We were in need to have our shower head repaired. I called Next Plumbing because of the high ratings. I wasn’t sure the ratings were authentic but moved forward anyway because they were able to squeeze in my minor emergency on the same day. When Rod arrived, he was super polite and put booties on immediately. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me as I often need to mop the floors after repairmen leave my house. Rod was able to diagnose the problem right away. He explained the issue thoroughly. Rod’s explanation made me realize the level of experience he had, which in turn made me feel comfortable working with him on this issue. He reviewed the charges and explained the warranty behind the work. I shared with Rod that I called his company on a whim and thought the reviews may not be authentic. I told him, after this experience I now believed every word these customers wrote were true. I hope I will never have a need for a plumber again, but if I do, I am calling Rod. Rod is a class act and Next Plumbing should be proud to have him on their team.

Doug did a good job in cleaning up after finishing the job and gave me very helpful advice to help me with future plumbing problems! Below is the water heater that Doug professionally installed for me! Thanks again Doug.UPDATEDoug returned to fix the pipes on my sprinkler system, today on 8/26/24 and again did a terrific job. Id write a separate review, but Google wont let me write more than one! I added an extra picture of the work he did with my underground pipes! Next plumbing unclogged my toilet sewer pipe 30 feet away. I couldnt snake that far or find the clean out cap. Justin used a camera that also showed a sag in the pipe beyond that and was finished in a couple hours. Excellent service and super knowledgeable. Other plumbers had bad, fake or no ratings! I would definitely use Next P again and recommend to Cape and Fort Myers residents.

When I say amazing work! I mean amazing! First off, Sandra was wonderful with taking the call and advised me she could have a plumber out within 30 minutes. My tenant advised me she received a letter from the city stating of a possible leak due to meter reading. Adam, the plumber, contacted me just as Sandra stated. He advised me of the 2 possible issues it can be but also stated if its not those the price will then begin to change. He constantly called me after he checked every possible issue to advise me he was going to check the next. He was able to find the leak which was outside of the home with a T-Sitter that was by a newly installed fence. He fixed it within 2.5 hours. I was so impressed. Thank you Adam for making a situation that could have been stressful smooth sailing. You will not regret obtaining their services. Efficient is an understatement.

Recently, I used Next Plumbing and Drains to replace my Garbage Disposal. I have to say that I had a great professional experience with the company as well as with my repair person, Owen Ebbert. Before Owen arrived, Next Plumbing and Drains sent me an email introducing him, which included his picture, his credentials and his background check verification and confirmation. When Owen arrived for the appointment, he was extremely polite and friendly and wore a very sporty company uniform. Owen proved to be a very experienced plumber who did high-quality work. He answered all my questions, was timely with his repairs and impressed me. I used to consider myself lucky if I could get any contractor to return my calls. With Next Plumbing and Drains, my call was returned within the hour, and my appointment was scheduled for the next day. In my opinion, the entire organization was first rate and deserved more than 5 stars.

Next Plumbing to the rescue. I had a problem with the toilet in my bathroom that never would seem to flush all the way so I called Next Plumbing and scheduled my appointment. The Plumber called to let me know that he was on his way and he was actually there before the time frame. He was very polite and seemed very attentive. I explained to my problems he went looked at the toilet and gave me a couple options. I decided to go with the replacement of the toilet, even though Junior gave me a couple other options. Replace the toilet cleaned up the area sprayed some very nice spelling stuff and he even wore booties in my house. I am very thankful to run across Next Plumbing and have them back in my house in the future.

Alec came to our home to repair a leaking faucet in the garage. He replaced the faucet which required adding some piping and taking away some of the wood around the area. After he finished the job, he left; and that is when we discovered that we had no water in the house. I called Next Plumbing and asked for them to contact Alec and have him come back to our house. He was back in about 30 minutes and quickly discovered that a pipe joint under our house had broken causing a huge flood. He then spent much time getting to the problem pipe and assessing the situation. He had to take a piece of siding off our house skirt to get to the problem. He ended up spending an additional 4 hours to complete the work and even did some preventive repairs under the house. At one point, I told him that it was getting dark. But he said he had lights and that he would not leave until the problem was corrected, and he could turn the water back on. At 8:00 p.m. he finished the work and then apologized for the amount of the bill. No apologies needed. Problems are problems and need to be addressed with an eye to the future. Throughout the whole day, Alec was courteous and friendly and kept us informed of what he was doing. Alec is the best. Once gain, give this guy a raise.

I had an unexplainable water trail going down my driveway… my neighbor came over and we traced the source to my water heater in my garage. I called Next Plumbing to get an appointment. They said a service technician would be here in one hour! I asked about a replacement and was told that their technician will have everything in his van. Doug arrived as promised. Very personable, even played with my dog to calm her down. He was extremely professional and took care of everything. I can’t recommend Doug highly enough! Thanks 🙏

I am extremely pleased with the prompt service from next plumbing. Billy, the superior technician arrived within a couple hours of my call. Had a crazy plumbing emergency last night. Ended up getting a pin hole leak in our water mainline coming into the house. Randy was great! He had to make 2 trips and the installation was difficult, but he handled it all and the new hot water heater looks like a pro did the work. He also performed a complete inspection and fixed a few things he found, including rebuilding one toilet tank and replacing some shut off valves. I’ve been a Preferred Customer at Next Plumbing for 3 years.This time during my twice yearly hot water tank flush and sink drain treatment, it was determined I needed one of my bathroom facets replaced because the aerator was corroded. The kitchen sink facet was also leaking in two places because of corrosion from Florida water. I also needed new filter cartridges in the shower handles in my shower and bathtub. We had kept the brochure that said if we signed up for a 3 year contract we could renew for $25 per year. John contacted his supervisor for us but he was told they were not honoring that agreement. But we think John is excellent so we decided to stay with Next.

I recently needed all of my plumbing updated and much of it replaced. Adam came the next day, was timely, efficient, professional and personable. He explained everything he recommended be done, why and how. He even had replacement faucets, toilets, etc immediately available and the entire job was completed in about five hours for a reasonable price.I would heartily recommend this company AND they support breast cancer prevention by partnering with BC Research and providing funds for mammograms. On time, organized ( they had each room pre boxed and labeled for that room) prior to arriving, along with the equipment to get it done. Close to completion the owner came out with Nick and rechecked the job. Passed permitting with no issues.

Billy and Adam showed up to address my plumbing situation. I had leak in the wall and had to remove my flooring in both the bathroom and kitchen. They were able to figure out the problem and be able to fix the copper piping inside of the wall that was leaking. Once they had removed some of the cast iron, they noticed that there was dirt packed in the piping. They were able to snake that out and install my vanity and get my sink running, which I have not had for years. Thank you so much for being professional and clean and I will always use next plumbing.

Had a complete inspection of our plumbing system that was very detailed both in the examination of the system and in the technicians (Luis) ability to explain his findings. In addition, we had requested our main water supply shut-off be converted from a gate valve to ball valve. This conversion was complicated in that the citys shut off at the street did not completely stop the flow of water but Luis was very persistent and achieved his goal. We would welcome Luis to tend to all of our plumbing issues.

Kyle Nauta from Next Plumbing installed a pair of water valves with flushing ports for my tankless water heater recently. The wrong set of valves was put in when the heater was first installed by another plumbing co. about a year ago. He did such a great job that I feel obligated to share such a pleasant experience, so people would know.Kyle was punctual for the appointment with a head up call prior to his arrival. After checking on the issue at hand, he explained the work that he was going to perform clearly and answered all my questions patiently. He worked proficiently, paying attention to details. His work was perfect (I know because I can see the huge improvement in appearance from previous). The water pipe joints were clean. No mess on the floor after the job. I was very happy with Kyles work. Also Importantly, the charge was very reasonable, compared to the local competitors. He even told me that his company (Next Plumbing) was very strict in hiring the most competent workers and everybody was well compensated and happy working there.If you are looking for a responsive plumber who does great work at competitiive pricing, you should consider Next Plumbing. I know I would when the next plumbing issue arises.
