Highest recommendation. A truly fantastic company, extremely professional all around. I wish all companies were like this. I had multiple clogged drains and Lee was professional, kind, extremely thorough, and explained things every step of the way. Also very tidy about clean up, which I really appreciated. I could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

I have been using Day & Night Plumbing for about 10 years across 3 different houses. I am consistently impressed with their level of personability and craftsmanship. They work fast, explain any issues throughout the process, and fix it right the first time. Theyve installed multiple hose bibs, a couple hot water tanks, moved a hot water tank, unclogged pipes, and installed a new sewer line in a basement for me over the years. Good work, and always very reasonable from a pricing standpoint.

Jon arrived at our house in the timeframe we had arranged for a walk-through to do an estimate, since the job was more complicated than a couple on-line photos could show. He did a thorough inspection upstairs and down, then wrote up an estimate for all likely parts and labor, all in 20-30 minutes, including phone call to the office to book the repair appointment within 2 days. ( Yes, like everybody else, plumbers are REALLY busy). The quality of the work is top-notch, and the price was very fair—better than we had expected. Excellent, all around.

We recently needed to have our sanitary sewer line checked and someone suggested that I contact Day & Night Plumbing.This company is absolutely fantastic! The woman who runs the office is personable and knowledgeable. The plumber who came out happens to be the owner, John, but I have no doubt that anyone there would be great.John was very thorough, he did not rush through the job and explained everything to us. We were so impressed that we hired him for another job that we recently needed done.Honestly, I cant say enough good things. He was prompt, courteous, had excellent workmanship and is reasonably priced!

It was Saturday and our basement to street drain became clogged. Water was starting to collect in our basement. Upon reading reviews it became obvious who I was going to call. I called and left a voicemail at 11:45. At 12:15 Colin returned my call, he was finishing a job in the area and by 12:30 he was in our basement working on our drain. He was the most professional contractor to ever work in our home, a great guy! He quickly finished and we were shocked when we saw the bill. It was literally half the price we paid another contractor (RR) to snake a drain about 5 years ago. He processed our card payment with his phone and was on his way. I will never even consider calling anyone else for our plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Day & Night Plumbing and especially Colin for saving our weekend!

Sump pump jammed during the night flooding my basement and flooding my hot water tank I unjammed the sump pump and drained the basement. called Monday morning Colin came out and I had to replace my tank. by Monday night had hot water. they come back to replace my sump pump .I cant thank them enough for the fast response and great work.thank you Colin and John for caring so much. Great company use them before for a back up sewer line will call them whenever I need any plumbing work.

We just had the second part of our plumbing needs completed by Mike from Day and Night Plumbing. Once again, he did a terrific job and was very personable throughout his time at our homestead. It is always a pleasure to chat with Tracy at company headquarters to set up an appointment as she makes us smile over the phone with her incredibly pleasant personality. We like this establishment so much that we recommended them to our neighbors. They will not be disappointed as the work performed by Mike is top notch. Kudos goes out to the owners for hiring such distinguished and knowledgable representatives of this enterprise. Most importantly is the fact that we ended up paying close to half of what plumbers in the past have charged us. If we ever encounter anymore plumbing disasters or mishaps, Day and Night Plumbing will always be our choice!

The company I work for refered me to Day and Night because of great job they did on our building. Had a sewer backup at my own house, very easy to schedule appointment around my schedule. They called today when they were on their way and when Will showed up, very professional and got right to work. Within about an hour I was all set and the bill was very reasonable. Would use them again and refer them to anyone.

We felt they were very reasonable - until the owner came this time and replaced a washer (from off his truck) on our outside hose spigot and charged $146.81 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After calling a big-box plumber for a residential issue, I called Day & Night. The national chain recommended a very expensive remedy because of the unique setup of my house. John & Will came and did what the other guy said couldnt be done and that, at a much lower cost! I would highly recommend Day & Night - Tracy was very professional on the phone - John & Will showed up within an hour and my problem was resolved shortly thereafter. I have found my plumber! We built our house in 1980 and have never had any issues with water in the basement, until this year. Three times since the spring thaw and heavy rains, there has been water seepage in rear corner of basement. Contractor friend referred us to Day and Night. Start process simply, rather than the nuclear option. Mr.. Toby Mersinger was sent and arrived as scheduled. Typical Hamburg weather : cold, wet, muddy; throw in some rain, freezing drizzle and wet snow, coming down ---- no problem !!! . I showed Toby the yard, culverts and basement. Within 5 minutes he explained the problems with any and all. 2 minutes later he was in the culvert with shovel in hand. Popped open the trailer and went to work with the water jets. Under driveway culvert, open culvert, yard drain tiles, downspout/ sump pump discharge, all blown out and drainage moving like new. Next: moved inside and used the water jetting to clean out sump pit and basement drain tiles, all the way around in both directions, back and forth, just to make sure. Well, it didnt take long, two days later, another snow melt and all day heavy rain. Yard drainage moving great and no water in basement. With fingers crossed we will watch and wait for spring. What a great job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg from start to finish an awesome experience with this company. Had to have my sump pump replaced on a saturday evening he quoted me a very competitive price said he could come same night. He was here in less than 30 minutes was friendly and went right to business had the job done in less than 30 min or less. My basement instantly started draining! I had water that keeps backing up into my basement every time it rains it the snow melts. They were recommended by my neighbor. They came out within a 2 1/2 hours of calling and after a few hours they were able to clear all drainage lines. They charge extra for after hours which on Fridays is 2, but they were reliable and got the job done, friendly and efficient.

At about 1 PM on the Friday of an upcoming 3-day weekend, this 68-year-old woman ran out of strength and energy and was un able to complete a DIY project: Replacing an outside sillcock and switching from threaded copper to shark bite connections. I couldn’t function without running water for the next 3 days, so I started calling plumbing companies in hopes that I could find assistance. When I called Day and Knight Plumbing, I reached a live person and explained my situation. Within an hour, a very capable and polite person knocked on my door. Within about 20 minutes, sharing a trick of the trade, the job was completed without leaks and water was turned on. I give this company an A+ for a personal contact, an A+ for quick response, and A+ for the great overall service. The cost? Very reasonable.

I am very impressed with this company. We are relatively new to the Buffalo area and we found ourselves in a situation that needed a plumber. The first place I called couldnt get anyone out to us for an estimate until 4 days after the initial call. I called Day & Night and spoke with Tracy, who was professional, knowledgeable and on top of her game. She told me she would have someone there that day, called (as promised) right at 3 PM to let me know the status and told me John, the owner was on his way. John assessed and fixed the problem. I felt the pricing was fair, he was very kind and knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend Day & Night and I will not go anywhere else.
