Jeff and his assistant were great. It was wonderful to be able to call Full Stack in the morning and to have someone here before 2:00 in the afternoon.Our hot water heater was leaking and they were here quickly and showed us the problem, gave us options and replaced the unit very quickly.Highly recommend the company. We had an urgent water leak with our 20 year old gas hot water tank. Full Stack was very cooperative and fit us into their schedule that day and replaced the unit the next day. Took them a little over 2 years for the job. John at Full Stack was great to interact with and work with as the job was progressing. We loved the text /email updates on their arrival times. JJ and Trey did a good job installing a non existing hose bib on the front of my house to make utilizing outdoor water much easier.They were prompt, and they make a good duo. It was nice seeing a seasoned plumber like JJ show an apprentice like Trey the ropes. Kudos to JJ the master plumber!

Full Stack plumbing did a wonderful job installing a new toilet and bidet seat. They communicated professionally about the estimate and scheduling, and the staff who showed up to do the job were fabulous. They even took the time to help assemble a handrail I had ordered to make sure my parents could get up safely and took the cost off the estimate for the handle bars they brought but we didn’t use. Highly recommend.

The tracking app showing Jeff in route was extremely helpful since the site was remote and hard to pinpoint by street address. Pittsboro Baptist Church will use Full Stack the next time we have plumbing issues
