It was time to replace my water heater and I called several companies that either never got back to me or were way over priced!! A friend recommended Unlimited Plumbing and I’m so glad she did.. The service man, Carlos came and did a great job!! He was very professional and courteous .he respected me by explaining what he was doing and respected my home wearing his booties .. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and have already recommend him to a few people.. Thank u Unlimited Plumbing

We had an issue with a water heater that we could not understand after having two different plumbers check it out. We contacted Unlimited Plumbing, and on the same day, Andrew arrived and was able to resolve the issue. His prompt response was greatly appreciated, and we appreciated his pleasant demeanor and strived to ensure we were satisfied with his work!

My water heater suddenly stopped working and being 15 years old it was due for replacement. The whole team did an amazing job, from me logging a request online at 3am, I had a working water heater in less than 12 hours, before 3pm. It wasnt a simple situation either, as I needed a very specific WH, 75 gallons, only tall form would fit the space, and with a power vent to allow for venting through 3 floors. Roberto and Marco came early in the morning, diagnosed quickly and then went on to hunt for the right WH available in stock somewhere in the area. After multiple out of stock situations, they managed to find one, called me with a quote and proceeded to install. They did an awesome job!

Carlos and Jason did a great job. It was done in a timely professional manner. Carlos is a great person. He goes on a call of duty to do a good job and make sure the helper is on top of everything. The hot water heater was done and they cleaned up behind themselves. Carlos was very thoughtful and getting a job done and very helpful. Jason was professional too.. In the future, my feedback is that they could bring the hot water heater That they might need with them in a different time for truck. When they was called, they came soon as they were free, which was needed to fix Heater. It was excellent thank you Mr. Carlos and Jason grateful. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏆🏆🏆👑💎💎💎💎💎

Obtaining emergency plumbing assistance is never fun, however the guys at Unlimited Plumbing and Drains made the whole process less painful. He even dealt well with four small children - which is rare. He definitely needs a kudos and a raise or a promotion or paid vacation or something after working on my job. This place is absolutely gorgeous! The leasing team is very helpful and nice. The maintenance team, however, steals the show. They keep this place looking new day in and day out. You can see the pride from the road.

We had a clog in our main sewer line between the first floor and the basement. As such we were unable to use any water in the house and it was some what of an emergency. I called about 10 plumbers all of which could not come out for several days. Unlimited sent a guy out (Luis) the same day and fixed the problem. He tried snaking it but had to remove the toilet to get in far enough. He was friendly and got the job done quickly. The price to remove the toilet, snake it, and put the toilet back. $306. I dont know if this is overpriced or not but Unlimited was there when I needed them and got the job done fast.

These guys are great. So friendly and professional. You know youve got a good team when they will make a recommendation on how to fix things...and give equal time with explaining why you dont need the top-of-the-line solution, etc. I always feel like theyre taking good care of me. Plus, no emergency or weekend fees? Unheard of. Ill never use another service.
