The problem was fixed within half an hour. Anthony was really friendly and frank in his evaluation of the issue and what would be needed for a definitive solution. After his knowledgeable consultation it was decided I should install a premium insulated door as I work in my garage and it will retain the heat in winter and AC in the summer. I recommend the Smart Wall Mount opener. His crew came out and installed and cleaned up within a few hours. 5 Stars Plus.

They had all the equipment that they needed. They was very careful with the material and the garage door that they were setting up using cardboard do not scratch all Hinder the product. I called Proactive Garage Door for a consult on my 30 year old garage door.They arrive promptly on time and discussed replacing this builder-grade door with a better quality product.The Install team arrived promptly on time.The day after install though, the door wouldn’t close.The install team promptly returned and suggested a new opener, as the old one was attuned to the lighter door weight.Travis and George arrived promptly on-time for the opener install.But first, they looked into why the door wasn’t closing and discovered a couple install issues.So, instead of replacing the opener, for which I was prepared to pay $500.00, they fixed the issues at no cost!The good reviews that lead me to calling them are warranted---they handled the problem as you would expect from a customer-focused company.I’d highly recommend them.
