Mike is such a nice man, very patient and so knowledgeable. He is neat and thorough too! He gives great advice and helps with our decision making.     Very knowledgeable and informative. Also, Mike and Guy were very professional and personable. We purchased a propane tankless water heater and a HALO 5 wholeHouse water filter and are very pleased with their performance this far.     I just have had the most incredible experience with this company! I have been in Cape Coral with my house for almost 9 years and every plumber we have called was awful! This company is SO professional and knowledgeable its amazing! Michael the plumber is amazing! He is super friendly and definitely knows his stuff!!     I was in a horrible situation; in 8 hours I was hosting a Holiday Party for several guests. And luck would have it, a clog developed in the area of my Master Bath. Upon calling GP Plumbings answering service, Guy, a technician, called me back promptly. I explained to him what had happened. and he gave me some guidance on how to possibly remedy the situation quickly. My husband did exactly what Guy advised, and it took care of the issue. Stress and what was clogged in the line was flushed away.I truly appreciate all the information Guy provided me, and I will definitely reach back out to GP Plumbing if I ever have an issue.

She explained all options and also contacted the distributor for costs of a new toilet. Crystal is a valuable asset to the GP team.Mike, the service plumber, was respectful of property, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. He removed our toilet, replaced all of the tank parts, reseated it and cleaned up completely. There was no need for a new toilet and this one looks and acts like new. I will definitely request Mike for future projects as I have found an excellent plumber who works for a great company!Note: At my daughter’s home, I observed Mike install a new water heater purchased through GP Plumbing. He demonstrated extreme skills with this task as well.

    Mike came to clear my drains and check my leaky faucet. He was excellent. He listened carefully and helped me to talk to the manufacturer about to leaky faucet!     GP Plumbing has done a great job at our home. The service Tech Mike is excellent to work with and very professional. So far we have replaced a tankless water heater, installed a remote control Moen water valve as well as re-piped our pool auto-fill valve. Great communication and timely response!

    We have used GP several times and most recently for an emergency. They have always responded quickly and Michael (our tech) does impeccable, quick work. Great company to have around the Cape. Highly recommend for your plumbing projects. Our projects include busted copper washer line emergency repair and replacement of several outside water bibs (faucets). Plus clearing a main sink drain. Always more than satisfactory work at a fair price. Thanks. (and no were not relatives and dont work for them, just an 80 yo satisfied repeat customer).

    We had a sewer back up on New Year’s day. Made a phone call. The owner Garry came out and spent two hours helping us turned out to be at the city tap which he cleared enough until the city could get there to help us. We had a house full of people and he was fantastic getting it cleared and us draining again!High recommend!!

    Excellent service with prompt response along with good work but be ready to pay for it at time of service as there will be a 2% upcharge if you pay after the time of service. Also, they are a bit pricey but I needed the work done on the outside water turnoff. that being said, I would use GP Plumbing again.

Prior to signing our contract to rebuild our home, our contractor told us he was also a plumber but we found out that wasnt the case. Had we known that, we would have hired you sooner as we have had several plumbing issues that have caused us to tear out walls, etc. Hopefully someone else will read this and ask for credentials when someone claims to be Mr. Fix-It Galore.Chris made it much easier on us and we really appreciate you being there for us once again!

    Mike was my tech, very professional and knowledgeable. I had 2 water damaged by flood. GP had him there the day after I called. Mike diagnosed both.     We have used GP Plumbing over the past few years to install a water heater and Aquasana whole house water filter/softener. The Aquasana system is great. Eliminates the need for bottled water, saves appliances that use water, and no hard water stains/deposits in showers. GP also installed a Moen Flo system which detects leaks and automatically shuts off the water source. We can also turn the water source on and off and monitor the system when we are remote.We recently called GP because we had a metal coupling that split and caused a leak, automatically shutting off our water when the Moen Flo system did what it is designed to do. The office responded promptly, and Mike Giacobbe was dispatched and quickly fixed the leak. He is highly professional, friendly, and cared about doing quality work. GP is our go to source for plumbing and has provided consistently reliable and quality service.

Fixed our washer and dryer feed, installed a garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen. Very quick, everything works great. We definitely found a good plumber!
