    Shallow water well blew and a full diagnostic ran they showed up very fast fixed everything fast works perfectly. Unfortunately this kind of stuff isnt cheap. Id definitely go with them for the future again no questions. The teach was very informative polite and efficient.

    I found a late in the day leak. I had a different plumber coming but he cancelled. I was able to get an Aztec Plumber to my house at 9:45 pm with no extra, after hours charge! Leak was located and fixed by 11 pm. Very grateful!

    Aztec Plumbing Company , I think has the best service of the entire area.They came and repaired my broken water pipe after regular hours. Very knowledgeable and does excellent work. They also completely clean up after the work is completed.

    We had a wonderful experience with Aztec Plumbing and Max their employee. We had quite the emergency with a clogged main drain on Thanksgiving weekend with lots of family in town. Max arrived quickly and resolved our problem. The cherry on top was that they charged me fairly.

    My technician Ryan installed a hot water heater. He did a wonderful job and even hauled away the old one. The real surprise was when he came back after he had completed the installation to add a tie down on a pipe. Thats real dedication to making sure the job is done 100% right!

    I woke up to no water today! My well pump burnt out. Within 2 hrs My tech CHAD showed up measured quoted me to switch from well to city water, he left for materials came back an hr later, HAND DUG and piped my water connection and had the job finished in 2hrs. I am still amazed that everything was accomplished in the same day. Best experience as a home owner so far as far as fixing a problem. Thank you CHAD!!

    Their services arent the most inexpensive, but they are extremely professional and courteous and transparent. I would understand why people might be surprised by what they charge, but its also upon the customer to call around and get at least 3 estimates for the issue. Another thing I value about Aztec is that they dont charge for a service call just to provide an estimate! Other plumbers in the area do and unfortunately thats how the business is, which I dont agree, but I also understand why they do that. Well have to do more research.

    Aztec plumbing has never let me down. I’ve used them a few times for different projects but today was an emergency and in the midst of the passing hurricane. They sent Justin out the same day! He was professional, polite and patient. He was knowledgeable about our situation and found a long term solution to our problem. He replaced an old corroded valve and installed a new on for our new kitchen.I keep Aztec saved in my phone, they are my “go to” for all my plumbing needs.

    John Fernandez, Aztec plumber, has done two jobs for me at different times this month. He showed up on time, evaluated my plumbing needs, described service recommendations, showed me options with total price and absolutely no pressure to do the work now. That was just the beginning of a good experience. He replaced two 50 gal water heaters in my garage along with a hot water circulating pump. His work is precise, pipes level, joints cleaned and he is organized and neat. My experience with John and his work couldn’t have been better. He worked that day until 9:30pm to complete the job so we could have water. The cost is expensive in my opinion but I feel like I’m getting the best service possible. No trip charge, add on’s, or truck oil leaks in my driveway. The price is comparable to the experience.

    Aztec was referred by a friend. My experience was fantastic from the start. Everything was explained up front. They informed me that the technician would call me upon arrival and explain the process and problem and the best course of action to resolve the problem. I was not able to be present. The technician (Jeremy) called me and explained everything very clearly including the problem, resolutions, and pricing (the pricing was very reasonable). He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with some companies that make you feel like you are being taken advantage of. I never once felt this way with Jeremy or Aztec. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    I highly recommend Darren! He’s been out a couple times for different issues I’ve had with a new home, including replacement of an old water heater and installation ofa whole house water filtration system.     Adrian and his assistant were awesome. We had a broken sewer pipe and they were able to come out very quickly and take care of problem. They were very thorough, professional and informative.     I called Aztec plumbing in the morning and that afternoon they were here. The lady I talked to in the morning morning was polite, professional and kept me updated. They sent me a picture of the person coming and a little history. Anthony was great. Explained all the work he was doing and all the options. Did the work quickly, left no mess. Most of all he was professional and thorough. When I need work done in the future I will call Aztec and ask for Anthony. He did great work and was a really nice person.

    I had Aztec re-pipe my home. Aztec should give a schedule reminder in an email 1 or 2 days before the job starts. Brian Dill was the crew chief. He was professional while displaying a friendly demeanor. Brian was clear with his comments in each walk-thru ( before, during, and after the job). He listened to my preferences. He didn’t push to upcharge. He gave an honest assessment of existing plumbing hardware and fixtures. He was respectful of my home by taking care to keep it clean. Brian is a good leader of a crew that works well together. One improvement to finalize the re-pipeing experience would be to provide written and signed labor and materials warranty statements with clearly stated names and contact numbers in case of future followups. Brian did provide information verbally but going the extra step to give a written statement about warranties should be considered by Aztec executives. The Brian Dill experience was top notch and I am very happy I chose Aztec.

    Hello, the service provided was on a rental house. The tenant reported that she was extremely grateful because she had experienced a flat tire earlier this morning. The team showed up and they helped her out so she could get the tire fixed. They didnt have to. She mentions that the new guy who just came to the company was the best. There were several names mentioned but we dont know who that was. But I imagine the whole team helped. My wife, commented that this gives us hope for humanity. Thank you.

    Allen Cueno came out very quickly on a weekend, was very professional, and fully explained everything that was necessary for the job. Unfortunately I did not have enough to cover the quote or I would have had him do the work right then and there. They did come out on a weekend free of charge to check out the job and he even showed me how to isolate the leak so the rest of the house can have water until we fix the line that was broken. I highly recommend them for anyone in an emergency situation.

    My water heater started leaking today. I called at about 2 pm. The receptionist was very professional and set an appointment same day to have a plumber swing by in between 6-8. They called me back at 3:30 and said they had one freed up and would be here by 4pm. Joey came and I was very impressed by him as well. Very personable and professional not to mention clearly extremely knowledgeable. I finished the entire water heater replacement by 7 pm. I couldn’t be happier with their prices, employees and the company. I will be calling Joey for any future work I need!

    Arrived back at my FL residence to a faulty hot water heater. Google gave me Aztex, whose ad looked professional. Greg showed up within an hour of my call to the company, a surprise since we are at the south end of Pine Island. His company doesn’t handle the brand of electric water heater we have. He got our description of the problem, called the water heater manufacturer, got hold of the tech department and went through a full diagnostic, removing panels, resetting a thermal breaker, probing with his VOM, determined elements were shot, told us that, since we installed it this past January it should be under warranty, verified that with the manufacturer, who is supposed to have parts and tech here today or tomorrow. Greg knows his stuff, was good as an advocate for us, makes me think that although dyi may be less expensive, dealing with a qualified local company may have more value. Also demonstrates the value of filling out those registration forms on new appliances. Great response, knowledgeable and professional service person who solved our issue with a product they don’t carry. Very impressed, my first call in the event of any future plumbing problem.

    We needed to install new tub and shower fixtures, including valve and cartridge. This was a particularly demanding task for a normally fairly routine installation because we live on a large boat plus we had unwittingly purchased a brand of fixture that is unnecessarily challenging to install. The fixed rate quoted to me was quite a bit more than I had hoped for but I signed the paperwork to proceed with the work. The initial installation took six hours and two visits due to the weird configuration of the fixtures and it still was not completed to my satisfaction. So, two days later (Saturday) I decided to purchase a different brand, discard our initial fixtures and request a third visit. The new installation took under two hours and is perfect! Matt explained to me why the cost was so high - because Aztec will not rest until each customer is 100% satisfied and the fixed rates are determined by the number of visits anticipated. Had we had the second set of fixtures for the first visit the fixed rate would have been much lower.I give Aztec top ratings for these reasons:Their promise of 24/7 service is absolutely true.The technician will show up within the promised two hour window.The quality of workmanship and knowledge is top notch.If you pay a fixed rate on the first visit, that is all you will pay. Period.Customer service is second to none.

    Both my toilets were backed up and not working. I called and within hours they had someone come out. Jeremy was the tech they sent out.     I have used Aztec Plumbing for over 20 years. Most recently, Iggy was my plumber for several items, including new toilet, hot water taking too long to arrive at a Master bathroom, and a leaking faucet. In the past, I have used them to install hot water heaters, plumb a new outdoor faucet, and deal with other odds and ends. Aztec plumbers have always been on time, professional and neat. They lay out options with pros and cons. They always charge what is quoted. They do the job quickly and correctly. A decade ago, they installed a Moen kitchen faucet, told me about the lifetime warranty, and warned me to keep the receipt. Iggy told me that the same faucet needed to be replaced. I pulled the warranty and receipt from the file drawer. It was so easy to obtain the replacement with the receipt in hand. Since the model is no longer available, Moen offered me choices of which model I wanted. It is great to have a team of professionals that I can always rely on for any plumbing need.

    Had a slow leak from the kitchen sink faucet, called Aztec and got an appointment for between 7 and 9 PM (at no additional cost for after hours). Within 30 minutes, they called and asked if we wanted to move the appointment up. If so, they could be here within 30 minutes. Job was completed by 4:30. Fast, professional service. Nick was great. This was actually our second time using Aztec and they are now our plumber of choice. We also recommend them to our neighbors as well.

    Fantastic experience. They had to come out two days in a row and did not charge for the first day. Provided a quote that took 2x longer than they expected (they had to leave and come back 3 times) and did not change the quoted price at all (2 repairmen for 4 hours - total 8 hours labor).     I needed to satisfy insurance company’s concerns noted on an inspection prior to accepting my house for coverage.I asked Siri for Best plumbers in the area. Aztec was near the top, with good reviews and close so I called them.I explained what I needed and got an appointment for the next morning. Michael was the respondent and prior to his arrival I received a live call informing me of ETA and a text of his picture and some of his background.He arrived right on time. He looked at my issues and found everything satisfactory. Took some photos and sent my insurance agent. He explained some adjustments that could be beneficial in the future. He checked all the plumbing and suggested that I keep a close eye on my hot water tank as it’s close to 10 yrs. old. He suggested going tankless in the future.The diagnostic fee was all he charged and I believe it was reasonable.     Last Sunday our water heater safety tank broke and leaked heavily. This was about 3:30 pm. We have seen the TV ad from Aztec with 24hr service and called. They were able to send someone out right away. He arrived just short of 5 pm. The technician was very professional made the suggestion to replace the entire water heater (ours was 11 years old) which made sense to us. He installed right then and we were up and running with water around 6:30 pm. Again, very professional, price was ok, especially for a after hour service. Can only recommend them. thank you!

    Tech Jonathan Hooks was a EXCELLENT representative of Aztec Plumbing.He was knowledgeable, polite, neat in appearance and cleaned up after himself. No complaints there.In my opinion the cost estimating program was unreasonable.For a 4hr job to replace a ditigital shower controller (provided by the manufacturer) and misc plumbing supplies without any construction adjustment cost $1,243.00. A more reasonable job cost in my opinion should have bee around $600.00 To be fair Jonathan said I could not have accepted the bid and there would be no charge. However my circumstances wouldnt allow the time to do so. So I paid the amount. Pays to shop around!!!!!Keep up the good work Mr Jonathan.

    Nate and his partner are wonderful people and their service Turku reflects their personal concern for their clients. They installed a new toilet and fixed our ice making machine in our refrigerator. I wholeheartedly recommend the lfolks from Aztec for your needs.

    Great job once again done by Konstantin. He was very professional and very easy to talk to as he explained in detail each part of the process. This is the fourth time he has been to our house due to other plumbing issues and each time that he has been here it has been a pleasure to have him working on our issues. He is efficient and polite and he always seems to take extra time and go that extra mile. Six stars for him!!!!

    I used Aztec for a water heater install. They have a very organized team. They line you up and send you texts/emails to keep you updated. They even send you a small bio of the plumber who will be coming to service your property. My plumber was Joey. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He initially came out to give me an estimate for a new water heater and repipe. After doing my due diligence and getting a few more quotes it was an easy decision. I chose Aztec and he was back in a couple days to do the water heater. Worked hard and didnt mind my plethora of questions. After he was done he even came back that same day to add a component to the water heater for free of charge. He also helped me line up an electrician to hardwire the new water heater. I highly recommend Aztec plumbing and especially Joey. He was top notch. I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future when they come back for the repiping. If you are unsure which plumber to use, go for Aztec. And ask for Joey. Youll be glad you did.

    Johnny came out and fixed a water line to my house. The service was of course after hours. Johnny arrived earlier than his appointment window and completed the work in a timely manner. He was very friendly and made the process easy. I would definitely use them again.

    Plumber Shane came to repair a leak in my line between the meter and my house. I was losing about 200 gallons per day (about $100 per month additional). He was quite professional and had it fixed within an hour. Aztec was able to schedule me within 24 hours after I called them. First class and carries a one-year warranty.Additional comment: It was necessary to locate the leak before Aztec would work on it, so I had to hire a leak-finding company first. That was $300 (discounted to $270.) Aztec then charged $640 (discounted to $605) for the repair. Taken together, this $875 seems a bit pricey to me, but it has been many years since I needed a plumber, maybe those prices are competitive nowadays.
