    I am so happy with this company. First of all I was very distraught to wake and find water dripping from my ceiling. Affordable was pleasant from the beginning, empathetic with my situation, got someone right out to me. I was a little unsure about the service charge to come out and give and estimate but now realize it’s because their prices are very realistic, and it was fixed during the same visit. Jake the service tech was perfectly professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I won’t be using any other company for my plumbing needs! Thank you Jake and Thank you Affordable plumbing and Air!!

    Came out within 24 hours. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Educated me about the problem with my air conditioner and did the repair in a timely manner. No one wants an issue with their air conditioner but I was definitely pleased with the outcome.

    I cannot say enough about this company. They have gone above and beyond to get my AC working correctly. I recommend them very highly cuz they are very professional they show up when they say they are going to and they also call you a half hour prior to coming to your home. My AC was only down a couple of hours. While my tech Tyler was going to get the part he needed for my AC unit he sent another technician Jeff over to remove the bad parts to save time for when he came back with the new part. This company is very affordable and I do recommend them anytime youre having an issue with your AC. They are my go-to company. Great office people great field people love them love them love them.

    Great experience again. Tyler was quick to diagnose the problem and although the issue was a faulty board needing a replacement he was able to find a temporary solution that allows the AC to work. Tyler will let me know once a board is available so he can install it. Very resourceful guy!

    A life saver ! We were having issues with a new ac unit in our house we just bought. It was an obscure brand so no one could help us. We called affordable air and they booked us an appointment for that day and were able to help us out immediately. Everyone was so nice and helpful.     I am someone that loves one stop shop, if I can. I also am someone that wants great customer service after the sale. So when I came home to a water heater that was leaking….well I wanted to find a company that does all the mechanical issues a home owner could have. After reading the reviews for Affordable Air & Plumbing, I called them. From the first phone call, to Alex(plumber)coming out and explaining what my options would be. Alex did the work the next day as agreed, besides the new water heater you would never know he was here. Great first experience, a side note I purchased a service agreement with the company. Now one less hassle when I have an issue.Update: Today, 12/6 I had AA back out to service the AC unit. The office called to schedule, they keep track of when you need service work done, I can leave that in their lap. Everyone at AA is extremely professional, kind, considerate and I believe in there company’s service after the sale! I would love to see them get an electrical division and I have a one stop shop for all my mechanical needs.Well done Affordable Air!!

    Affordable, professional, prompt.We called 8+ AC companies to fix our collapsed intake duct for our office/warehouse. Most wouldn’t return our call or told us they weren’t taking on new clients. The ones that did come out quoted us some astronomical rate.Not only was Affordable Air easy to get ahold of and quick to quote, they recommended a more affordable solution by replacing the duct with modern parts rather than paying an arm and a leg for legacy parts. They came out the next day, finished the job in under two hours, and left everything clean.Above and beyond expectations.

    Labor Day, the technician, Tyler, arrived early. After a thorough but quick inspection, Tyler identified the need for a replacement blade. Parts stores are closed. Tyler returned to the Affordable Air shop, within the hour, returned with a blade as a temp fix until the factory part can be received. Incredible service. No upcharge for holiday service.     Affordable Air Conditioning are there when you need them. Our air stopped working a couple of months ago and I have a husband on oxygen and 2 Persian kitties.We were so hot ! Up to 85 degrees in no time! They came right out and had it fixed the same day! That’s the second time I called them and their consistent caring for their customers is unwavering.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.!I highly recommend this company!!!

    My experience was great, Daniel came to the rescue on Saturday when our A/C died and the part would not have been available until Monday. He used his knowledge and experience to repair a drainage pump and got the unit working which made my wife happy. Daniel went further and promised to one of his men ( Tyler) come out on Tuesday 6/5 and correct all the drainage issues. Thanks Daniel and God bless young man!

    If youre looking for a heating and cooling company .affordable heating and cooling company, I highly recommend the one Ive been dealing with for the past 10 years. They are very efficient and responsive, often arriving within 2-3 hours of a call. Recently, I contacted them because our air conditioning had stopped working, and we had babies in the house. They arrived within two hours and fixed the problem. I also use them for regular maintenance. They provide excellent service and I highly recommend them.

    My favorite company because they have the best people. Today I had Tyler and he was there in 10 minutes to fix my customers AC system.     Im a tenant and this company was booked by the property management company for air and plumbing repairs. Manny the plumber repaired the sink and a latino young man repaired the ac.     My 5-year-old water heater flooded last night. I called Affordable Air & Plumbing and they told me they would send someone out first thing this morning. Although they offered a window of 2 hours, Alex called to let me know when he was 30 minutes out so I could expect him. He was friendly and professional. He described the issue to me in plain terms, told me his next steps, and clearly communicated best and worst case scenarios. Then he quickly set about finding a replacement. He surprised me by determining my water heater was still under warranty, saving me valuable money! Within an hour, he brought me a new appliance and set to work replacing the old one. He even took extra steps to improve the pipes and valves! Then he gave me an important lesson in home ownership, explaining how to service the appliance to ensure it lasts. I was very impressed with Alex’s demeanor, his communication, and his work. On top of that, it really was AFFORDABLE, costing me much less than my neighbors indicated they had spent on similar services. I highly recommend!

    I had to make an emergency call to this company to help me out because I had arrived at my home to find the air conditioner was not cooling. They came out early Monday morning and fixed the problem which was great because I was having a huge party the next night and certainly needed my air conditioner working. They were professional, fast and most pleasant. I’ve used them several times and each time has been a very positive experience. May 2024I cannot say enough great words for this team. Every single person I dealt with on the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had to arrange for a repair to be done on a second home in another state, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. In particular Nick and his coworker who had to carry the 125 pound compressor up to the roof of the building because we are still suffering hurricane Damage, did a remarkable job. Chris, the electrician, fixed a faulty wiring to stop the unit from tripping. I am grateful for the excellent job both of these gentlemen did as well as the rest of the team. Keep up the good work.

    I dont typically write reviews, but felt like I needed to share my experience with this company since it is hard to find these days a solid company that you can trust and treats their clients like actual people (not just a way to make money). We have used Affordable Air & Plumbing a couple of times and we will continue to use them.The first time was to help us take care of some existing issues with both of our AC units. They suggested for us to install new units, but were completely understanding when we explained why we couldnt at the time. They never tried to push us into buying a new one. Instead, they were understanding and helped us come up with a solution that worked for our needs and fit our budget.The second time, we needed to replace one of our ac units. Again, they worked with us to figure out the best choice and created a plan to fit our needs.During both instances, everyone we worked with were extremely kind. They were always easy to get ahold of, arrived on time, very respectful, gave us options, were never pushy, and explained each step of everything they did (and did so in a way that was easy for me to understand).I highly recommend them!

    My AC went out on Friday while I was out-of town and noticed it on my phone app. I called Affordable Air and Plumbing for service after reading prior reviews. Tyler (The AC Technician) was able to come out and thoroughly investigate the problem and fix it right away. He also made sure everything was okay and that my house was cooling before leaving. I highly recommend them for any problems with your AC. I am so greatful that the problem I had was resolved in a timely manner.

    Very happy with my experience with Affordable Air & Heat. I had the difficult experience of trying to help my 90 year old father from 800 miles away after his A/C stopped working. Chris, the supervisor technician responded the very next day. Knowing that my dads A/C unit was 20 years old it was no surprise that Chris recommended replacing the system. Chris was extremely professional and even over the phone I could sense that he was being upfront about what he was recommending. I am quite knowledgeable about HVAC systems so I knew the right questions to ask. Chris never tried to one up me as so many technicians would do in order to prove they know more than the customer. We had a very brief, respectful conversation and I told him to get me a price on a system. I suggested a builders grade unit since we planned on selling the house and Chris agreed without trying to upsell. In 10 minutes he called me back with what I felt was a very fair price and told me that since he noticed my dad was on oxygen he did not want to wait for an opening for his installation crew but instead would schedule himself to do the install the next day. WOW!! That level of service blew me away! Chris came back the next day and had the install done by noon. In the current business climate it is great to be treated so well. I was able to arrange for a major repair on my dads house in Florida without leaving North Carolina. Thanks Chris and Affordable Air & Heat!

I learned a bit about the system I have by asking questions and shadowing him around-which he said please do.     They came to our home within about 20 minutes. Diagnosed and repaired the problem and did a great job. The technician Tyler was professional and courteous. Highly recommend them.

    Had KC come out and give a quote for a removal and install of handler, compressor, and thermostat that was way better than I expected. I agree and we set it up.So, I get a notice on my phone telling me that the technicians will be out on the day we set, then another notice day of telling me who my technician will be and when theyll be arriving, WITH a picture. Definitely helped.The technicians were Charles and Junior. They were polite and enthusiastic and got the job done in a professional manner. They were even kind to my daughter who insisted on watching them, despite occasionally getting in their way (Shes 3-and-a-half). KC and another manager (I cannot remember his name) came out twice to check the progress and see if we had any concerns (there were none).I would recommend them again, hands down.
