    John and Mark installed our new Hot Water Tank and were extremely professional and efficient. They called before arriving, arrived on time, explained everything concisely, reviewed everything when the job was complete, cleaned up thoroughly, and were very respectful of our home and property. I dont know if either of them smoke but they did not smell like smoke and they did not smoke on or around our property, which is greatly appreciated. They improved the valves and connections when installing the new Hot Water Tank and removed the old Tank. David was extremely helpful on the phone getting the process started as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Ed Youngs and will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs. Top Class operation.

    Ed was able to help me find a part for an older model toilet that Home Depot, Valu and Lowes did NOT carry. None of the other local plumbing suppliers had it either. Great service, great price and the best inventory.

    This business was sooo prompt in sending out their plumbers today in Lancaster . The two gentlemen were VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and professional. I will reccomend this business to anyone that asks if we know of a plumbing service. Lastly my parents are 89&88 and they did not Charge more than we thought was reasonable for their work .     We had Ed Young’s Plumbing come to install a new toilet in our home. I was very pleased that they were able to offer appointments only a few days away from when I called. Their plumber called during the work window before he arrived. He was prompt, courteous and did excellent work. We will certainly use Ed Young’s again and recommend them to our friends.

    We had the absolute best experience with Ed Youngs Plumbing!! Every single person we spoke with was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They showed up on time and a phone call first. They were very respectful of the house. All of the work was done efficiently and after the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done. I would absolutely recommend them!!

    The customer service here is excellent. Someone always asks if you need help. They have a surprising variety of items. I needed an obscure part for a faucet one time and they knew exactly what I needed. Part was cheap too. Go here before you go to the big box stores.

    Ed Youngs Plumbing answered our call and was able to send someone out to our house almost immediately! Bryan called on his way over and the work was completed and the problem resolved in under an hour from the time of our initial phone call. He helped clean the space , let us know what caused the issue to begin with and gave the recommendation on maintenance to prevent it from happening in the future. They helped ease a potentially very stressful situation. Would highly recommend Ed Youngs Plumbing!

    Ed Youngs plumbing came to my house to install a new Bradford White hot water tank, as well as replace some ductwork. Their prices were on par with everybody else. They showed up on time. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job replacing the ductwork. They also did a good job installing the Bradford White hot water tank, with the exception they put small dents and scratches in it while installing. To be fair it was a very tight area they had to work. The thing is they did not tell me about the dents or scratches I had to find them myself when I inspected the job after they left. So I called and complained about the dents and scratches. The manager came out and inspected the job. He stated that they could not help the dents and scratches because it was such a tight area. I asked for a new tank and he would not put a new tank in, he said it would only happen again when they try to replace it. So he refunded me $100 towards the price. And assured me in writing that it would not affect the warranty on the tank or the operation of the tank. Not completely happy with that but it is all he was willing to do. It has been about 2 weeks, seems to be operating fine.

    We were having a bathroom vanity top installed. The countertop vendor told us they didnt do the plumbing part. I made 2 appointments with Ed Youngs. The first visit was to install shut off valves and remove the old faucet and sink. The 2nd appointment was to install the new faucet. In both times, they showed up exactly on time and did everything right the first time.I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

    These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didnt mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.Couldnt be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we wont have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring theres another aspect of the plumbing thats good to go for the future.

    I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.
