    Our deck is simple, so you wont find a picture on the website, but the craftsmanship and attention to detail is extremely evident in our finished deck. I have never been so happy with our deck after more than 30 years of living in our home. I truly wish we had contracted with Klassic sooner. It has been 2 years since we had our deck completed and Im even more delighted with their work than ever. I recommend Klassic as often as possible.

    From our first visit to the showroom to the final walk through when our deck was completed, everything was great and went smoothly. Nate did an excellent job of taking us through the design process, choosing materials, and reviewing costs and the timeline for our project. The project started and was completed on schedule.     The experience with Phil and the Klassic Custom Decks team was outstanding from beginning to end.I had an existing wood deck and decided about 2 years ago I was ready to put in a composite deck. I spent that time researching and meeting with over a dozen deck companies who service the Twinsburg area.Those I talked to were either way too expensive for what I was asking, couldn’t provide specific details or line items around the build, did not seem trustworthy, or in their description of how they would build the deck, just weren’t impressive. I almost gave up in my search. Then I found Klassic Custom Decks.Phil spent time on an initial call with me to understand what I was looking for, what was important to me, and why. When I described the challenges I had faced with other companies, he didn’t bad-mouth them or even try to convince me over the phone he was better. Instead, he said, “Let me come out and show you why you are going to be happy with us.”That week, Phil (who is the owner of Klassic) drove out from Brunswick to meet me after he and I were off work. Before he even saw the deck, he looked out at the backyard and the sunset we had that evening. He said, “You and your family deserve a nice deck to enjoy this view from, and I’m going to build it for you.”Phil spent the next 30 minutes taking measurements, pictures, and talking through what I was looking for. After that, we came into the house and went through ideas he had and options to choose from. He left with me everything we had discussed and said he needed time to draw out the design and come up with the quote. During my other experiences, I had companies break out the calculator on their phones and show me a number for the cost, or look up at the sky and apparently see some number they thought would be good.About five days after coming to the house, Phil called and said he had everything ready to share with me, but asked if my wife and I would like to review at his shop and showroom, something no one had offered up to this point. I drove out to their location on Center Rd., where we sat down in his office and reviewed the quote and plans. From there, he walked me over to his huge showroom, where I was able to see every option available, and make final decisions on what I wanted for our deck. Once I selected everything, we planned out the demolition of the existing deck and construction of the new one.Phil’s team was incredibly professional. Working from home, I was able to see and hear this team work. And that’s all they did; work. Not once did I see them taking long breaks, smoking, playing loud music, arguing, cussing, or screwing off. They just worked. I would come out occasionally to see the progress and they would stop to talk to me or show me what they had done, but then they went right back at it.After each day, they put away their tools, covered up any wood or deck part to keep them clean and dry, and cleaned up the area of any debris. A week after they began, the deck was finished. They cleaned up everything as if they were never there. It was like a military operation (which I can say, being a retired Marine).At this point, you likely wouldn’t hear from a company again. They completed the job, they got paid, and now it’s off to the next job. Nope. Phil “harassed” me to make sure he could come back out and do a walkthrough and inspection. He showed up, again, after working hours to meet me for the inspection. He explained how I should clean the surface, what I should use to clean (they gave me a gallon of Timbertech cleaning solution), and how to keep the rails and steps looking like new. He explained all the warranties for the deck surface, the rails, and the LED lights, and finally his Lifetime warranty for craftsmanship.Before leaving, Phil handed me a gift, thanked me for my business, and asked me if I felt he delivered on providing my family a deck worthy to sit on and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we get to witness. I think the pictures answer that question…

    We love our new deck by Klassic Custom Decks! The entire company was a joy to work with! Phil did a fantastic job o measuring and designing our Timber Tech deck and helped us take advantage of our allotted space. The job was begun a week earlier than anticipated. His crew was prompt, personable and highly skilled. Reuben and Josh were well-organized and synchronized workers. They orchestrated the completion of the entire deck in less than the time proposed. We are so pleased with our color selection of Reclaimed Chestnut and Adobe railing as they match our house beautifully. Phil was transparent from start to finish and brought the deck to fruition right on budget. A week after the deck was finished, Phil came out to assess our satisfaction and brought us a set of complimentary beverage glasses and a container of deck cleaner for our future needs. He took a very consultative approach, which is much appreciated when you are not familiar with a product. He led us in the right direction, was knowledgeable, and made the process seamless and easy. Then, the builders came out, and showed us the build along the way, and made sure everything was correct. Quality products and work are one thing - but the way people treat you matters more.     Klassic Custom Decks installed our original deck in 2010. They did a great job and we enjoyed our deck for years. However, in the last couple of years we did experience a couple of issues with the deck. The owners Phil and Jackie Klonowski heard our concerns and responded immediately.     Five years ago Klassic Decks installed a deck composed of Timber Tech materials. They did a fine job however a manufacturer defect was recently detected. Klassic Decks was very helpful dealing with the manufacturing warranty process and installing a new deck. The installers were perfectionists. It is important to mention Timber Tech was extremely gracious in honoring the warranty.Thanks to Klassic Decks, Timber Tech, and the Klassic Deck installers for their service during what is usually an unpleasant experience.

    Excellence! From start to finish it was a great pleasure working with Klassic Custom Decks. We decided to replace our 30+ year old treated lumber deck. We were tired of cleaning and painting it. I did some product research and found Timbertech Decking products. We really liked that quality. And then when searching contractors, we found Klassic Custom Decks built decks with that product. This was perfect. So we called for an estimate.First with our estimator Rob B. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. After getting an estimate with a design size we thought to be ideal, we visited the showroom to see the product choices and designs of decks on the property. We met the owners there too. Nice people. Down to earth and offered sound advice. Never any sales pressure.We made a change to lighting (added a few more) just to our liking and that was simple to do.The project took three days to complete! Amazing. The crew that installed the deck were great. Non-stop hard workers. And they were nice too. Didnt mind the questions we had. The tear down of the old deck too was extremely fast. We also like the little extras they seem to do, like putting down gravel on the ground before the deck went up. Just a nice touch.There were other staff that came out to do other miscellaneous things. The were always polite and friendly.Clean-up was also amazing. They cleaned the deck, and took all the trash with them. They left our property spotless.We are truly satisfied with our deck from Klassic Custom Decks! Great people, honest, and professional. You will be happy to work with them as we are.

    3 minutes agoWow, what a great company with great people and a great product. The initial process was a no pressure consultative experience. We spoke with Phil and Jackie and loved their direct contact. They shared ideas and Phil came out to measure and share his insight. When we looked things over we made our decision to choose Klassic and couldnt be happier. They stayed in touch with us as our installation day came near and their installation team was the best. I couldnt be happier with their polite and professional team. They were wholesome people that were very polite to my family as they were working. Within 2 days we had a beautiful deck to enjoy that had added an easy to maintain outdoor living space to our home. I give 6 out of 5 stars and 3 thumbs up!

    This is a great company all around. What sticks out the most, however, is the customer service. It is pretty rare nowadays to have such stellar service, especially from a contractor. The company sends reminder postcards for meetings and thank you post cards after meeting. While it may seem small, it just shows that their office is on top of everything. And they are. They took care of getting approval from our HOA in addition to the permit. We didnt have to worry about a thing. They finished our deck on the promised timeline as well. When we met with Todd initially, he came prepared with photos and discussed ideas for building a custom space. He even drew out rough plans with us. Klassic was one of several companies we got an estimate from, and their level of service blew us away. Thats why we chose them, and we are happy we did. Our deck is beautiful. And we even got new drinking glasses from Klassic as a gift to christen our deck. See what I mean about their customer service? Those little things dont go unnoticed!

    Our 12 X 14 pavilion was installed in a VERY timely manner and with overall workmanship that could not be beat. Arrived around 9:15am and had it wired and completely roofed and gone by 3:10pm, a total of 6 hours. Because of an issue, which was not of their making, they were still highly ethical to not final invoice until the job was made right by sub-contractors. We could not be more pleased, and highly recommend Klassic Custom Decks. Rob Bunjevec was a pleasure to work with!

I could tell when my wife and I meet you at your office you were a company with integrity and would pay attention to detail, which was very important to us.We have had more complements on this deck than any part of our home.     I couldnt be more thrilled with the composite deck Klassic Custom Decks built for my home! The new deck more than doubled the size of my old, rotting wood deck and it looks absolutely amazing. It perfectly complements the style of my house and the built-in automatic lighting adds a beautiful touch, especially in the evenings.My favorite things about it is the bartop that spans the length of the deck above the railing – its perfect for barstools and entertaining guests.     Our deck was installed in early 2017, and it looks as good today as it did was it was installed. We have the light package on our deck. One weird thing with the lights. They now randomly strobe on and off and flicker. First one light, then another. They start and stop. No rhyme or reason. Anyone else having this issue?? How did it get resolved??

    If there were a sixth star we would utilize it. From beginning to end They were everything you would expect from a quality contractor. Timely, knowledgeable, fairly priced, available when needed, and so much more. We found them on Google and didnt know what to expect. We feel we got the best of the best.     Our 6 x 18 side porch is basic and was replaced this past spring of 2024, so there was no need to post a picture of the finished project on the KCD website. The carpenter/installer paid close attention to detail and we are very happy with the finished porch. KCD installed our 10 x 20 back deck back in 2018 and it still looks like new. I would highly recommend Classic Custom Decks to all my neighbors and friends.
