We wanted a Reverse Osmosis filter installed in something of a unique way in our cellar, as were using it for our starter hydroponic operation. They worked out schedule changes with me for the better, and ultimately installed everything perfectly as asked -- it looks great (very clean, orderly install) and they left no mess, no extra cleanup. Their agent listened to me closely and gave good guidance when the unit was fully installed. RightMark gave excellent service this day and I was very impressed!

We recently purchased a home and there was a leak in the pipe for the sump pump. The home warranty sent out a company and they made a small leak into a flooded basement.We called RightMark Plumbing and they were able to send a competent and professional plumber out to us in about an hour. Only reason this is not 5 stars is because the markup on the materials seemed excessively high for stock items, but I didnt ask ahead of time and it is probably still within the industry standard, albeit on the high side. Would use them again.

After 25 years in this house we were finally ready to redo the basement including the laundry room. Mark came out and spent time my wife and I discussing the options for the laundry room which included moving the washer and dryer, moving water and gas pipes, removing an 1950s cement washtub and replacing it with a compact and modern stainless steel sink. Marks quote offered exceptional value. We were thrilled to get started. The RightMark team arrived on-time the first day and every day of the job. All the plumbers were friendly, careful about keeping the house clean, worked hard, and if they had questions came right to us. When the city inspector came out for the first review, he praised the job RightMark was doing. There was an unexpected issue with a basement floor drain. The team fixed the problem and kept going. Dennis arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was a defect in the water heater they received from the factory but they were able to get another one to our house within an hour. He had to basically uninstall the one he just put in, remove it and install a second one. Im sure he wasnt planning to start his day that way but he did it with a smile and made sure it was all in working order before he left. The area was left clean and all the debris was hauled away. Very satisfied with the results!

We had another company out to check on gas leaks and they found 10+. They wanted to replace all the piping for $8500!! They didnt even try to fix it and instead turned off our gas in the dead of winter!We called RightMark plumbing and they truly saved the day and our wallets! They located more leaks than the other company and only charged ~$600 to fix everything! RightMark techs are very friendly and professional and get the job done right! Water heater lost all pressure when needed most (winter). After having someone come out to assess the situation, RightMark Plumbing provided an estimate of replacement that initially seemed a little high where it included the initial visit and a higher than expected estimate on replacement. Their technician recommended reaching out to the owner directly and indicated that theyd do what they could to work on pricing, so thats exactly what I did. Mark (owner) was timely in his response and more than willing to accommodate to make sure the water heater was replaced in a timely manner and at a price that worked.I will absolutely be doing all plumbing matters through them well into the future. RightMark Plumbing was professional, timely, and I would definitely recommend doing business with them.Last thing worth noting in regards to water heaters, RightMark Plumbing goes with a couple of brands that have a great reputation as being quality driven ones that will last. In a day/age where a lot of the big box brands are designed to eventually have malfunctions requiring replacements, this made a huge impact on the decision to move forward with them. The brands they use steer away from plastic components so that when sediment eventually builds up in your water heater, you should be able to tap the water heater a couple of times to extend the life of your water heater. On water heaters that have plastic components (ie - GE), you can still do this, but it runs at the high risk of plastic components breaking and you ultimately needing your water heater replaced. Could be the difference between a $200 bill for someone to tap the water heater vs $1,000+ for someone to come out once for attempting to repair and then having to pay again for the additional services of replacement/installation.

I first used Rightmark when I tried to install my own dishwasher. Didnt go so well so I needed to call a plumber and Mark came highly recommended. He was able to get out there same day (which is always appreciated though not usually expected) and was in & out quickly, no muss, no fuss. Also less $$ than I expected. Since then I had him out to handle the plumbing in our basement finish. He worked great with the contractor and everything went smoothly.Highly recommend.

Our house was built in 1948. Our water pressure was not the best and our water heater was not working so I contacted Mark at RightMark Plumbing from advice from a friend. Mark came to our residence at a good time for us to evaluate the situation. He assessed the projects thoroughly and advised us on the best course of action. In our house we replaced all the horizontal galvanized pipes with pex pipes. A plumber with RightMark, Dennis, was punctual to the time he said he would arrive and was very professional and considerate to our needs and questions. He completed the job in the time-frame that we were given. We are very happy with our water pressure and our new hot water heater. They also were able to service our furnace and air conditioner inspections during the same time-frame. We received several quotes for these projects and RightMarks quote was very competitive and reasonable. No unforeseen charges were added after the job was complete. Mark at RightMark is an honest man and I would recommend RightMark to anyone. I look forward to doing business with him in the future.

We bought a new home and had an old jet pool tub that was leaking at multiple points. We thought the problem, according to previous owner, was just a “small leak” at the pump, and we just needed someone to come and do a small fix. Had taken a deduction against total to resolve. When RightMark came, they did a true stress test by filling up the tub all the way - even our top notch inspector hadn’t gone that far - and then water started leaking downstairs from ceiling as a consequence of what RightMark found to be 3 failures. The team was knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and brought a problem-solving mindset to the whole process. When it came time for a solution, they helped us find something that worked well in our budget, resolved the problem. Zero issues since.We also used RightMark for our water softener and that was a layup for them. They came in, built, and assembled one for us quickly.I highly recommend RightMark for any plumbing needs in greater Minneapolis area.

Think the end result looks good. Ie. hopefully no leaks. But the process was a bit frustrating, and costly with time & $, though after discussing, Mark did reduce the charges. A sewage pipe running from the house out to the septic had a slow leak within the wall of the house. The drywall was already removed and I was shown by a restoration co. where it was leaking and what section of pipe would need to be replaced. Terry was sent out to do the job. When he arrived, I showed and told him the above, and that the outside pipe leading to the septic had concrete around it. He agreed with the restoration co, but said he brought the wrong van, so would come next week… so the pipe continued to drip sewage into the wall for another wk. A few days later I got a bill for $195 for Terry coming out, looking at the situation, and telling me he had the wrong van. I called Mark and he removed the charge. I then had the sewage co excavate down & around the pipe outside so Terry wouldn’t have to dig much. I also sent photos to Mark to share with Terry and added that Terry would need something to break up the mortar outside. The following wk, Terry came at 10am with just a hand hammer. So he called and asked someone to bring a Hammer Drill. At noon, Terry had the Hammer Drill. I texted Mark my frustration of Terry not having the correct equip from the beginning. Mark called and we discussed. At 5:30 Terry was done and in his Van. They subtracted 2hrs labor off the bill, so instead of $998.25 for labor, I was charged $760.25. And was charged $204 for parts for a total of $964.25. Mark called the next day and apologized for the miscommunications and delays, which was appreciated.

I needed a plumber to install a water hookup for a new lawn irrigation system that was part of a time critical project. On short notice, RightMark Plumbing committed to getting the work done for me - and they came through! What impressed me the most about RightMark was the quality of their work. They had to modify our existing interior plumbing before they could provide the new exterior plumbing required for the water hookup, a process that required thought and planning before the work was done and they did so admirably. The new interior water plumbing and the exterior water hookup was solidly built and anchored. Terry arrived at my home on time, and got right to work. I needed a part which he had in the truck, and the whole job took two hours. Mark had estimated two hours, so the job went exactly as I expected. I would recommend them and use them again!

I had a water pipe freeze up and it started leaking. RightMark answered my desperate call and came out first thing in the morning. They did a great job of fixing the problem and also updated a few other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. The plumber was very knowledgeable and let me know why he was doing certain things. And when everything was done, he did a great job of cleaning up and explaining each line item on the invoice. Ive used RightMark before and highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

This was a nightmare project that Mark and company really came through on. He rearranged schedules to fit me in on a days notice and had my kitchen drain back working by the end of the day. This was a huge project, replacing 15 ft of kitchen drain pipe underneath a basement concrete floor. And the cost was FAR less than anyone else estimated. I cant say enough good things about Mark and his crew.
