Stephens Plumbing was a God send this week when we had a sewage backup in our basement. I called them and they were at my house in about an hour. This was after-hours in the evening at 7pm. They immediately diagnosed the issue and stabilized the problem until they could come back the next day. They arrived at my home first thing the next morning and repaired the pump and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs! Paul was so helpful when I called and the plumbers, Ernie and Adam, were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

No one wants to call a plumber. It is like no one want to have to go get a car repaired. But, life has it ways of putting us in need of a plumber. Now, the harder part is to find a good one. Winning on a slot machine in Vegas is easier. Until NOW!My daughter purchased a new home, her first home. As normal, she had some issues the biggest of which was the drain from the upstairs tub that over flowed to the basement floor. It was horrible and happened more then once.Our family plumber could not fix it because it needed a Turbo Jet to blow out a massive clog in the pipes under the concrete. We had Stephens Plumbing do this action and they got the clog out which was slug. A Few days later, it was clogged again and we had another flood. The Manager of Stephens came back, discussed our options and was both ultra professional and fair.This morning they came back, blow out the clog again and scoped it with a video camara to make sure the clog was out. The made adjustments in the pipe with a value and cleaned up after themselves. A job extremely well done. This type of clog needs a very special piece of equipment that is very expensive. When you pay that kind of money, you expect the issue to be resolved. Stephens Plumbing resolved the issue. What more can we ask. I highly recommend them and I am very tough to work with.

After having a bad experience with another plumbing company that advertises a lot on local tv, we contacted Stephens Plumbing and was glad we did.They responded in a reasonable time and sent two experienced and qualified service people. They quickly repaired our problem, and the charges were very fair compared to the company we had issues with.We will use them exclusively and recommend them to everyone in the future.When you find a good company, keep them!

Had a hot water heater moved five feet and raised 18 inches off the floor. Water supply, gas line, and vent all moved. Did an excellent job except a minor problem with the vent. I contacted the company and the manager Paul called me right away. He met me at the home and we discussed the issue. His men were at the home the next day and he was there as well. The fix went well beyond what I was expecting. An amazing quality and professional service. They really bent over backwards to satisfy this customer. Thank you Stevens and especially to their manager Paul. 6 stars for the customer support!!!

Derek was so great. I called after hours emergency, he showed up within TEN minutes. He was so nice and gave me so advice, showed me all about my issues and what to do in the future. Will definitely recommend him, just a genuine guy who was willing to do whatever to stop my house flooding. Thank you so much!!!

Thanks so much! My garbage disposal was leaking and in need of replacing. I called Stephens Pluming on Monday morning and they came out to my house by 1pm and had it replaced and working perfectly with 15 minutes! The guys were professional, helpful and quick, the office receptionist was professional and helpful as well. Thanks again Stephens, you really helped us out.

Good folks. My company has used them a few times since ownership change. Communication is good, plumbers are competent. That may seem like faint praise, but those two things are hard to find. Pricing is fair, so leave the chains and slogan spouting companies alone. Just call a good plumber.

Our builder walked out on the job, taking draw money on top of that. Stephens stepped in immediately and helped us get a certificate of occupancy ASAP. Mike Neely and his crew did an outstanding job considering they were following behind work that had already been started by at least two different plumbing outfits (obviously a tough spot to be in). They were very responsive to us and all inspector requests. We wouldn’t think of calling anyone else for future plumbing needs!
