    Getting your whole house repiped is a scary messy proposition. These guys are absolutely the best of the best. Easy to work with, definitely know what they are doing and reasonably priced.     LOVED Water Works!! Water works did an incredible job with the re pipe of our single family home. It was a team of guys that worked very harmonious together. They were very professional and clean. They were in and out in less than 6 hrs with minimal clean up due to their tidiness and efficiency. We were definitely amazed at the quality of work within such a short time. They also made things hassle free by scheduling the inspection for us and had them out the next morning making things more smoothe. We would 100% recommend Water Works in comparison to the other companies around the area as they were priced more fair, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you guys! 😊

    We had Water Works men come in on Tuesday October 23rd to replace our pipes throughout our Condo and they were very professional and courteous and did an amazing job. And as a bonus they finished early!! Justin was in charge of that job. 2 days later after the inspection was done with no issues Ivan and Adam came in to replace all the drywall they introduced themselves and were friendly and thorough Ivan found 2 areas of mold that were missed by the mold company and showed me & I was able to take pictures of it!! Thank God imhe found it, we were able to get the mold company to come in while they were here to take care of those 2 areas. We now are mold free and have beautiful new pipes! I would highly recommend Water Works!! Very professional, thorough,and courteous workers!!

    I can’t say enough nice things about this company. THEY ARE AWESOME!. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and professional, from the office team members to the field technicians. We had them repipe our home last year. A few days ago we needed a new water heater, and purchased one from Home Depot. HD wanted to charge us an arm and leg to install it. I called Water Works and they installed it for an honest and fair price. I’ll give them my business every time I need any plumbing needs.

    This past week we had a total house repipe done and we could not be happier with the job. From start to finish the team was great. From the repiping crew to the drywall crew. They were on time and had our water back on in 6 hours. They cleaned up after the job was completed. Our walls look good as new. The communication with the office staff was great. Everything that they said would be done was completed beautifully.We highly recommend Water Works and will be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

    We have a home built in 1957 and it needed to be repiped. These guys were great! They were reasonably priced and came in with a team of people to get the job done in a day. It was a ton of work and they were able to get it done. They kept the house as clean as one could and there wasnt a ton of dust anywhere. They answered all of our questions and were more than helpful. I was told they were the go-to company for this job and they did not disappoint. Id use them again if I ever had the need. They specialize in the older repiping of homes. Great local company who always answered the phone and showed up when they said they would.

    We had our house re-piped with CPVC this week. Monday they did all the repiping and were done in 5 hours. Tuesday the inspector came and Wednesday they came and fixed all the drywall cuts they had to make. The workers were all professional and very courteous. I was thoroughly impressed with Greg & Jorge who fixed the drywall. It was all so clean. Above and beyond my expectations! The only hiccup was they ran my card for the balance without my authorization. Luckily I didnt have to move any money for that transaction to clear. I thought that was VERY unprofessional.

    We needed a complete re-pipe of our 31 year old home. One call brought an estimator to our house. He walked us through everything, and we had an estimate the next day. Price was definitely better than we expected. They answered any more questions we had and assured us that we would have water by the end of the day that they started. The day of the appointment the crew pulled into the driveway and set to work. True to their word we had water that afternoon as they had promised. One thing I will mention, be sure you have cleared the counters and made plenty of room for them to work. Talk the process through with your estimator so that you are as prepared as possible. 2 days later their drywall crew came to repair the walls that had to be opened up during the re-pipe. Again, they did an amazing job. You will need to do some cleaning afterwards but that is unavoidable with so much plaster work being done. And you will need to paint. We are so pleased with this company. The guys all did such a great job. We have water pressure and piping that is up to code. Re-piping is not cheap and not an especially enjoyable experience. But all our interactions with their home office and the work done in the field was just top-notch. Would not hesitate to use them again. Or recommend them. I just did!

    Our experience with Waterworks was extremely professional and satisfying. The gentleman at the office who did the scheduling was very polite and very easy to understand. Our appointment was the following Friday but if anything opened up they would call. It did open up that afternoon and the plumber showed up shortly after the call. The plumber was very professional and very efficient at his trade. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the area was cleaned up. We will certainly call Waterworks when we need any plumbing

    Very impressed with Hector’s troubleshooting skills. Other plumbers had suggested cutting into the wall, removing tile, removing the bathtub to identify the source of the leak. Hector was able to identify and then fix the source of the problem (leaking shower column) without doing any of those things. I found him to be very logical, methodical, trustworthy and helpful. Highly recommend.

    After experiencing two leaks in our original pluming in the slab, we decided it was time to re-pipe the house. We shopped a few plumbers before we came in contact with another customer who used Waterworks. Right from my first contact it was clear Waterworks was the company to go with. From communication in their back office to the plumbers and construction crew, they were fantastic. I could not believe the entire job took only 3 days including the inspection. Price of the job was very competitive and there was little to no inconvenience as we were able to stay in the home even the night of the re-pipe.     Waterworks Plumbing did a wonderful job on the repiping of my condo. They promised a job, started and completed within three days, and they delivered on their promise. The Waterworks office was friendly, efficient, and, important to me, responsive to my questions. The crew that did the onsite work was capable, friendly, responsive to my questions, and careful of the contents of the condo. Changing out the water pipes is going to be a trying project, no matter what, in part because the plumbers, the local inspectors, and the dry wall repair crew have to be coordinated. If they are not, the job is in danger of falling into chaos. Waterworks coordinated all these groups and performed excellent work in the three days they said they would. Based on my experience, I would without reservation work with them again should I need any plumbing work at all.

    Water Works Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our old Polybutylene piping. Great crew Experienced, Neat, Polite, and helpful in answering all questions as they competed their work. The first thing they did was ask if we had any questions, then laid canvass tarps throughout the house, after they completed their work they cleaned up and vacuumed all areas.     We hired Water Works Plumbing to do a re-pipe of our entire house. We were apprehensive about this project. Michael and Loretta answered our questions and eased our concerns. They were easy to deal with as we had scheduling problems. Their crew arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They knew of our concerns upon arrival and they too, answered our questions and worked with our concerns in mind. They were well prepared for the job. They had drop cloths and were careful with our furnishings. They cleaned up before leaving. When the first crew left, we were still apprehensive as now we had many openings in all our walls. County inspection was scheduled for the following day and went well. The drywall crew arrived the following day. Again they were well prepared for the job and again covered all flooring with drop cloths and were careful with our furnishings. They worked so well together. Each had a task and remained focused on that task. They addressed every issue we had with patience and professionalism. The job on both days were well orchestrated and beautifully performed. Textures on the walls (which were different in each room) were matched perfectly. Both crews on both days did an amazing job. We highly recommend their company for this type of work. I cannot say enough good things about all the crew members on both days that worked on our home. Everything happened just as it was described which was very comforting as home owners facing a project this big. Thank you to Water Works for caring about the job you do.     The company went the extra mile to get us serviced ahead of schedule which is great. Service man worked quickly but was thorough and answered my husbands questions.     Water Works Plumbing is the most professional plumbing company I have ever used. From the time of the first visit to give us an estimate to the cleanup at the end they were beyond great! We got 3 estimates as always when getting work done and they were in the middle on pricing but due to the professionalism they showed we went with them. They re-plumbed our whole house as we had a leak under the pad. As indicated in the first meeting they did the job in 3 days due to the required inspection after the actual plumbing was done and then came back and repaired the drywall that was cut out in order to run pipes to the fixtures.When they walked out on the third day you would never know they were even here. Not only patched holes but matched paint perfectly and craftsmanship was perfect as well. We will never use another plumber as long as we live in the area. Thanks Water Works, you showed that there is still a company who cares about customer service. We were beginning to doubt that in the Port Charlotte area as we have been so disappointed but you were the exception.

    My garbage disposal stopped working. A simple fix for this problem entailed getting on the floor and inserting a wrench in the bottom and moving it back and forth. Unfortunately, as an 80 years old woman with bad knees and back this was not possible for me. The repairman was on time and within a few minutes had it working again. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from this repairman and the company as a whole.

    Appointment was for shut off valves to be replaced under the kitchen sink Before kitchen remodel gets started in two weeks. Nate our plumber is extremely experienced and in starting the job our Very old faucet totally corroded- fell apart and was not usable. Nate had so much extra work to do trying to remove the old faucet and replace the valves……. I felt bad and he smiled and said these things happen and it’s Not a big deal!! Wow, So polite and patient :-) He installed our new faucet so we would have water until remodel begins. He even had to remove a tile to get the faucet to fit and thoroughly cleaned up after himself.     If you need a plumber & want an honest plumber who does great work, I highly recommend WATERWOKS PLUMBING.After 45 years in the same house, in Cape Coral, you can imagine the many repairs that we have had to have done over those years & weve gone through at least four plumbing companies during this time. The last couple of plumbers we hired were dishonest & did subpar work. Recently we needed a plumber & after reading many, many reviews & decided to call Waterworks Plumbing. We FINALLY found a keeper!We needed an extension called a Toilevator installed-one that goes under the toilet to raise the height 3 1/2 inches. We also had a bad leak in the other bathroom that had been leaking for some time and badly damaged a cabinet vanity. Jaime came out and installed the toilet extension & did a great job. He looked at the other bathroom & I decided to have him come back another time as we had other appointments. Again, were glad we called them. We felt he was an honest person with integrity & we were right. Jaime checked the sink drain arm by cutting a small hole in the closet wall that was directly behind the sink & found no leak. This had to be done to rule out the sink drain as it seemed to be coming from there. He then had to remove the toilet to see if the leak was coming from there. Bingo! The flange was broken in two spots & was leaking nasty toilet water, caused, by the way, by another plumber over 2 years prior-what a smelly mess! He did a fantastic job and left the area cleaner than it was before his work.The office staff is very pleasant to work with and Mike called couple times before the scheduled appointment to let us know that they could come out sooner if we wanted as a slot had opened. So, not only are they timely they will call you if a time slot opens up so see if you need them sooner.Lastly, they called an hour after the work was done & informed us there was a mistake in the billing in our favor & sent a check us a check! Who does that? WATERWORKS! What plumbing company do you know who would do that? I would never have known. This is an example of an honest company that has hard working and honest employees.I highly recommend Waterworks Plumbing. Many thanks to Jaime & the Waterworks staff for making a nice experience out of what has not been so nice with other plumbers in the past.
