    That was the first time I called this company over and I cant recommend it enough. The tech Alan patiently explain me everything that had to be done and it was fixed in a timely manner. The owner also was helpfull answering my messages over the weekend in order to get serviced on Monday, which I appreciated it. They were honest and price was reasonable.

    Alan just finished a repair for me at 1/2 the price of contractors within 5 miles. Including the travel from North Brunswick I saved $700!! After their due diligence to ensure the right repairs they came in the same time frame as the contractors nearby. Knowing I will have to replace the system in about a year, saving money on the repair was ideal for us! This is a family business...helping families...I feel that makes a big difference!

    AK Aire LLC honestly has to be one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They were accommodating to our schedule and also provided a level of service that was by far superior. The plumber that came to my home was very nice and professional. He fixed the job in a very quick fashion and had no problem educating me on the part that needed to be replaced. Payment was smooth and receipt sent in a matter of minutes and the service was extremely affordable. I could not have had a better experience. We now also know they do HVAC and have electricians so I am sure we will meet again.

    I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to give a shout out! AK AIRE DESERVES A 5 star in every way ! Kelly came out and gave me an estimate and took her time explaining everything and offered a suggestion for me to get better cooling upstairs . The office staff is very efficient in replying to emails and pleasant on the phone . The installers were on time, pleasant and neat ! Allan was amazing and extremely knowledgeable ! I honestly have never dealt with an outside contractor that cares about the customer and appears to be very honest. I found Ak Aire from a recommendation and they were 💯 on the money!

    I chose AK AIRE LLC to replace my 28 yr. old central air system and I am VERY glad that I did. Not only did Kelley ( co - owner) provide us with a very fair estimate that beat the others,she was patient, courteous and honest in doing so. On top of that, she spent 2 weeks on a daily basis tracking down the particular unit I was interested in rather than trying to sell me another one. This was no small task given the current shortage of available products.Allan ( co-owner) and Charles showed up today as scheduled and proceeded to work all day without breaks and installed my new system without a hitch. They were efficient,courteous and neat. Allen took the time to answer any and all questions and provided me with a great level of comfort that the job was done well. At the end of the day, you couldnt tell anyone was here.I no longer have to worry about who I will select for my A/C, heating, generator or electrical needs. I strongly recommend that you consider this company. You will be very satisfied.

    Beside incredible mechanical skills, the sensitivity to my drama over our generator malfunction - leaving me in an over the top panic about potential flooding without a sump pump and 3 ref/freezers melting - is so very appreciated. I was overwhelmed and despite it being a holiday weekend, and a Friday no less, Alan came to my rescue late in the evening (after working all day at another job quite far from our house) and temporarily restored power and ordered the replacement part. Alan always takes everything calmly in his stride (unlike me), has confidence in his ability to fix what is broken - even when it not just a plumbing or electrical issue - but my anxiety too!!! We are so very very grateful to have the entire AK Aire team only a phone call away! Not all heroes wear a cape - some drive a truck filled with emergency supplies:-) and awesome skills!!!THANKS TO ALL AT AK AIRE...

    Just had them do a major rewiring of my 100-year-old home. They were professional, efficient, and courteous and they did a great job. We had a clear explanation of what to expect and the possible cost beforehand, and they were fine with answering our questions as the work progressed. An electrician/generator specialist, Charles, was known to us for over 5 years while working for another firm; he is now with AK and is terrific. AK is lucky to have him.

    I added a second water heater and followed up by having them install a humidity system. The whole team is top notch from installation, service and support.I found them on HomeAdvisor initially because they had the best reviews out of the pack, and had 60+ verified and perfect reviews. Most of us just want to get great service at a fair price. I liked them out of the gate and honestly didnt even care about getting competitive quotes. I knew they would take great care of me. They have.Thanks Kelley, Alan and team. Next off will be a new air conditioning unit next summer. Look forward to it.

    Called and scheduled an appointment to have my air serviced after another company had called and rescheduled on three separate occasions over 6 weeks.AK Aire one call short wait 5 or 6 days showed up serviced as I have never seen on my air in past. Technician was prompt knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with on this call.Everything went so well I entered a service contract.

    AK Aire replaced our AC + heater unit and water heater . They did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. One day I messed up a setting on the electronic thermostat that made the fan noisy. The owner, Alan, came by the same day in the evening and fixed it. I highly recommend them, they take great care of their customers.

    Ak Aire has been a pleasure to work with. Kelley was extremely helpful and took the time to provide us with different options when giving us an initial quote. She was very organized and presented the options clearly.     My AC died during a 95 degree week streak. Sadly, I was gouged by Gold Medal when I had no other option, and they are just focused on taking you for as much as they can.On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, I worked with AK Aire’s Kelley (co-owner), and she could not have been more helpful, kind and compassionate as I figured out my issues. She troubleshooted with me on the phone until someone was able to come out for an estimate, and honestly cared about my family. On what seemed like her day off! I do not run into many companies who have such wonderful people working there.If you ever need someone for your AC needs, her company is one to have on your short list.

    The service I have gotten over the past year with A K Aire has been nothing but exceptional. From scheduling the appointment with the company to the professional service provide by the technicians, A K Aire sets the bar. I had the pleasure of working with Alan on furnace issues, and installing the gas line in my yard and this man treats his customers with respect and gives fair prices with TOP of the LINE work.     The fan on our AC condenser unit stopped working two years ago in the middle of a summer heat wave. I noticed an AK Aire truck across the street at a neighbors home. When I called for an appointment, they were very polite and quickly added us to their repair list. They accepted the condenser information I gave them so we didnt need to pay for a lets see whats wrong visit. I was told the unit was older and not typically installed in my area. A special fan needed to be ordered. I told them I was very concerned. In a few days, they were able to obtain and modify another fan to use in the repair. Having dealt with HVAC repairs on the job, I felt their response was very fast and the cost very fair.The following summer, the unit went out again. Again, they were very responsive. And well, I was ready to pay for another new fan or a brand new unit. They showed up, changed the capacitor and in a few minutes, my wife had the cooling comfort she needed.Thank you AK Aire!

    Our 5 year old fancy heating system went down and we had multiple people come out to our house only to say the original install was terrible and all wrong. Alan at AK AIRE was the 4th person to inspect it and also the 4th person to confirm the worst, we needed a whole new system installed (and installed correctly). However, he was the first one when explaining everything that I actually felt calm and confident about a new install. He was at our house on a Friday, we let him know Sunday morning we wanted to proceed with his estimate and he was at our house Monday morning. After over a week with a 7 month old and no heat, we were finally sleeping in our own warm beds that Monday night. Kelly was great, she went over all the financial details with us and gave us our payment options that best fit our needs. We couldnt have asked for better customer service. We look forward to working with AK AIRE going forward.

    Alan and his team are exceptional! They installed a Navien tankless water heater and boiler for my 160 year old Victorian home. It works great and the service was impeccable, timely, and clean. They also service for me two already existing American Standard - Unico pressurized A/C units. They come promptly for service and handle any issues that may develop quickly. Cant say enough!

    Alan B, the owner is a family man. he is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. His wife, Kelly, is equally helpful and friendly. I purchased a full A/C system from them in Spring 16. There were some problems with install but I have to say, that any problem I had was met with immediate attention. After a few visits, Alan determined the problem personally and fixed it. I have complete confidence in them and recommend AK Aire.

    Based on a home inspection recommendation I contacted AK Aire in order to have a HVAC estimate for a repair or replacement on a unit for a house I was purchasing. We had the pleasure of having Kelly conduct the evaluation even though her mom was going through some medical complications. Kelly was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, efficient, and brave to document all the concerns/issues and findings with the existing unit. Prior to Kelly’s evaluation we had another HVAC company evaluate the system and we were provided similar verbal information but the company refused to document anything in writing in fear of being involved in litigation with the seller. Because of Kelly fearless recommendation the seller had to replace the system for us prior to sale. Although we advocated for AK Aire to be used or to give us the credit based on Kelly’s estimate the seller went with their own company. We highly recommend AK Aire for any HVAC issues because in our time of need we were provided accurate and honest information. We will certainly contact them without hesitation to discuss adding an additional unit. Thanks AK Aire and especially Kelly for assisting us in our time of desperation.

    AK Aire installed a Generac generator over two years ago and have maintained it annually. I was extremely impressed with their installation of this complicated system in one day and the Generac has performed as expected during power outages. They recently fixed a problem under warranty.     One again AK Aire was at our house to provide HAVC just routine maintenance, four years after they installed a new heating, air conditioning and water heater at our Capte Cod. When we hired AK Aire, all the other HAVC contractors said you could not bring the heat and air to the second floor with the same HAVC system. They all wanted to install additional equipment to satisfy our need. AK Aire did it. Using the new heating and AC system they sized, they were able to run the ductwork for the second floor. Heating and cooling completely satisfied.

    For the last several years I have been using AK Aire. I have found hem reliable and honest. Last year my air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave.     We are relatively new to AK Aire, however, Charles has been our generator genius for several years now. Our experiences, thus far with AK Aire have been great - Everyone is very friendly, sensitive to emergency stress and always eager to fix/eliminate our stressors. Charles is incredible - his patience, professional and diverse expertise and skills have earned our trust, respect and appreciation - repeatedly! AND, when we just called for an emergency new water heater for our son, Charles didnt hesitate to come to our rescue. Our son received immediate help thus avoiding a potential and dangerous crisis. Along with Charles, the other workman were amazing and skilled and eliminated stress in two zip codes - ours and our sons:-)! We are so grateful that Charles associated himself with a company who can tackle a myriad of home improvement needs. We would not hesitate to recommend AK Aire with confidence based on our positive experiences!!!

    What a company! I have been using AK AIRE for over three years and honestly have had nothing but exceptional service every time! I found them by doing a home energy audit. The first person who came out tried to screw me over and sell me things I didn’t need. Then Alen came out at around 8pm, due to my crazy work schedule, and gave me an realistic number and told me exactly what I needed to do. I’m a “do it yourselfer “ guy so doing work for me isn’t always easy :), but Alen and the whole company worked around my craziness and did an amazing job! I had AK install a complete system including ducting, AC, oil rank removal, new natural gas boiler, gas lines, air sealing and a new water heater! Amazing! They did an amazing job and my house has never been warmer! I even had Alen out for a service call the other day and he did not hesitate to come out even after 7pm! Seriously why would you use anyone else? Exactly.

    We began using AK Aire a few years ago for AC servicing and were very pleased. We then realized that they also have licensed plumbers and electricians. Thus we began adding other services from them and they are now our ‘one stop shop’ to install/repair/service all our house systems.They are very skilled, reliable, responsive, and are pleasant to deal with.
