Had clogged bathtubs, showers, and sinks. Called the same plumbing company that came to pump our septic a year ago but no answer so called Champion Plumbing that was recommended to us by another plumber and Sam came out within an hour and half from my call. He explained that the septic needed to be pumped, he dug up and showed me how the actual tank and the reservoir tank weee full. Highly recommend Sam, excellent service definitely will use Champions for any plumbing issues and will continue to support this veteran owned business.

If you are looking for a top notch plumbing and sewer company...STOP LOOKING AND READ THIS...Champion Plumbing helped us far above our expectations. The owner (Sam) started working jobs at 4:30am on Thursday. He continued to service his coustomers through 1:30am on Friday. Sam and his staff will work around the clock to help people in need. My water heater needed to be replaced. I contacted Champion at 3:30pm on Friday. Please remember that Sam was working on 3 hours of sleep. He listened to my needs and we were working on a date and time. 10 minutes after my call Christina called me and told me that Sam (owner) was on his way to my home and would be replacing the heater this afternoon/evening himself. Sam came and had to dig out around our water service valve and discovered the source of the leak was originating from the irrigation water supply, not the fresh water supply. The broken pipe was cut out and repaired with new piping. We were pleased with the results. The cost to repair was reasonable. We will use Champion Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

I’ve had a few minor plumbing issues at the house and with the kids back to school I decided to tackle a few projects. I called Champion Plumbing on a Monday after seeing their van on Livingston over the weekend. They offered a next day appointment. Since it was a “back to school” day I asked for the next day. The very kind associate in the office helped me book a time that I was home from drop off but leaving ample time for pickup. As a wife and mother, I appreciated this forward thinking.I was called in advance of the technician’s arrival and he was quite prompt. Vince. The plumber, was extremely polite and very patient as I walked him through the bathrooms and explained the issues. Upfront prices and communication of procedures and a very direct approach to tackling all issues. I knew in advance the pieces I needed and he was very effective in fixing all items. Vince had everything repaired, cleaned and explained in less than an hour. I also appreciated how he showed me where calcium can build up in the line and how to clean the filter if I needed to in the future. So, I actually learned something to today from this pro!A note to add out of respect: I didn’t know this in advance but this is a Veteran owned and operated company and I have so much respect for the people that serve our country. I am not a political person and I have no agenda to push but several of my relatives as well as my son have served in the US Military and I am thankful for their commitment. Vince, my technician, is a former Marine and it was just such a honor to see a young man use his skills in life and use them well. His “military manners” were also front and center, and we don’t always see that level of respect these days!

They came out and inspected my lines for my septic system and out of the two main lines my house has (house had an addition with new line for It). Sam! Man oh man! he found,fixed, and solved my issue I hadwith the addition main line had a nasty dip (cast iron junk) that would built up gunk and back up the toilet and tub, he cut the bad dip in the pipe out and replaced with pvc, pitched It to what It was supposed to be boom finished! Then after the repair he then re sent the camera down the pipe to show the repair work although I seen him visually do the work!If you want quality honest work give the man named Sam at champion plumbing a call! You knocked it out of the park brother! 🤘🏻🤘🏻 also office staff is on point set me up timely and efficiently!

This is the most wonderful company in existence ! After Ian, we had a septic back up into the house. He came out, diagnosed our problem, which started with a full septic due to the surge. At this time, did want to charge us for work we didnt need so had us call a company come out to pump out the septic to see if that resolved the problem ( it was overflowing). Unfortunately, when our septic was installed, there wasnt a back-up manifold installed so we ended up with a clog in the mainline. This AMAZING gentleman came back out that night at 8:30pm, didnt charge us an after hours fee, and fixed the clog & installed the missing manifold. Prompt, professional, empathetic and honest. WE WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!
