    Been in My Home since 2009 in Cape Coral and the only company that has ever taken care of me is All Septic All Plumbing Inc. they are a great team. when my septic tank was pumped out today there was a problem… Ugh!! the concrete lid was cracked and all septic sent out the “Torres Team” (LOL!) of brothers and they are making everything great. I can’t thank them enough. If you want a good honest company, call All Septic All Plumbing Inc. for your plumbing needs.

    My sewer system was backing up into the downstairs showers. My plumber, Jorge Alvarez, Cape Shore Plumbing, did emergency early morning response and discovered that we had an unknown septic tank between the house and the pump station! Jorge recommended All Septic and Julie was on it and had her team out that afternoon for emergency excavation and pump out. Field team was excellent and recommended risers on the tank as the concrete hatches were shot and leaking. Thanks for the amazing response and customer service.

    They may be on the expensive side, no doubt that you get what you pay for and I received nothing but the best service! From the receptionist to the workers that pumped my septic tank, everyone was kind, very professional and extremely helpful! I received same day service to my septic tank as promised and even when an unexpected issue presented itself, the owner himself came out to address it the very next day. My septic system was up and running in no time. If youre looking for top quality service, same day service and workers that are knowledgeable about what they are doing, then I highly recommend All Septic All Plumbing for any of your septic and plumbing needs!

    I called them yesterday because we were having problems with our septic (knew it had to be drained). They sent someone out - got there in about 4 hours. Drained the tank and we are good to go! Thank you!

    My family and I are not very good septic tank people and of course it backed up last night at 945. I called around several places this morning and they were all very similar in price. The main difference was every other company wanted to charge an emergency fee of $120. I hired All Septic at 730 Am and they were at my house by 330 Pm no extra fee. Thank you guys now we are free to abuse our septic tank again...see you next year!!!

    This is a great company! I needed my septic drained and cleaned. These guys came out within a few hours of me scheduling a call in! Dennis and Tony were kind and informative. Price was very fair and instead of waiting for my toilets to over flow next time, I will just have these guys come out every couple years and clean it out since the price was so reasonable!     I’m refinancing my home and needed a well/septic inspection to provide to the lender. I called All Septic All Plumbing to schedule an appointment late on a Friday afternoon and a crew came out the following Tuesday to perform the inspection.I received the inspection documents via email that same week.I must have contacted All Septic at least 5 times after that because my mortgage company kept asking for different documentation. Julie and Emelee were very helpful and polite, even when I lost my cool (because of the mortgage company, not because of them). I would 100% recommend this business for your septic and plumbing needs.

    This company answered the phone and came to my house in Cape Coral on Labor day weekend for a full septic tank. Turned out we had much bigger issues. This company was fair, had amazing customer service, helped us with our problem and fairly charged and treated us. When we do have septic issues and need routine maintance we will call these guys!

    My Septic started backing up Tuesday night. It was a really horrible event for my 2 young children ages 12 & 10 to go through, but my direct deposit was not scheduled to go in till the following Wednesday. The next day I called ALL SEPTIC/ALL PLUMBING and spoke to SHELLY in the office. She was so polite and She listened to me with such patience to understand my situation. I explained that I could write a Check that could be cashed early Wednesday. She quickly contacted the director with urgency and He honored my request. She scheduled someone the same day. I am so Grateful to have found a Company that has Real People who care to Provide such excellent customer service to meet a customers need.     Mr.Rodriguez and Rich were a wonderful team servicing my septic system. They were quick and efficient. They also took their time making sure my lawn was back to its original state. I HIGHLY recommend this company based on the level of professionalism their staff shows on the job site!

    The two technicians took extra effort to be sure my tank was cleaned and working, even though it took them extra time and it was the last stop of their day. They were both very professional and hard working. The price was exactly as quoted by the young lady on the phone, $265, even though it seemed to me that they had to spend some extra time on my system to be sure of the issues involved. Don;t know what more you could ask for, except maybe a better arival time estimate, but thats the nature of this kind of service, I think.

    We had to call them on Sunday at 2:00pm 1/29/2017 and the driver was here within 1 hour. It took almost an hour to pump out our septic tank. He was professional and friendly. We WOULD call them again when needed. He did a great job. Thanks

    I noticed my toilets gurgling after I flushed and knew that that was a sign of septic issues. I called All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. and Julie answered, she was beyond nice and curtious!They dispatched someone to come to my house on a Saturday (its always on a weekend when these things happen). The person who came to service my home was Isreal. Isreal was awesome and explained everything to me.Overall, the experience with All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. was AMAZING! It is very difficult for me to give 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. This would be the rare exception.The service was OUTSTANDING from the initial phone call through the actual service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    After several years away from our home in NW Cape, I called All Septic for a quote. I spoke with Julie who was amazingly cordial and polite on the phone. Their price came in below other options. When the crew arrived for the removal, I wasn’t sure where the tank was located and after 30 minutes of trying, the crew could not locate the tank either. After explaining to the crew that I would do my best to locate the tank on my own, I called Julie who immediately went online, found the location of the tank (home survey), and provided this information back to the crew. Within 30 minutes the crew was back at dusk completing the task. Julie went above and beyond for her professionalism and ability to get things done! Thank you All Septic All Plumbing, and Julie, I will refer you to all of my neighbors and continue to use your company in the future. Great job!

    I can not ask for more from service provided. Albertico & Steven were more than I expected. I was kind of concerned after reading other reviews from the company, but you cant judge a book by its cover.
