My moms gas water heater went out last week and I was very impressed at the quick quote (no trip charge to check it out--just sent pictures!) and ability to come out and get it installed and the old one hauled away. Chase was on time with Valentino, did the work professionally and thoroughly, and explained everything in detail in language I could understand. I would highly recommend Cary Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again. Note the first company that quoted included a trip charge ($100) to check it out and a quote that was $2K more than Cary Plumbing! Very reasonable pricing and excellent work by Cary Plumbing! I had a small leak from an outdoor spigot. First when calling, it was a pleasure to talk with a person. She was very professional and responsive. I got scheduled at my earliest convenience. The plumber they sent was a real plumber. His first step was to tell me his intent to check if he could repair spigot with new washer. If not, then a new replacement spigot would be in order. Imagine my surprise when it only required a simple washer replacement. I was prepared for the worst and Cary plumbing gave me the best. I was charged a completely reasonable minimum labor charge. That’s a completely honest and expected practice. I am totally happy with the results and corresponding cost. Thanks for a great job.

Cary plumbing completely replaced our Quest pipes with Pex throughout the entire upstairs. They also put in all new fixtures, sinks, drains and pipes for our master bathroom remodel. This was a completely new design which entailed removal of all plumbing for the new layout.Mike Tingen with Cary plumbing was the lead plumber from start to finish on the entire project. His attention to detail is phenomenal!!!We will use Cary Plumbing when we remodel the kitchen and Quest pipe replacement downstairs in the 2nd/final phase.

Ive been using Cary Plumbing for several years now and they have always done a great job, both in quality, and also in communication. This most recent encounter was especially good:A Friday evening our hot water heater died, and after cleaning up the water I called the after hours line. I got a callback very quickly and was talked through my options by someone who genuinely seemed to want to help me, instead of just get my business. All options were clearly laid out, and I was helped all the way. Though they dont do water heater installs on the weekend, they managed to get me an appointment on Monday.The crew was friendly and really did an excellent job. Where the previous heater had a mix of copper and PEX pipes bent at weird angles and the expansion tank suspended awkwardly, this crew did a very professional job. Ripping out and installing all new piping (including some in the crawl space) to make sure its installed cleanly, and even calling another crew to drop off a special part to mount the expansion tank really seemed like going the extra mile.I was talked through all that they did and they even kindly humored my questions about various parts and what they did, as well as maintenance.Very impressed and will definitely use them again.

Just outstanding service. Very grateful for Juan, Mike and the rest of the Cary Plumbing team for getting our water back on after a CPVC pipe burst inside the house Wednesday evening. Our 7-month-old granddaughter was visiting, and not having any water was inconvenient to say the least. Appreciate the expertise and scheduling to get our water back Thursday afternoon. Recently I called Cary plumbing to fix my leaky toilet on the 2nd floor. And unlike other plumbing companies, who suggested to cut open the ceiling of 1st floor and charging exorbitant amount to just to inspect the damage, the technician from Cary plumbing knew exactly what and where to look for. He arrived on time as promised and quickly on to the business straightway. I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and experience of the technician. He walked me through the steps he would be taking to check the damage in a logical manner as anyone would expect. He even fixed the flush valve which was installed incorrectly. He was humorous and easy to work with. In no time, he identified the problem and fixed the issue. The same goes for my prior experience with them installing Pilot light for water heater. Straight to the business. I like how easy to get appointment and get an idea of estimated repair cost from them because they charge by the hour. I will always recommend them for your pluming needs.

Great plumbing service. We continue to use them annually. The company is excellent for things that need to be looked at and fixed right away. If you have small things that need to get done, I recommend looking at your whole house and batching your jobs. They do have a service fee for showing up, and you want to make sure youre getting value out of it. For example, we had one toilet issue and needed parts; I had them refresh parts on all the toilets since I was paying for them being there already. Weve also used them to diagnose some hard-to-find leaks. What makes them great is their staff diversity. They have employees specializing in certain plumbing focus areas, which helps diagnose things quickly.

Cary Plumbing re-plumbed our entire house in July 2023. The team were exceptional. Arrived on time, performed the work on time and to the highest quality. Travis who performed the drywall work after the pipes had been replaced is quite simply a magician. Our walls and ceilings look better now than before the work was done. This was a very big job but you wouldnt have know that with the speed at which it was executed and the fact that you would never know that every pipe to every point in the house and outside has been re-piped. I used them to fix a water main leak, and spent $3000 on it. Now when I call to ask for an estimate, they want to charge me to come over and give me an estimate. Nevertheless, I realize that inflation is impacting everybody and gas and diesel prices are way up. So, I want to say that Cary Plumbing did a great job with a water main leak, and were thoroughly professional. I would definitely use them again, and have asked them for an estimate. Will update.

I never leave reviews, but this company and the tech who troubleshooted and brought my very complex hot water heater issue back up and running deserves 5 huge stars. They think out of the box, are fast and work like a homeowner himself would work on their own residence. I chose Cary Plumbing for a whole house repipe - polybutylene to pex. With 7 fixtures on the second floor and 6 on the first and new whole house shutoff, they finished the repipe in 2 days. They have a crew specificly for repipes and they do an incredible job. The new connections are good quality, not cheap contractor-grade.Highly recommend for any job, big or small.

Each service performed by Cary Plumbing over 6 years has been been professional and thorough - never a recall. Most recent call had to be scheduled several days ahead for the first time. They apologized and offered to flag it for any cancellation and their system worked!! They do their very best to accommodate you !! Jason efficiently took care of the problem this time but we have never had anyone we would not have again. I called Cary Plumbing because of a clogged main sewer line & they were able to fit me in only 2 hrs later. Rich was the plumber & he was great! Very professional, honest & trustworthy. He used machines to clear the line, then the Town of Cary had to clear the line on their side. Rich made sure everything was handled correctly with that also-- not leaving until he knew everything was OK. This was less expensive than I expected. Ive had many plumbers do work in the past, with varied results. I will definitely call Cary Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. We have an older manufactured home and the main pipe split under our family room. I called Cray Plumbing. They were able to get to me within a couple of hours. The guy was so nice he even befriended our 2 large labs. He had the leak fixed in a matter of about an hour to hour and half. He had no problems crawling around under the house. Price was reasonable. I just received a check from Cray Plumbing. After they processed the invoice they realized I was over charged and they sent me a check as reimbursement. They are a trustworthy and honest company. Our septic tank and leach field failed and we called several plumbers to get a quote to get our home connected to the city sewer. Out of the 10 plumbers we called, only 3 were available to give us a quote. Mike from Cary Plumbing was super friendly and listened to me when I was explaining my situation. He had an answer to every one of the questions that I had. He also knew exactly what processes needed to be executed to get us connected. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other two plumbers that talked over and down to me. I was confident after my interaction with Mike that Cary Plumbings team could handle this job. I was not wrong. Frankie, his assistant, and Bill did a fantastic job. It was their mission to get us hooked up to the city within the day and they hustled and made it happen. Bill was a wizard on the excavator. I have never seen anyone maneuver so skillfully on an excavator like that. It was truly impressive. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. For all future plumbing needs, Cary Plumbing is getting the first call.

Came home from a week away to a leaking water heater. Luckily it appears that it had been leaking less than a day. Since it was the weekend, and not a real emergency, called first thing Monday morning.Talked to someone who took all my information and said the scheduling people would have to call me back within 30 minutes. The person wasnt sure they could get out today. Not expecting same day, just need to get it fixed.Within 15 minutes scheduling called back. They confirmed the type of water heater and said they would be out within a half hour. Tech called about 15 minutes later that they were on the way.Water heater replaced, they were cleaned up and gone before noon.Couldnt ask for more than that.Great communication. Great response time. Very professional looking install. They recommended and installed a couple of upgrades (new house shutoff thats a ball valve and a pan under the new water heater, both things I was going to ask for anyway).We will definitely be calling them the next time.My only complaint is that their off hours message should include their hours. I could not find them on their web site either.

They were booked out, but indicated they could have someone out late the same day. Received a return call moving up the appointment time. They were a great “tag team” identified a leaking pipe, and replaced it. The Hot Water Tank had some age but was still good, Brandon let me know replacement costs, options and answered all questions. Had a great experience! We had drain issues backing up when washing machine was draining. Called Cary Plumbing and in about 3 rings spoke to an actual person who helped me get an appointment set up. Rich the technician showed up on time - was very professional and went right to work. He took time to explain things (I’m not a do it yourselfer ha ha) and gave tips on how to handle in future as well as things to look & listen for. He was in and out in less than an hour! We are back up & running with a load of laundry humming right along, which will make my wife happy that it’s happening before she gets home!Would highly recommend & would call them again anytime in the future (although hopefully I won’t have to)

I first used Cary Plumbing last year to put a water heater in my new home. The turn around time was fast, they were super affordable and the two guys that came out were great. Luckily I have not needed a plumber until this morning. Cory was patient with the issue and took his time to explain things to me. I would also like to mention that one day I had an issue with getting water to one of my outside faucets. A nice guy on call that weekend walked me through my shut-off valves and even let me send him photos where he could take a look at them to let me know what was what. I do not know many companies that would spare the time without making you feel like you were bothering them, especially on a Saturday. I will continue to use them and have recommended them time and time again.

We just moved into our home on October 5th. On October 9th the kitchen sink backed up while the dishwasher was running. Not too big of a deal, we decided we would deal with it the next day. Well the next day, Sunday, we woke to find the first floor toilet had back up, water all over the place. Now we were in panic mode. We called Cary Plumbing after hours emergency number. Within a few minutes, Jason from Cary Plumbing called back. He was at our door within a half hour and diagnosed our problem right away, the main sewer line was clogged. Jason got to work right away and within 45 minutes unclogged the main sewer line. We are forever great full for all that was done. We will be using Cary Plumbing in the near future for other plumbing projects we are planning to do. Thank you again Jason for coming out on a Sunday to save the day!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Cary Plumbing today.. It was a joy. When they left I was smiling from ear to ear... They were able to locate and repair a nasty leaky pipe which 2 other plumbers from another company spent 2 days trying to find and never did.... I called their office at 9 am, they walked in the door at 9:30 am, had the location diagnosed in 20 minutes, replaced the pipe, and were gone in 1 hour... The pipe was located behind a kitchen wall and so, not an easy pipe to find.... Mike, the supervisor, was the best plumber I have ever seen... Both Cahill and Mike exuded confidence, had great personalities and work ethics... I will never choose another plumbing company as long as I am in Cary.. Rich was very professional and pleasant! He did a great job unclogging a massive back up and then repaired a worn out back water valve. Saved us hundreds of dollars by repairing rather than replacing the system. Did all his work quickly and efficiently and with a very cheerful attitude. Daniel is the best! I had an old rusty garbage disposal that was leaking water all over the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. On the advice of pretty much all of my neighbors, I called Cary Plumbing Company. They were able to fit me into their schedule for the very next day. Daniel called ahead to give me an ETA, arrived promptly on time, and immediately got down to work. When I expressed curiosity about the replacement process, he was kind enough to explain every step to me and walk me through exactly what he was doing. Now I have a sparkling new garbage disposal that is much quieter and more efficient than the previous one, and a much better understanding of exactly how everything works under the sink. I couldnt be happier with my experience with Cary Plumbing Company, and with Daniel specifically. You rock!

I had gotten some pretty good feedback on these guys from neighbors, but when I called, I was a little skeptical. The guy on the phone didnt say who they were and basically sounded uninterested in having my business (being that I have a BIL in the business who sounded a lot like this guy, I ignored it.). Thankfully I stuck it out cause the guys (Donnie I think was one of them) who did the install were fantastic. I was told they would be there between 830-930 and at 830, I had a phone call making sure they would be equipped to replace our current water heater with the right new one. Within 2 hours of arriving, they had the old one out and the new one in. Super happy with their work and professionalism!

Made an emergency call today (Saturday) for a blockage in our main line. The water was backing up into our downstairs toilet and sink. They were able to accommodate us same day and showed up when they said they would. Plumber took a look at everything. and figured the problem resolved itself .He still had us run some tests and ran a snake at the end of our line to remove what he thought was a partial blockage. He did not charge us which I greatly appreciated. We have used CP for years and have been very happy, I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
