Trying to find a reliable and skilled professional these days is not an easy task. Shawn was recommended to me by a friend who said, “he is honest as the day is long”. I texted him regarding my plumbing concerns on a Saturday and he contacted me back within six minutes. He wasn’t even working that day. Shawn arrived on very short notice was punctual, professional and polite from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all of my questions, explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. He personally spoke with my landlord to explain each step before and after. He checked my disposal etc as he was doing the repair, was honest that it was good and never tried to sell. He gave suggestions on how to avoid future problems just with placement of dishwasher lines etc. He was very thorough. I would highly recommend his services to friends and family! When he came by to discuss the project and to provide me with an estimate, he thoroughly and completely addressed my options along with reasons why I might want to chose one thing over another. I am a single woman homeowner and really appreciate it when someone spends the extra time to make sure I understand what they’re telling me so that I can make an educated decision. Another plumbing company provided an estimate based on photos they asked me to send of my current sump pump and surrounding area; no one ever came over to actually look at the area nor to speak with me. That did not exactly instill confidence. I would not hesitate to contact Shawn and Son for any future plumbing needs.

Shawn did work for me when he was with another plumbing company. He was so good that when I needed a new sink in a bathroom off of the kitchen that used to be a closet I called the company and asked for Shawn to come to do it. They told me he was no longer with them. I found the receipt for the new sump pump and new backup sump pump and his name was on the receipt. I googled him and found him. I called him and he came to my house. He fixed a faucet in the big bathroom and I showed him the sink that was in the small bathroom. He remembered it because last year he installed my new toilet in that bathroom. I decided to replace the old toilet in the big bathroom too. He came here yesterday and did the work. I love the new toilet because it is the comfort height and it is much better for my back. The new sink in the little half bathroom off of the kitchen it great. Its a lot smaller and I have much more room. His work is so perfect. He makes sure that everyuthing is working and every detail is covered. I am so glad I thought about looking for the receipt from the other plumber to see if his name was on it. You cant go wrong with Shawn. If you need a plumber please call him. He was here in 2 days to look at everything. He emailed the price and I called him and told him it was ok. I would have paid a lot more if he was still working for the other company.

They were booked up for weeks, but still managed to squeeze us in because they knew wed be without a sink. They were great, professional, on time, responsive to texts and very reasonably priced. We plan on using them again this summer for a few more projects.

Shawn & Son (Shawn) arrived at exactly the time of our appointment. Very polite and explained to the detail of the procedure. There was no mess left behind, very clean. He even offered to bring in my empty garbage totes, as the garbage truck just left as he was leaving. Top notch service, and will be calling again if a different issue should arise. I would highly recommend using Shawn and Son Plumbing LLC! They offer such great service at a fair price. I needed an emergency drain cleaning late at night and after calling several plumbers and receiving no response or no one willing to come out that night without charging a ridiculous late hours fee, Shawn did not hesitate to help.He was very friendly and thorough in explaining the issue at hand, as well as, keeping me updated and sending pictures of what caused the backup, as I was not able to be at the property myself. Shawn was able to resolve the issue and unclog the drain swiftly. He called after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied and recommended further advice so that I would not be stuck with this problem again in the future. The entire process from quoting the issue, getting the job done, updating me, and creating an invoice after completion was done so efficiently. By far, this is the best plumbing service I have ever received. Shawn and Son Plumbing is now my number one go to plumbing service!

AMAZING! Go with Shawn and Sons Plumbing! Pricing is comparable, professional, completed in the time frame he stated, organized, careful and cleaned up as he went. I cant say enough positives! Shawn replaced leaky bathtub pipes and installed a new bathtub faucet and knobs, including shut off valves in the bathroom and on hot water tank. It was a difficult job due to the space and access (he had to move the toilet). He took out a few tiles at the access panel, less than anticipated and saved the tile around the faucet. Again Amazing!! Shawn explained all my options when giving the estimate, thoroughly communicated during job, then walked me through and showed me everything. I will use for future jobs and recommend to others.

My name is George, and I consider myself relatively handy to be able to fix most problems that come my way with regards to being a home owner. And I have my Dad to thank for that. I recently had a problem with a hot water tank. The gas valve needed to be replaced. I ordered the part and three days later I was ready. So I thought. Not having the confidence or my Dad who recently passed away, I reached out to a local plumbing vender for help with local guys who could do the job. With the list in my hand, I started down the list of contractors. It seemed everyone was busy, booked with jobs, and wouldn’t be able to help me for a day or two. But not Shawn. And although he was in the middle of a job, he did something more valuable than come to my house and fix the hot water tank. He took the time to tell me exactly what I would need to do to fix the problem sensing that I was handy. He said “you can do this“! He gave me the confidence that my dad would have given me. His third job was to research and find a specific shower assembly for us which would allow dual stationery and hand held shower heads. Lastly he repaired a leak in our underground irrigation system. Each and every time he was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. We are highly satisfied with all of Shawns work and would recommend his services at any time.
