Plumbing repairs often happen at the worst time (Weekends, holidays, just when guests arrive etc.) and our most recent experience was no exception. Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and was flooding the area where it was installed. What is an exception though was the exceptional service Joe Smith and his family provided during this minor crisis. After we got the water feed turned off to the tank and cleaned up the mess, Joe arrived promptly on Sunday and had a new water heater installed in no time. His service, professionalism, responsiveness and honesty are second to none. Cannot recommend Plumbers of Carolina highly enough.

Great work! Came out and scheduled my major repair in a reasonable time frame. Clean up was a bit messy because it rained while waiting for the inspection. Other then that, all good. Great customer service and fair pricing!

Joe & Kelly are great to work with! This is a family run business that I highly recomend. Joe (plumber) is personable and thorough. He will explain everything to you. They fixed my water heater that started leaking on a Sunday. They called back within an hour. Joe was already out on calls that day but they diagnised my problem clearly using pictures I sent and Joe was back out Monday morning to replace my heater. They took great care with moving things thru the house and left the area in my attic and the plumbing lines better than they found them. You wont regret going with them.

My wife and I have known Joe and Kelly for many years, Initially, we had an emergency situation when having our kitchen remodeled and discovered we needed some plumbing work done in order to keep the job moving. Joe was super responsive and quickly addressed our needs. Weve since worked with Joe on a number of plumbing jobs from small to large. He is an expert who takes the time to explain things and takes great pride in doing things right. We highly recommend and trust Joe.

Plumbers of Carolina is awesome! Everything from easy and quick scheduling to installation! I called and Kelly was super nice on the phone scheduled my appointment for the next day! Joe is a great guy, very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about everything plumbing! He removed our broken dishwasher, hauled it away and installed a new one all for a GREAT price! They will definitely be our go to for any issues we have and recommend to anyone in the Cary area!

Joe has been my plumber for many years. Initially he was contracted via Mogastone when when we upgraded our kitchen counter tops. He has replaced our water heaters twice and recently took time out of his day to help me troubleshoot over the phone an issue with our pipes under our kitchen sink. He even helped us diagnose and fix a small leak in our walls that was causing mushrooms to grown in our dining room! Last but not least, he is just one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I strongly recommend his plumbing services.

We hired Joe to install 3 sinks and 3 faucets after we got new granite counter tops. When you get new granite counters, the drains from the new sinks won’t line up with the existing drains in the house. I thought I would be able to connect the new drains by using a flexible elbow, but I couldn’t make it work. So I called Joe and he was able to help me the same day. He charged me a flat fee for each sink and finished in about 1.5 hours. He is a super nice guy.A few months later we sold our house and the home inspector said the water pressure was too high and that our water heater had been installed incorrectly. Joe came over and verified the home inspectors pressure gauge was faulty and verified that the water heater was fine. He wrote a short invoice explaining everything was ok.

A neighbor recommended Plumbers of Carolina. I emailed a couple of photos and asked if they were interested. Kelly responded quickly and scheduled and appointment convenient to them and me. Joe explained the problem and solution in detail and completed the work quickly. My search for a plumber is over; I will call them if I have any problems in the future.

I was not thrilled with the home warranty plumbers sent over to replace my water heater. I decided to find my own plumber and pay the difference. Kelly got me in asap and Joe showed up with the proper water heater and fittings. He is neat, efficient, knowledgeable and funny. An old school type of man. Does it right, does it quickly and cleans up afterwards. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Its your house, invest in it. I highly recommend.

We just recently replaced toilet and updated fixtures in our upstairs bathroom. Kelly was knowledgeable and awesome. She was patient and made me feel like I was her most important customer. Joe came out and replaced toilet and fixtures. He was great. Bathroom is beautiful. They are very cost competitive. I will use them again for any plumbing needs. Thanks!

We experienced water heater problem today, and since our water heater is only 2 years old.... we suspected its something minor.... we called another place before we called the Plumbers of Carolina and they did not get back to us, so we decided to give Plumber of Carolina a try, and so glad we did... even though is after hour already, they were very responsive and they able to help us get the water heater working again....
