was great they were able to come out the same day I called. I was a bit taken aback by the price of the repair as the bill came to $500 to replace a pressure switch which is a $20 part and the actual time it took to swap out was about 2 minutes. Granted the tech took some time trying to diagnose the problem, but it definitely was sticker shock with no room to wiggle as it is just their standard/book fee for pressure switch replacement.

Both of the technicians that came were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We have had bad luck with other plumbing companies in the area, and I wish we had contacted Courtesy sooner. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a plumbing emergency. The leak ran through the floor and ceiling below, causing significant damage. It was on a weekend and several other companies couldn’t come out for several days. We called Courtesy and Quincy came out within the hour. He had the issue diagnosed within minutes, and the cost to repair was extremely reasonable. For Courtesy, this was an understandable after hours call out and worth every bit of the reasonable price for the comfort knowing the problem was fixed by a professional and knowledgeable plumber. Absolutely recommend this business beyond any others. Good people and great service.

I received a coupon in the mail for Courtesy plumbing and decided to give it a shot. I was able to make an appointment over the phone for next-day service. The technician called about 30 minutes before he got to my house to let me know he was on his way. He arrived exactly 30 minutes later. He wore booties to not track in dirt and mud (although I did advise he didnt need them) David was done within the hour and took the time to explain best practices for maintenance year-round to avoid problems down the road. He quickly let me know about some maintenance packages that they offer and simply said Theyve been emailed to you for your convenience so you can make an informed decision. 10/10 I would use this company again for annual maintenance. They are also high on the list for consideration should we experience a major HVAC or plumbing issue.

Our high efficiency hot water heater died and if youve ever had to replace one of those, you know theyre not cheap. Courtesy Plumbing provided us with several different options and ultimately they were extremely competitive and gave us a solid deal. The plumber, Tom, knows his stuff and is always willing to share his expertise and knowledge, which is a big bonus to me! Part of this process involved dealing with an insurance claim and Laura in billing has been absolutely wonderful in communicating with us and making sure were always in the loop. They really do their best to help their customers. Courtesy isnt just their name, but a cornerstone on how they run their business. Thanks!

Our plumber, Quincy, showed up right on time and got right to work. He was working with parts I supplied, which didn’t seem to phase him, even when two of the parts turned out to be defective. I got him a replacement for one part, a tub faucet. He supplied the other part, a toilet valve. In both cases, he completed the job quickly and with the good parts, things worked well.He was very respectful of our property, did quality work, and was easy to work with, even when things didn’t go right the first time. Hence my five star rating.

Updating my review, no change in stars but I *could* due to the GMs actions. But the plumber, Drew, is saving them from losing a star from his great work and professionalism. Had called about another sink issue, (this one due to the poor quality from the builders sink) and Drew came out, trouble shot it, and I asked if we could supply new sink/faucet and he install, he said yes and quoted me. I said I only want him to come back to install. He said just tell cust. Ser. To put on his schedule. I did that, for next available appt, but Drew got sick, so had to reschedule. I said thats fine I will wait to be back on his schedule. Reiterated only want Drew to come back. On second day, Drew was still sick so someone else just ups and shows up to my house. This was unacceptable to me. Apparently, the GM had came in the office and rearranged schedules without looking at notes and just sent out someone else without even calling me. This was very unprofessional. When Drew was able to come back, the other guy came with him, as this guy was cross training and just learning the plumbing trade. This again, is unacceptable as if it wasnt for Drew, my sink install would not have gone well. Thankfully I stuck to what I felt was best and waited for Drew.New to the area, found recommendation for this company on a Facebook group. So many were recommending them, so I called and got an appointment right away. I had a leak under my sink from where the builder didnt do the install right, and I am just out of warranty. But to be honest the builders warranty fixes are bad. When first moved into house had warranty guy come because was having a lot of putty in the sink ooze out. Apparently it wasnt tightened down and thats where the leak was because all the putty oozed out!So glad I called this company to fix the leak! The master plumber took care to show me the steps and explain everything to me! I really feel he cared to educate me on these things. He also took the time, to take a look and explain some things to me about the other plumbing places in my home +water heater and bathroom faucets) he didnt have to do that but he took the time and this company has definitely earned my business for any future needs!Thank you for being one of the good guys out here.

Because we are fairly new to Colorado, we havent had a go-to plumber. We do now.After researching several service reviews, we called Courtesy Plumbing in Castle Rock to have a leaky bathroom faucet repaired and an ADA-compliant powder room toilet installed.We not only received email confirmation of the work to be done, but several courtesy appointment reminders and a were on the way email the day of the job. The service tech--Tom--wore a face mask and shoe coverings as he went about his work. We were very satisfied with the work performed and Toms patience answering our questions.We honestly feel relieved that we now have a go-to plumber--Courtesy Plumbing--whose work we expect to be completed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended!

We had a leaking ball valve and we’re referred to Courtesy Plumbing. They responded quickly and their plumber, Tom, came out and explained what the problem was & what he needed to do to fix it along with the cost. He proceeded to do the fix which was done efficiently and quickly. Afterwards, he checked everything out to make sure there were no leaks and the pressure was adequate. We’re very pleased with Courtesy’s service and would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I am so happy with Courtesy Plumbing and Heating. Our furnace broke down late on a Sunday night. They came out and fixed it for us. He gave us a good deal and really knew what he was doing. We had a different company come out earlier who gave us a quote twice as much without actually telling us what was wrong.Doug Williams was the guy who came. He was so kind and made time to come out late on a Sunday so we would have heat! He took time to explain everything and really show us what our options were.I would recommend them to anyone!

We had Courtesy out to bid our job (least expensive, with the best vibe out of 3 local companies). We needed to reroute plumbing in order to plumb for a shower, needed the drain line repaired as it broke during removal of our old tub, and we needed a new water heater stat. Tom, their master plumber, came out to do our bid; not only did he bid the job, but explained what he would need to do, and why. In the end we chose Courtesy to do the work. Tom came back out and not only replaced our water heater, also installed an expansion tank (we did not have one), re routed the plumbing needed, did the drain repairs, and plumbed our shower. He explained everything to us along the way, answered all of our questions, showed us what to look for and what would happen should anything fail (I’m confident it won’t). They also laid down tarps all over the house so there wasn’t any mess, kept everything neat, tidy, and did a phenomenal job. We’re so happy with them that we’ll most likely have them do some HVAC work for us that’s needed as well. Super happy with the work, 10/10 would recommend.

Called to have a water heater expansion tank replaced. Appointment was scheduled right away and the technician, Derek, was on time. He and his partner were extremely courteous and friendly. The installation was completed in 20 minutes (another company said it would take about 2 hours and pipes had to be replaced!). I cant say enough good things about Courtesy Plumbing & Heating. I was experiencing flooding in my crawl space and called several plumbing companies who all charged a ridiculous amount of money just for the trip fee (before any inspection & subsequent quote).. Courtesy not only came out and charged a minimal fee relative to the other companies, but they provided outstanding customer service along with education to ensure the hose bib crack doesnt continue to occur. Stephen was my particular technician and again, was absolutely outstanding. Courtesy will be the only company receiving my call for plumbing and heating issues going forward!

I had no heat for my second floor due to the furnace not working. A different contractor than Courtesy came out 3 days later and gave me a diagnosis and quote for a major repair. I had no heat until Courtesy came out 3 days later. Craig was fantastic. He covered his boots at the front door without being asked, he troubleshooted very carefully and thoroughly. Actually, he went much further diagnosing the problem then the first contractor. He found a totally unrelated issue with the furnace than the first contractor and he was correct. He made every humanly possible effort including climbing up on top of the second floor roof to unclog a blocked flue for my high efficiency furnace. I was extremely pleased with his integrity and work ethic. It was good that he arrived before the first contractor could return with their false claim and very expensive proposal.

My water heater was leaking the day I left for a week long vacation. I called Courtesy Plumbing the day before I was due to get back, and they promptly made arrangements to be at my home the day I got back. Not only did they diagnose the issue immediately, but went the extra mile to go out and acquire the right equipment, and take the hours to get it properly installed and taken care of the same day. They were very professional. Pablo and Derrick were top notch, and anyone will be lucky to have them assist with similar issues. 5/5 stars!

Here is the back ground I had some trouble with my furnace and contacted All in One Heating and Air which we used before and recommended them to others. They scheduled a visit very quickly. When the Technician inspected my furnace and cleared a condensate drain I was told the furnace was damaged due to failed heat exchanger and it would not be covered by warranty. I was given a quote for a new furnace $4,800.00 …. Funny thing my furnace is only 4 ½ years old the same age as the house! I knew this had to be wrong furnaces last a lot longer and if it was a defected furnace you would think it would happen sooner. Best thing I did was get a second opinion that is when a good friend recommended Courtesy Plumbing and Heating of Castle Rock. March 25, 2019 Kris Curtis came to inspect my furnace. Kris was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Kris inspected the furnace and told me the furnace is in very good/clean condition. He contacted the manufacturer as I stood there and verified there is a 5 years warranty for parts and 20 year heat exchanger warranty. What a top notch company! Courtesy Plumbing and Heating you are awesome!!!

We had what we thought would be a simple repair for a toilet that was running. Unfortunately, there was more to the repair than we thought, so Derek gave us the cost estimate for the rebuild versus installing a new toilet. We decided to just buy a new toilet. Twice we had a defective toilet from Home Depot, so Derek had to come out a total of four times before the job was finally complete. He was gracious and professional through a very frustrating process. His customer service was exemplary and hes earned our future business!

I liked the name.The tech was so nice he stayed and help mu son get a loan to finance it.The repair guys was nice and helpful. They got us a furnace that has a fan so now my house is cooler now.They came up once in a while to let me knowWhat they were doing. I was very happy with the service I received from Courtesy Plumbing & Heating. Tom promptly arrived at the beginning of the two hour window I was given when I made the appointment, he was courteous and professional, and not only resolved the problem I hired him to fix (high pressure issue), but he noticed a small leak on my water heater that I had not noticed before and resolved it while he was there. Before he performed any work he went over the estimate for his services so that I wouldnt be surprised and also found a couple of coupons/discounts for me. He gave me a lot of advice and answered a lot of my questions on some unrelated plumbing matters. He offered me his card and told me to call anytime I had any questions and mentioned his advice and answers are always free of charge. He was very careful not to make a mess when he worked and put on booties every time he had to walk through my house. My previous plumber was nothing like this. I will never go back to my previous plumber after using Courtesy.

He was able to explain the situation in a way I could understand. He even can by on a Saturday to fix the problem so I didn’t have to take off a day of work. If it was an emergency he would have stayed and fixed it but it wasn’t. He even took the time to educate us on how to perform simple troubleshooting in case we experience same issue in further. We have been renters in this home for a number of years. Throughout the years we have had water leaks big and small, and each time we report the problem to have the home properly taken care of. Tom was very quick and courteous with his prompt replies to us, assessed the problem and found the root of the problem rather than just throwing another band aid on a growing problem. He was here for several hours today to correct the problems that could be corrected with the authorities he was given, and wrote back a summary of additional problems on the invoice back to our management company. Throughout his time here today, we were babysitting a little tot who kept trying to sneak down and help him out. Tom was very courteous to our little guest, and was friendly to our children while he maintained a professional work towards correcting the problems. He took the time to involve my fiancé throughout the correction so that my fiancé knew what was going on, and how to fix any arising problems while waiting for authorizations to complete additional work needed. He made sure to clean up his mess to the entirety, and again took the time to show us what he did and what was remaining before he left. This is definitely a professional I will be referring to any of my friends, and one I will keep in my phone to correct any issues I have when I purchase my own home. Tom is honest and fair, and takes pride in the work he is doing to make sure that things are done correctly.

The guy that came was very nice, and he did a great job. We had a rough day. We called a plumber out to fix our upstairs bathtub. The valve wasnt working anymore so we couldnt get cold water. He quoted $370. The poor guy tried and tried to get the bad valve out, and it ended up breaking. He said since it broke he had to go through the wall, cut the whole thing out and soder in a new part all together. It was going to be significantly more. He felt awful. We couldnt turn the main water line back on till it was replaced because it would leak. He worked with us and did it for $500 thankfully, which was a lot less than it would have cost because of the new work he had to do. Unfortunately these things happen, but he was able to work with us on the cost and get us taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.
