Jeff has mad skills he is the owner of his company with a master plumbing license, he takes Pride of his work. I had Jeffrey Plumbing replace my galvanized water lines with expandable Pex piping in my duplex. Jake and Matt tackled my side first and Jake came back to finish up my tenant’s side. I had a kitchen drain that went from slowly draining to not draining at all. I saw the great reviews for Jeffrey Plumbing and decided to try them since I wasn’t happy with my previous plumber. Jeffrey Plumbing was so easy to work with! I texted the issue and my availability and they scheduled at my earliest availability. They recommended reworking some of the pipes and cleared the pipes. It was done efficiently and quickly. I should have called them sooner. I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on! Thank you!

Really???Called Jeffrey Plumbing. Jake came right out and gave me a free estimate and a fair price for the job. 3 hours later the job was done.

I had a great experience with Jeffrey Plumbing today. We are hosting our daughter, son-in-law, and their children. This morning, our main drain backed up. I called Jeffrey Plumbing based on many favorable online recommendations. They answered my call, inquired about the problem, and scheduled me for 1:00 - 3:00 TODAY!! Jake arrived at 1:00, reviewed the problem with me, and got right to work on the main drain line. As he was setting up the sky opened up with a strong thunderstorm. Jake worked right through the rain. He was able to not only quickly clear the drain but ran a 4” cutter through to clear any tree roots to ensure a long lasting free line. Jeff and his crew are very professional. Our sewer line was very tricky due to a large tree being in the way. This caused extra work but they stayed late to make sure we had functioning plumbing overnight and got the job done the next day. We obtained quotes from other companies and Jeff was definitely the best at diagnosing our problem and devising a solution. While other companies built in contingencies based on what they might find once they started digging, Jeff knew exactly what to expect and there were no additional costs. We highly recommend Jeffrey Plumbing.

Jeffrey Plumbing has been wonderful to work with. After my basement severely flooded through the sewer line clean -out pipe damaging everything including my hot water tank, Jeff came out to assess repair solutions. This morning- the very next morning - Matt arrived to replace the hot water tank and install a new expansion plug for the sewer line clean-out pipe. In a few weeks, they will be here again to install a backwater valve which should be the solution to prevent this type of flooding through the sewer line. They have been very nice, professional and they are very knowledgeable about their work. In the aftermath of such a disaster, it has been a relief working with Jeffrey Plumbing.

I tried 3 plumbers prior to meeting Jeff and I can’t say enough about the great job they did . We had half of our yard flooded in back w clogged drainage in multiple areas. It was a swamp. Jeff and his colleague were quick to arrive and within 10 minutes - 1 they correctly assessed a problem immediately. 2. They came prepared to the job w 2 work trucks and high quality equipment necessary to fix the issue on the spot. 3. Price was very reasonable and not outlandish. 4. Jeffrey, the owner himself came to the job which made a big difference! This was the first time I used this company but glad I was able to find them. They’ve earned my business ! Highly recommended.

I have never left a review in my life, however this company was so outstanding, they deserve to be recognized for their excellence, skill, and professionalism. We had an outdoor drainage problem and had other plumbers, town and water authorities, and another drainage company come out, and no one could identify or resolve the problem. Another company that I attempted to call asked me to wait an entire month before they could even look at it. Jeff came within days of my first contact, and identified the problem within just a few minutes of being on the property. Issue was completely resolved in 2 days in comparison to the 2 months of seeking answers. And Jeff and his team were just genuinely nice people, explained things in layman’s terms, and made us feel confident in their service and expertise. Pricing also incredibly reasonable. I highly, highly recommend!

I would fully recommend this company. We had a pretty desperate situation in which my dads basement had a broken sump pump surrounded by 8-10 of sitting water! We replaced the front yard sewer lateral, installed storm sewer lines and installed new downspouts and installed a new sump pump. The apt time came and went, I called for follow up and they didn’t have me in their system (or even have a plumber on staff at the moment).I randomly found Jeffrey Plumber in a search. Matt was able to get out to me within three hours the day before Thanksgiving. He grabbed the parts he needed, did the fix, then offered to take a look at my basement pipes (since I had just bought the house), offering really helpful recommendations.Matt was wonderful, professional, and quick with his work, everything you hope a service person coming to your house would be. I was being a weekend warrior and trying to make some quick plumbing repairs. I was in above my head and water was leaking into my basement. I called Jeffrey Plumbing and the OWNER actually picked up the phone. He told me he was on a job with a customer, but would head over to my house as soon as he could...probably in the next hour. Before getting off the phone, he gave me some ideas on how I could minimize the leak until he arrived. It worked...and he arrived at my house about 30 minutes later. He repaired my mistake and explained to me how to do it right, without being condescending. He walked me through the process, in detail. His time at my house was only about 30 minutes, and everything was repaired...for way less than I anticipated.I would recommend Jeffery Plumbing to homeowners and businesses.

They were very professional, and got the job done in good fashion. They had quoted us a price for basic sewer line cleaning, but found that someone had left a 30 section of snake cable in our line. This translated into more time & labor - but they charged us nothing more. Of course, we tipped them what we could, but just the fact of how they held themselves to NOT charging us extra speaks volumes of them, as to the caliber of their character makeups (there were two who were here). If anyone is in need of service, from a plumbing company, do yourselves a HUGE favor and call THESE guys. Youll be glad that you DID.

We needed our clay-tile sewer lateral replaced due to a broken trap and extensive, recurring root intrusion, and we solicited several estimates for the work. Our 114-year-old village of Williamsville home has a somewhat unusual plumbing setup due to its age and several additions, and Jeffrey Plumbing was the most considerate and thorough in terms of listening to our concerns and questions, exploring the system with CCTV before giving an estimate, and observing/recommending other repairs that could be done while our lateral was being replaced to avoid future jack-hammering or excavation in the basement and yard. His price was competitive and he communicated well in the lead-up to the project and all throughout. We ended up with a new PVC lateral with PVC lining all the way to the sewer main, new copper incoming water service, a sump pit/pump/bubbler system, and groundwater drainage via perforated pipe in the floor along one wall of the basement with future expansion compatibility. We are very pleased with the quality of the work done and the support weve received with post-completion questions. Thank you Jeff!!

Jeff figured out and resolved the root cause of the drainage problems of my house.We have experienced water overflows in the kitchen, laundary room, and downstair bathroom. Jeff responded to my inquiry message promptly and showed up at scheduled time. Once arrived, Jeff quickly found the main drainage line and the access point to dredge the blockage, then he removed the tree roots that caused the problem.Jeff is methodical and courteous -- a plumber I highly recommend.
