Derek Perkins with Skelton’s Heating, Cooling Plumbing provided the most outstanding service . He was very knowledgeable, thorough and made sure that I got the best bang for my money. I will provide another review after my equipment has been installed . He did an awesome job getting me ready for my installation.Now that my new unit has been installed as of yesterday July 3, 2024. My air is nice and cold just how I like it. The installers Jason, Dakota & JB arrived on time as scheduled . They were very professional and provided the most impeccable service from the time they arrived until they left my home . They were all courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure the heat and the air was working before they left . Jason walked me through setting up my digital thermostat on my phone as well as walked me through how to work it. Last but not least they cleaned up my attic and home , there was no damage to anything .I would highly recommend this company to family and friends .5 days later air still working and I am a happy Customer. Please keep up the good work

Although Tim was delayed getting to our church by another job, he was willing to stay as late as it took to finish the job satisfactorily. He was knowledgeable about what was required to resolve the issue (a leak from an old pipe fitting) and considered several options for repair when the fitting couldn’t be removed. He kept me informed and listened to my ideas and concerns throughout the job. Although he had another job to get to after mine, he did not rush this one, making sure that the leak was fully resolved before leaving.

For the past 2 days my AC drain line was stopped up, I had been trying to clear it so that it would work until I could get someone out to the house to take a look at it. In the past I’ve used some other companies and they have always given me high repair bills, or said that I needed a new system ( while saying there’s nothing we can do).So I decided to try Skelton, I called the number fully expecting to go to voicemail, or to reach a call center that didn’t care.When I called, I spoke to a very pleasant lady on the phone, who understood what was going on and gave genuine empathy to the situation. I asked her if someone could come out tomorrow and take a look at it, and give me a quote on a new system. She stated, “ we can definitely do that, but if I could get a tech out tonight would you prefer that?”I was shocked, I didn’t think at 6:00pm on a Sunday before a holiday that would even be an option. I agreed, and with in 20 minutes Landon called, and asked if it would be alright for him to come tonight to take a look, and get it taken care of. He drove an hour from where he lived to my home, and immediately got to work. Landon was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. He answered all of my questions, and gave me genuine feedback on the system and why it was behaving the way it was. Once he was done, he informed me about their Servicing membership, and gave me the benefits of joining. I ended up going ahead with the membership. He gave us the quote for a new system, and it was very decent compared to other companies I spoke with.I will be using them in the future for my servicing, and when I do decide to get a new system.Awesome job Landon!

Ethan was very helpful and walked through the problems and solutions in easy-to-understand terms. (I know nothing about HVAC). Excellent service, and Mike was wonderful! Our hot water heater unexpected began leaking on a Sunday morning. It was very old and due a replacement. Skelton’s was quick to get us in touch with Mike, our plumber, who was able to get out to us by late afternoon and replace our hot water heater within a few hours. Though unforeseen, especially on the weekend, Skelton’s provided fast and reliable service!

They worked efficiently and as quietly as possible taking the old unit in the attic and the outside unit away and installing the new one.We were impressed that they came fully prepared with foot coverings, canvas floor coverings, and a patio cover. They came fully prepared in spite of inclement weather.We were invited to inspect the unit and taught how to manipulate the new digital thermostat.We are highly satisfied.

Tim cane and fixed my unfinished project. He was able to remove the shower faucet cartridge and replace and put it all back together with ease and efficiency. He was very knowledgeable about the why my faucet had started to leak in the first place. Calcium and mineral built up. He cleaned it all away before putting it all back together. He was professional and tidy. I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Jordan was the technician that came out to look at my old systems in my house. During his visit he let me know what my options were since my current systems were over 20 yrs old. He was very knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured to buy anything from them. Due to my first experience with Jordan I decided to go with this company and buy two new units. Kyle and his crew came out the next day to install them. They were on time and very courteous. I was home all day but hardly even noticed them. They installed two AC units as well two furnaces all within a day. There was not a single piece of trash left after their stay.Three days after my systems were put in we had a clogged hose in the downstairs unit. I called the company after hours and they had someone out the next morning. I am extremely pleased with this company for hiring top tier crew men and the services they provide.

Skelton/Brown are very professional both over the phone and in person with their technicians. I was shocked when I called on Monday morning that they could come out that day. Once they arrived and diagnosed the situation, they said they could fix our leak within the week. Previous companies dragged their feet for 2-3 weeks, which happened to us last September within the same time frame for our other unit. Don’t look anywhere else. Skelton/Brown is who to go with no doubt.

Our AC stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon. We were fortunate that Skeltons was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon since the forecast for the weekend was above average temps. Jonathan called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very polite and professional. He was able to get our AC working again on an extremely hot day. However, since our unit was 20 years old and on its last leg, we were able to schedule a replacement unit the following day. That same afternoon Kyle called and introduced himself and told us when to expect him and also answered some additional questions we had. Kyle arrived was punctual, courteous, and professional. The new unit was completely installed in less time than they originally estimated. Their service was exceptional and we highly recommend Skeltons HVAC!

Over two years and the 4th plumbing company to come here trying to figure out why our shower upstairs won’t get hot, Kevin Schoen and Malachi from Skelton’s worked until they found the problem! We had another water heater hidden away that we never knew about that controlled that shower. After a lot of wasted time and money spent in the past trying to pinpoint the problem, they were able to find it! Not only did they find it, they came back with a new water heater at 4:30 in the afternoon to make sure we had a hot shower for our guests we expected over the weekend. After using another HVAC company who always seemed to have complications with every little thing, I decided to give.Skelton a try. Justin correctly diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me a reasonable price for the work. We had to wait a day for the parts to arrive so he made a temporary solution and continued to research cheaper alternatives in the meantime. In the end, his original assessment was correct. While taking care of that issue I asked him to look at one if the other Units that had been serviced by the other company. Justin quickly fixed their work as well. I have fired the other company and will be working with Skelton for all my HVAC and plumbing issues in the future. Thanks Justin! Thanks Skelton.Update: Later, I had an AC unit go down. Justin came quickly. He diagnosed the problem and recommended I check with the previous company who had worked on it last, replacing much of the system. We were still within the warranty period, but of course they recommended replacing the unit and commented that they probably should have had us replace this component the last time. Unfortunately, it was not actually covered by their warranty. Perfect Service quoted the replacement with a lower-quality unit at a higher price than Skelton (now Brown). This confirmed my decision to fire PS in the first place. Skelton/Brown replaced the unit and again corrected things that had been done wrong the first time. Everything works great now! I am able to control all four HVAC units remotely. Justin keeps everything running smoothly, even as I am out of town for extended periods. I highly recommend Skelton/Brown Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Every point of contact has been excellent!

These guys are the best! I highly recommend them!!! Kurtis and Cody were so professional and polite. There was another young man helping with repair and I dont mean to leave him out, but sadly I am forgetful with names. He was wonderful as well. They are very hard workers and so knowledgeable. Skeltons is lucky to have such great hardworking smart men!

On May 10th 2024 at about 5:30 pm, I noticed that my AC was not cooling. I contacted Skeleton Heating ,cooling and plumbing to have someone come and assess the problem. The young lady that answered the phone advise that she would call back if they had a technician in my area at the time. Roughly five minutes passed and she called back letting me know that Jordan H would contact me when he was on the way. Long story short, at 530pm my home was hot. By 7pm the problem had been diagnosed and fixed. Great Job Jordan H.

Dave Driscoll was very honest, efficient, and provided us with several options/estimates to work with our budget. He was extremely responsive to questions and texts. Overall, a super nice guy as well.Jason and Trent, the installation team, were great as well. They were quick, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and they even moved our deep freezer back into place in our garage when they were done.Overall our experience from beginning to end with Skeltons was amazing. When it comes to service and price, Skelton’s is very equipped and reliable. When i called to get someone out the employee was very helpful and informative on how their company works. I was told a time window and Dave came early, which was completely fine! He was in and out in about 30 minutes with my AC blowing cold air! I’m very pleased with Skelton’s and will recommend to anyone!

And, if it does breakdown, they are Johnny on the spot to repair it.Technician Dave Driscoll is extremely knowledgeable, with boatloads of experience. His last visit was fast and efficient.
