After Ryan did such a great job installing our water heater, we enlisted O’Neal Service Pros to be part of our renovation project. We had lots of planning discussions. While the major work was ongoing, Ryan came in and did some “prep” work, (1) reversing the powder room toilet and sink water supply and drains, (2) reconfiguring the kitchen drain & water supply so the sink could be moved, (3) repairing a couple of worn-out water valves. Once the floors & cabinets were in, Ryan came in and installed the kitchen sink, faucet, water service and drain, then installed a new garbage disposer. He installed the powder room toilet and sink in their new positions. He installed a new dishwasher. Finally, he “discovered” the water valves to the washing machine were leaking and replaced them.All Ryan’s work was “top notch.” We were lucky to have his help. Very professional, great communicator, fair prices. I highly recommend O’Neal Service Pros!

Ryan was great to work with. Hopefully, we wont have too many more plumbing issues in the future; however, if we do, I will be calling him every time. He communicated well leading up to his arrival, and he arrived on time. Ryan replaced a water pressure regulator in our crawlspace. He didnt mind me joining and watching; in fact, he walked me through everything he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He was extremely open and honest throughout the entire job. After completing the job, he gave me some signs to look out for and some common troubleshooting methods I can do in the future. Ryan was very nice and professional . His service sent a text to let me know when he was on his way and one after his work was completed. It also was nice that it gave me this opportunity to write a review. I use reviews in helping me know whether to use a product or a company especially when you do not know anything about them or their work. I would trust him in my home if I was not present. He was extremely clean and did not leave a mess afterwards. He showed me how he how to use my new motion sensor kitchen faucet I had previously purchased. He told me the good ( how to operate ) and the bad issues they could have and how to deal with them if I had any future issues. These are small details that if I should have any issues it could really make a difference ( battery location and how to remove them & the bypass switch incase I changed my mind on using the motion sensor. We received great customer service from Ryan ONeal and his wife. Ryan came out to fix a water leak detected in our front yard. His positive spirit remained after manually digging 2, 3ft holes to find that the leak had been inaccurately marked. He came back a couple of days later after the leak was remarked correctly and performed a great job. His price was also reasonable after comparing 2 other plumbers. We would definitely use ONeal Service Pros again.

He took the time to educate me on how to manage future plumbing issues through proper ongoing maintenance. With this company I can honestly say I paid for the actual work performed and not for the overhead of the support staff like what was incorporated in the estimates received from several much larger plumbing companies. This is a faith-based company that operates with honesty and integrity. Unfortunately, I am finding this quality is very rare most especially coming out of the pandemic where many service companies were struggling to survive. Ryan makes you feel like family.
