We chose Americas Home Place is Brunswick , Ga on the recommendation of another homeowner that had used them. From our first meeting with Amanda Graham and Julie Huhn the process has been easy and insightful. We are currently in the construction process and have been updated often by our site manager Randall Hilburn as to the progress as we still live in FL. Every time we go up we are more delighted and excited to see the building process progress. We look forward to our move in date and cant thank everyone at Americas Home Place in Brunswick for making a very stressful process easier.

We are so taken with the incredible experience we are having in building our guest cottage with Americas Home Place. What an awesome developer and group of people. Amanda, Frank, Julie, Chuck, Tommi, Kevin, and everyone else..... I dont know what to say other than you are so incredibly great. They are building my forever home with everything in it that we could ever think of. They have floor plans for everyone and can and have modified, flipped, rearranged, add, take out anything I wanted. They are a very flexible, honest, transparent, hard working bunch of people, that are very easy to get a hold of, and dont act like they care, they really care and shows and every turn. I cant think of one time I didnt feel like I was in great hands. This had been a very comfortable, straight forward proccess that has shielded me from the stresses of building a home. They have regularly gone above and beyond the call of duty.If you want a custom home and are fortunate enough to live in the area, this is the only place you need for the home of your dreams or needs for the best and quality.

They were fair and flexible. They worked with us with financing to make sure we got what we needed at a price we could afford. They treated us like family. The staff at Americas Home Place - Brunswick is amazing ! Amanda in the office is extremely knowledgeble of the products and processes. She is pure joy to work with and the greatest asset in this company. Kevin and Chuck are on top of things and always very easy to work with. We are in the early stages of our build and Randall has provided excellent communication every step of the way. He has made himself available to answer any questions and has checked in with us at least weekly with updates. The entire staff has made sure we are able to have the home we want and that we are happy with the progress. These great people are making the home building experience a wonderful one.

We have been extremely pleased thus far with AHP. We first met with Gabbie and showed her our proposed floor plan and she went right to work. As many have stated they walked us through the design process accommodated us with the MANY MANY MANY changes we requested to our plan always with a friendly reply of “that’s not a problem” and “yes we can do that too”. We highly recommend the entire team of Gabbie, Amanda, Wayne and Kevin who were part of this journey with us out of the Brunswick GA office. They have all been excellent to work with. We look forward to the next phase of our build!

Amanda & Gabby are the best at helping you turn their floor plans into your dream custom home! We took the Glenridge floor plan & turned it into our dream modern farmhouse! Kevin & Wayne have also been very helpful during this process as well & we can’t wait to officially start building with them. They’re there whenever you need them for questions or concerns in a timely fashion & we always feel like were just communicating with friends when doing so! They have made it very easy whenever we’re stuck with a decision or need to change/add something. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Update: Our house is finished & we moved from PA to GA! Americas Home Place are top builders! As with anything, there were some issues, BUT they stand by their work & will come out to repair ANY & ALL imperfections!!! Kevin, Heath & Amanda take pride in their work & truly stand with you during the journey. I have so much respect & appreciation for them. If youre looking for a home builder, choose Americas Home Place!Americas Home Place in Brunswick, GA has been amazing! We bought land in Georgia to build our retirement dream house. I contacted many builders & either didnt hear back from them or was left confused in the process. From the first time I spoke with Amanda & Gabby, I felt at ease & excited to begin working with them. We never built a home, but remodeled several, and this process was far less stressful. We live in PA, but the distance has not been an issue. Amanda, Gabby, Kevin, Tonya & Heath have gone above and beyond to make this a joyful experience. We chose The Ford B and was allowed to change the whole floor plan as the floor plans are only specific on square footage AND youre not charged a fee to do this...also, the standard cabinets, countertops, flooring are really good materials so youre not paying extra...you dont find that with other custom home builders. If youre looking to build, Americas Home Place is your best option!

We’ve built four custom homes and this one through America’s Home Place was the best experience! Great floor plans with the option to modify as necessary. Don’t be mistaken—these are NOT spec homes! Almost all of the subs were top-notch and whenever there was an issue, the site super was on top of it immediately. The whole team—from sales through closing is top notch in Brunswick! Save yourself a lot of headaches and stress. This group does it right!

I normally dont give reviews before the job is completed, but I felt the team at Americas Home Place (AHP) in Brunswick deserved a 5 star review for the pre construction process. We havent broke ground, but our house is designed and we just got our building permits. I especially want to commend Amanda for helping us work within the choices available at AHP to get the home design and finishes we wanted. She works patiently and tirelessly for you no matter what obstacles or changes you make. AHP is very flexible with their home plans changing walls, location of bathrooms and elevation. We feel very confident with Kevin, the GM, that we will have a well-built, solid house when were done. Chuck has been amazing in getting our permits with all the issues that arose with our HOA requirements. We are so looking forward to working with our project manager, Frank, who has already impressed us with his knowledge and experience. Youre all awesome and we thank you for all your hard work youve done so far on our behalf!
