Jackson was amazing! Kept us posted on his arrival time, did amazing work setting 2 toilets, fixing water line leaks and running a water line to a frig. Highly recommend Drain Werks! The Front desk was very pleasant to chat with and knowledgeable with her information, Cody and Josh who came out for repairs, showed up on time on the date they were supposed to. They even called in advance to let us know they were on their way. Cody called me to let me know what the problem was and the estimate before he got started on the work. This was the second plumber We had to call for the same job and they fixed it the first time out with no continuing issues and no over charging for not fixing the problem like previous company! Very happy with this company and they will definitely be in my contacts as our new “go to” plumber for any future issues!

We called Drain Werks to do an inspection of a sewer line that was backing up. They had a hunch that something coming out of the main line was causing our problem and suggested that we reach out to the county environmental office. The county agreed with Drain Werks’ assessment and is going to perform the repair at no cost to us! This advice saved us thousands of dollars! We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Drain Werks, especially Chance and Marcus who went the extra mile to figure out what was really going on and do what was best for us.

Around the holidays, I reported a leaking kitchen faucet. Nolan and another guy came the next day; both were friendly. My sink and faucet are black, so finding a replacement was a chore. I knew there werent many options in stock, but I trusted them to choose one. After they left, I realized that the handle didnt fully extend for hot water without rubbing the tile behind the sink. After reporting this issue, Eli came to replace it with a better fitting faucet that I had ordered during the interim. He was polite and professional and finished after forty-five minutes +/- . Drain Werks made the situation right -- no service call charge, and I also received a refund for the initial faucet. Thank you!

I would 100% recommend Drain Works to anyone needing plumber service. If which heck you would like to have complete your job I highly recommend you request Joseph Bisbee. Ive had horrible service before from other companies, but feel I gave finally found the last plumber I will ever need no matter the size of any jobs I may need in the future. Not only was he highly professional in the performance of his duties he was also extremely courteous to both my mother and my dog. My small dog can be a handful if you arent prepared for his enthusiasm but Joseph took it and stride and made Oscar, my 3-year-old Chihuahua filled and stuff he had known him for years. Definitely request Joseph if you choose to use drain works as your Plumbing Service in the future.

Technician Nolan came out for a call on a Saturday afternoon. My father-in-law’s house had an issue that required an urgent fix due to his physical complications. Nolan arrived on time, assessed the situation, gathered needed supplies from a local hardware store after discovering what was needed to fix the issue. It was a temporary fix due to the particular situation but he got things back working until a more permanent solution could be obtained. Nolan was courteous and polite and explained everything that was wrong and what was needed to fix the problem.

They were ontime, very friendly and respectful. They found the problem right away and it was not the toilet at all. After I told them I had just finished a DIY project on my sink, they checked for water leaks and found the leaky spot where the sink drain fits into the basin. It was not tight enough so he tightened it and ran two time tests with a full basin of water. No leaks! 🎉 Just a reminder guys, always wear your shoe covers over your boots. With several rental properties in Historic Southside, I have yet to come across a plumbing company that covers jetting and drain clearing services like Drain Werks does. Duston is always very attentive to emergency based calls! His guys are ALWAYS friendly, clean and professional, not to mention that they go behind themselves and double check that the issue is resolved and clean up after the job is complete. I wish I could give more stars!

While they were here they installed a new facet and sprayers on my sink and diagnostic my problems with my water pressure. And found I need to replace my prv so now waiting on an estimate to get that replaced. Hunter and Blake were a pleasure to work with and they were very professionalI appreciate their work ethics.
